Chris is AMAZING! Definitely recommend him, he's super honest and informative. Honestly, I'd give him 6 stars if it were possible. I'm usually pretty skeptical of mechanics since I've had several bad experiences in the past. No offense to mechanics but sometimes it seems as if shops deliberatively try to confuse you in order to take advantage of you. This has happened to me more times than I can count and it's frustrating since there's clearly a sexist assumption being made (which in my case, isn't as applicable). I had 2 other shops quote me an astronomical price and cite unrelated issues, which I know from research wasn't applicable. Chris was the only decent guy I spoke with, who treated me equally, was informative and quoted me less than half of what the other scammers said. Amazing experience with Chris at Caliber Collision. After getting side swiped he assessed the damage to my car and provided a full quote quickly. What surprised me the most was his honest recommendation to buff out the damage and not spend the money for new panels and a new paint job. I was shocked that he was able to remove all the paint transfer from the other car and the rubber burns from their tire on the side of my car. I took it to Caliber based on some reviews I saw and the fact that when I went to another place, I was ignored by several people for quite awhile :( Not a fan of being ignored.
