Interior smudges again, after taking the car back to correct.
    Evan M.

Took my car in after hitting a deer, needed a new fender, and re paint the bumper. The only thing i am happy with is the paint matching of the new fender, it matches my bright metallic blue very well, and I cannot tell it is not an original fender (from the outside). On to the others: under the hood where my fender connects to the frame of the car, it did not receiver it's final coat of paint, so as soon as you opened the hood, you can tell the fender is a completely different color. The engine bay is now covered in over spray, littered on the engine cover, battery cover, and pretty much everything else. The ENTIRE exterior of the car is peppered with over spray feels like sandpaper, my windshield wipers sounds like the are wiping sand paper when it rains, not a windshield. when the sun is in my face, it is difficult to see out of the windshield because of the over spray. The bumper had to be removed to replace a fog light, when they put it back on, both sides are not lined up properly, and on the passenger side, the fender and bumper cover are contacting, rubbing the paint down. The buffer work is absolutely horrendous, the brand new fender, with brand new paint on it, is swirled so bad, you can see it on a cloudy day, through the thick layer of dust left on my car. I honestly cannot believe how bad the buffer work is, being a body shop, that should be one of there best traits. My car was filthy when i received it, still covered in compound dust from buffing, not even attempting to at least wipe it down, god forbid a quick wash. The interior is covered in the same amount of body shop dust, and all the contact points from their hands are covered in grease, and smudges. The people who they contracted out my wheel repair to did such a horrible job that calliber collision is making them give me a refund. The even painted over my center cap wheel logo.. Now, here's my experience taking my car back to correct the messed up stuff. I took it back mainly for the un-painted portion of my fender, and the overspray. After correcting this, there is now a huge, noticeable line from them masking off the frame to paint this portion of the fender. They attempted to remove the over spray, it was an abysmal attempt at best. Some of it was taken off the engine cover, but only on the easy to reach areas, everything else was ignored. The windshield is still peppered, still in plain sight with sun, and the sand paper like feeling on the glass and body is now there. The entire car still has over spray on it, BUT NOW the ENTIRE car is covered in the same swirls the new fender has. Seriously, whoever they have in charge of buffing this car needs to move to the paint stripping department, not correction. As a weekend warrior DIY detailer, i am extremely upset with my experience. I am going back in a couple weeks to get the bumper gap fixed, and meet with the manager about it. I was offered a whole car clay bar, and re polish, but i do not want their buffer touching my car again. Know why? because they can't even buff! It received two stars because the claims adjuster i worked with is extremely friendly, and helpful. Also the paint matching was great. everything else is horrible.

My insurance company USAA recommended Craftsman - so I opted to use them, even though there were a couple of bad Yelp reviews. Some of my other friends who are not on Yelp have used Craftsman and liked the results. I brought the vehicle in and John inspected it and wrote up the quote and communicated with USAA. The work was done within the time quoted. Actually they were done a bit earlier than estimated. And the work was very good. I was impressed. I'm docking them a star due to a communications issue. I have a separate small dent on the drivers door that was not part of the ice dent. I asked about getting it fixed. John advised that for a very small dent such as this - they'd call in a specialist that deals with popping these small dents out. I asked him to take care of this. It would be handled separately from the USAA quote. When I went to pick up the truck - I found they had not done this. I asked John about it - he apologized and advised he had forgotten. He told me he would give me the contact info and I could contact them and make arrangements. I will eventually do this - but now you've wasted some of my time when you told me you would handle this. Poor job of managing this.

Had minor damage to the front passenger corner of my bumper/tire panel and received my beautiful Camaro back like a hooptie! The bumper did not match up properly to the headlights, they forgot to put the rivets to secure the bumper under the hood, did not put my custom grille on properly, had scratches on the new paint job they did, put blue ink on my italian leather seat, put the GM chicklet on the wrong spot of my car.... Really do I need to go on? I have a beautiful Camaro which I have put much detail and money into. They destroy my car and say it isn't that bad? Seriously? They wanted to redo the work and I think not. If you screw something that simple up, no way!! I could have done a better job and I am not a professional! Check out the photos before they remove them! This could be your car.

See Pictures. His work voided a recall on the paint for my car. He refused to provide me with a detail list of what he did and where he touched up areas so that I could have some of the car repainted. This guy is full of lies, continues to jack up the price, leaves you hanging saying he will come back to fix it. When asked why he didn't fix the dents, he said "That's more money!!". I'm currently seeking legal help to get my money back including damages costing over $6k due to the fact he voided the recall on my car. Kept all the text messages from him trying to tell me I owe more, then admitting he was wrong and that he would pay me back in installments.

He was very aggressive that he was doing me a favor. Unfortunately even after he was paid, the car was not fixed. Somehow the headlight and turn indicator where he had worked now did not function. Then the liner inside the wheel was not properly secured, so my wheel was grinding when I went over bumps or turned too far left. He agreed to fix those things only to stop responding to multiple messages and phone calls.

1 star and that's being generous…read more My husband and I purchased a used 2019 Chevy Suburban from this dealership and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Within a very short time, it became obvious the transmission was failing hard shifting, slipping, warning signs that don't just appear overnight. What's most frustrating is that this feels conveniently undisclosed. There is no way a dealership "inspects" a vehicle and misses such a major issue, especially one this serious and expensive. It's hard not to believe this problem was known and intentionally hidden just to make the sale. We know that it was intentional because whoever they had make the makeshift repairs to seal the deal, left a used rag in the transmission pan. Yes, you read that correctly, they left a rag in the transmission pan that they'll surely claim they knew nothing about. A transmission repair on a vehicle like this is thousands of dollars, and buyers should not be left holding the bag because a dealership chose profit over honesty. We thankfully had a warranty through our credit union and was able to get the vehicle repaired. We have already drafted a letter to the credit union that they need to be removed from the trusted sellers list. If you're considering buying from here, get an independent inspection first or better yet, save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. I regret trusting this dealership and would never recommend them.
