After leaving several messages and waiting three days for a return call from my dealer, I was finally able to talk with someone who informed me the earliest they could provide me with an estimate would be June 16th (today is May 12th). I immediately pulled up Yelp to check out the best reviewed body shops near me. As you can see, Hatley's was at the top of the list with a perfect score and some excellent testimonials. I called Hatley's and one of the owners answered on the first ring, and told me I could bring my car by anytime for an estimate. Even with the excellent reviews, I was surprised and wary at how easy this seemed. I drove my car over to the shop. I was greeted by Thomas (the owner) before I could even walk into the office. Thomas was so pleasant and started looking at the damage to my car right away. He asked a few quick questions, and then asked another mechanic if he could run an estimate on my car. This mechanic, Steve (actually the co-owner I believe), who was midway through painting another vehicle literally traded spots with Thomas, greeting me with the same extremely pleasant nature, and starting taking a look at the damage to my car. 15 minutes later I had an itemized estimate in my hands. Incredible! The pricing is extremely reasonable, but the professionalism and genuinely kind and honest customer service is what made the biggest impression.
