I have to give this place 5 stars because of the outstanding customer service, and impeccable work done on my car. I took my car to caliber collision after being referred by my auto insurance. Im always skeptical going into places like this but from the moment i got there all i received was a friendly welcome. Gar Mittelman helped asses my vehicle for damages. He was as polite and as professional as they come. He was very sweet and made me feel comfortable, he told me what they would do to fix my damages and made me feel confident in their services. To my suprise, I come to pick up my car and not only did the body work on my car look amazing but it looked like they completely detailed my car!!!!! My car look brand spankin new. State Farm had me bring my 2017 highlander here and to my delight, I had a great experience. Lisa was my service advisor and the turnaround time was super fast! They had a couple delays due to the dealership bringing wrong parts but they still compensated and got it done so fast! They coordinated my rental since my insurance company kind of dropped the ball. Enterprise rental was super nice while my car was at the shop and then when I picked my car up, it was spotless! Not only was the damage gone, but they cleaned up the car (which my kids definitely don't contribute to) so I am super thankful and grateful to the guys and girls at the shop. I had a relatively minor repair on a car - the right rear wheel guard scraped against the garage door when entering. We were left with a long white strip of paint (on a red car) and a damaged quarter panel protector. I took it to Caliper to get an estimate. Gar, the service advisor, took a look, got some solvent and removed the white paint. He then told me if I would get the part at Lexus, he would install it for free. What a great surprise from a collision repair company (or from any business). I got the part and he installed the part in a very few minutes. The car looks great and it cost me next to nothing. I recently went to Caliber Collision for a minor repair. I was fully expecting to pay at least one to two hundred dollars for the work. Jason, the general manager, took a look at the damage and suggested that it would be cheaper for me to purchase the part from the dealer and his shop would paint and replace it. Right off the bat, I had a good feeling about this place. They were fair and honest. I purchased the part and provided it to the shop. He completed the painting by the next day and worked with my schedule to install it. My experience with Caliber Collision from my initial meeting with the Center Manager, Jason, to the delivery of my car was fantastic and customer service was unbelievable. Jason advised me on on how I could save money on my repair by getting the part myself and bringing it in. Other than the cost of the item, I had no other repair costs!! I have used Caliber five times in the last ten years, In each repair, the work was of very high quality and done in the time promised or earlier. Staff answered my every question completely and even antcipated and responded to concerns I had. Everyone was very professional and very friendly. A few weeks ago, I noticed that my 2013 Toyota Sienna was missing the rear bumper guard stays (clips). The service advisor at Caliber suggested I obtain the parts from a Toyota dealer and offered to install parts free of charge which he did in a matter of minutes. Despite being very busy and booked solid, Steve, the estimator, agreed to squeeze me in same day for an estimate. However, instead of simply giving me an estimate, he was able to snap my car's trim back into place and secure it with a clip right on the spot. Caliber Collision did a great job repairing my rear bumper after I tangled with a pole. :( They gave me an estimate for a new bumper because they weren't sure the old bumper could be repaired. After I dropped my car off they called to tell me the technician could repair the old bumper for a bit less cost than getting a new bumper, if I wanted them to do that.
