Highly recommend this shop! After my car was damaged in a hit-and-run, they were incredibly helpful throughout the entire repair process. They took the time to explain different options that helped me save money while still making sure the repairs were done properly. The turnaround time was much faster than I expected, and my car looks great again. On top of that, the customer service was excellent -- everyone was professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about helping me during a stressful situation. As you can see by my previous review and how he commented, (belligerent ramblings) he basically acts like a toddler when he receives information he doesn't like. the facts are, he quoted $12500, and flipped it to more than 30k without warning after I was already financially trapped. He is either amazingly incompetent or a crook to miss by 3X of his original quote. he didn't even dispute it, just said I was "too busy", you will also see he did not dispute my claim that he was supposed to use epoxy sealer on metal first before body filler which any real body shop knows to do and anyone can quickly verify online, he only resorted to sarcasm and hyperbole. I have no idea how this shop has an A+ BBB rating. I've read the negative reviews and can definitely identify with others experience with this place. I can tell he moved here from Detroit because he ripped off one too many people and had to find a new town to set up shop. My job which should have taken at least a month was completed in less than two weeks which normally would have been great but I suspected it was done poorly and sadly I was right. The job cost twice as much as we discussed. He got very hostile immediately which I suspect is a tactic of his. He was physically threatening which was hilarious because he is a small frail old man a stiff breeze could knock over, and I actually thought he was going to have a stroke when he started yelling because his face turned purple. He made many derogatory remarks about various ethnicities which is odd because his workers are Latin. When I indicated I simply could not afford the price he lowered it to the maximum of what I could pay. I took the car to another frame shop and they showed me how poor of a job he had done. JR and his staff are professional and courteous in every way. They have done 2 major jobs and several small jobs like bumpers and painted truck fender flares. Prices are reasonable and quality of workmanship is top notch. I had a frame off restoration done by them and they called weekly giving me update. They also did a rebuild on a front collision on a brand new truck and the end result is it looks and drives like it just left the showroom floor. Don't hesitate to call if you need ANY repair or paint issues. read more

Our old truck had a rusted out frame and no body was able to help. We found JR and he took the truck, found the necessary parts and restored the truck to nearly new status. We are quite pleased with the results and would definitely recommend this frame and body shop. Based on the amount of work that they did it certainly seems like a good value. We will be taking it back again soon as he is looking for a few more parts to keep rehabbing the truck toward pristine condition. read more

My wife's car was hit by someone destroying the side view mirror. The person that hit the mirror offered to pay for the repair and sent my wife to this shop. The part was ordered and about a week later, my wife was told to come by and have the mirror fixed. Upon arrival, the owner's daughter was rudely trying to quote a price to my wife. My wife told the woman that this was supposed to be covered by their client. The young lady, once again, rudely insisted that the client in question was not a client there. After my wife talked to their client back, she called the business again. This time, the Owner (JR) answered the phone. He immediately start yelling and being rude to my wife. He accused her of being rude to his daughter and tried to ban her from the shop. Their client finally was free to call them and come to find out, the daughter was looking at the wrong client account from the beginning. Overall just a terrible experience. My wife was left in tears after the interaction. Please do not go to this establishment. They are not welcoming in the least and will try any means necessary to get over on you. read more
