My car was recently hit by another driver while it was parked. Since it is an older car, I was afraid that they would total it. The insurance company directed me to Caliber Collision in Burbank. I must say, this was a different type of body shop experience than I have ever had before. The parking lot is clean, and the reception area is not full of dusty car parts and grouchy, hungover body men. The receptionist, Vanessa was very friendly and helped me arrange a rental car with Enterprise Rental, and they came to pick me up. The manager who originally looked at my car told me that they could fix it, rather than total it, which put my mind at ease. They had my car for a week, updated me on its progress, and when I got it back it looked better than before. A great experience, and I was barely inconvenienced at all. read more

I hope I don't ever NEED Calibur Collision again, but if I do, I'm definitely going back! What amazing customer service and a great job repairing my car! A few weeks ago I was rear-ended in a parking lot and had to take my 2009 Audi A4 in for repairs. I was referred to Caliber by by insurance agency (Travellers, which, btw was also amazing throughout this process!), and they were great. They set me up with a rental car from Enterprise, who picked me up directly from the body shop. From the receptionist to the account manager to the mechanics, they were all so nice and helpful at Calibur.. and most importantly, didn't talk down to me because I'm a woman. They gave me a thorough pre-inspection of my damages and explained to me everything that needed to be done. They were through with my repairs AHEAD of time and when I picked up my car, it looked brand new! All the damage was repaired and they even buffed out some other spots on my car that weren't related to the damage from my accident -- at NO EXTRA CHARGE! Someone even came in on Saturday just to meet me and give me my car; it was sparkling clean inside and out and looked like I just drove it off the lot. GREAT WORK! I recommend Calibur Collision to anyone who needs a good quality, professional body shop! read more

Ask for Gene! He is amazing!!!!! They are all SO friendly and helpful and not trying to scam you out of any money, I promise! I first came here after a car accident 6 months ago. My insurance company (Traveler's) directed me here, and I am so thankful. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. From the minute I walked in the door, the greeter offered me beverages and snacks and the representatives were quick and knowledgeable. If you get the chance to choose who you work with, go with Gene Ponce! After my accident, he helped set up my rental car and kept me updated with the repair status. He explained how everything was fixed and went as far as to fix another (old) issue on my car. Jump to 6 months later... burned out brake light and a smashed driver's side mirror. Both were unrelated, and I thought I could at least fix the mirror on my own. I ordered the part (glass mirror) online for like $10. When I got it, I realized it might be harder to fix than I realized. I e-mailed Gene for an estimate and he told me to swing by any time and he would help me out. Not only did Gene replace the burned out brake light bulb quickly, he did it for free! He also looked into the replacement mirror I would need, which was estimated to be around $100 with tax if I got it from the dealer. Because I didn't really want to spend that on a mirror, he said he was more than happy to try fixing it with the part I ordered. And he did just that! It looks great and he saved me a ton of money.. If for some reason the mirror doesn't work out, I'm definitely taking it back to him to get the real replacement (but he did such a good job I don't think I will have to!). Point is, go here if you have ANY car issues! They will explain your options, what they think is best, and how much it will cost. Again, ask for Gene. Super helpful, so friendly. :) :) :) read more

I did some research online before choosing a collision repair shop in Burbank. I chose Caliber & am SO glad that I did! They were friendly, helpful, listened & were extremely reasonably priced. I highly recommend them! read more

I recently had to have my car repaired, and my insurance company recommended Caliber Collision on S Victory. I had never heard of them, but I thought I may as well go with a recommendation. First of all, let me say, the staff at this center were absolutely a DELIGHT to work with. They were always friendly, always helpful, and always professional. Yessie, who works at the front desk, is super nice and helpful. When I dropped off my car, one of the workers dropped me home in their company truck! I got daily phone calls from my representative, Eddie, who is the best! Seriously, Eddie was thorough and on top of it. Although my car was in the shop for a lot longer than anticipated, most of that had to do with parts that were backordered, and not in Caliber collisions control. As for the rest of my experience, it was top notch. When I came to pick up my car, it had obviously been cleaned, and Eddie stayed late so I could come after work and pick it up after hours/ If I had to go back, I would.***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED***. read more

These guys were amazing, they made the entire process of repairing our wounded Beetle smooth and efficient. Caliber was on the list of approved providers for State Farm Insurance, so we contacted them. From the charming receptionist, Grace, to our Collision Concierge, Anthony, the staff was friendly and helpful. Over the years have had the need for the services of different auto body shops now and then, and this was by far the best experience I have had. Efficiency is one thing, but without quality work it wouldn't mean much. No problem here! The repair was done in 3 days and was perfect. No sign of any bondo bumps, the curve of the fender was perfectly smooth with a sharp edged highlight! No orange peel on the paint, an exact color match that made it impossible to tell anything had ever happened. Our bug looks like it just came off the showroom floor. They even contacted a local Hertz outlet to help us line up a rental for the couple days they needed to make the repair. From beginning to end, this was by far the best quality work I have seen, performed efficiently by a professional and personable crew of experts. I hope I don't need their services again, but I know exactly where I will come if I ever need any auto body work again! read more

Caliber Collision - This was the damaged fender. Perfection! - Body Shops Near Me - Burbank, California

Caliber Collision on Victory is an excellent body shop. I had some scratches on my car (more than once!), and Nacho (Ignacio) gets them out or 99% out every time with his magic tools and magic technique. Why do I call it magic? Because other body shops had told me that the scratches would not come out without repainting if a fingernail catches the scratch. This is simply not true . . . if you have a guy Nacho do it, he seriously works magic on the scratches and they disappear. There is no other way to explain it! Nacho is "Top Notch!" Additionally, Juan, the manager, and Yessie at the front are two of the friendliest and most helpful customer service oriented people I have come across at automotive industry service provider type places. Juan is one of the best managers - Caliber is lucky to have him. In an industry filled with a lot of shady people, he is a rare find. Helpful, honest, and super knowledgable. Yessie always greets us with a smile and offers a snack and water for us and our son, so he actually loves going there too! Thank you Juan, Nacho, Yessie and Caliber for getting scratches out of my car several times and taking such good care of your customers! read more

Refreshing to find a business that still practices quality, ethical, customer care, putting the customers needs first. Went in to get a quote on a minor repair without involving the insurance company. Andy put aside what he was doing, assessed the situation and completed the repair in 10 min. Knowledgeable and trustworthy!!!!! I'll never go to anyone else in the future when I need my car repaired. All I can say is OUTSTANDING!!!! Thank you!!!! read more

Eddie is just awesome! No question. We had to take our cars to Caliber on multiple occasions and Eddie has always taken excellent care of us. On one occasion, our insurance company made us take our car to another Caliber location and we were extremely unsatisfied with the work. The car was not repaired properly, parts were missing during the re-installation, the airbag check light was left on, the paint did not blend properly and there was tape left all over the car. I called Eddie at the Burbank location because of Calibers national warranty and he took care of everything. My wife's car looks great and we are very happy with the work. Eddie is extremely responsive and tells you exactly what you should expect throughout the process. Thank you Eddie, Yesi and the rest of the Burbank team. read more

Absolutely outstanding service!!! Yesterday I registered my out of state car in California, but one of the screws that attaches my back license plate to the trunk completely rusted itself to the car. I went to my standard dealer, Frontier Toyota, to get it removed but they ended up snapping the head off of the screw. And then they shrugged their shoulders, said there was nothing else they could do, and gave me another shop's business card at 4:00pm. Raced across Santa Clarita to the shop they recommended and they quoted me $100 minimum and said I had to come back the next day at 9am and they MIGHT be able to squeeze me in and they couldn't guarantee that they could fix the problem. This one little screw was completely screwing me over. My mom found Caliber Collision online and told me to try them. I gave them a call at 5:00pm yesterday, explained my situation, and they were super helpful over the phone and got me an appointment during my lunch break earlier today. Came in today and the receptionist was super friendly and quick, filled out some paperwork and was introduced to someone within 5 minutes! Wilman Medrano Flores was my Service Advisor today and he is fantastic! He tried to remove the screw with vice grips, and when that didn't work he took out my trunk's insulation and worked with a mechanic to get the screw shaft out and rethread the hole! Not only that, he installed my new license plates with new screws and I was in and out of Caliber Collision in just over 30 minutes! And they refused to charge me!!! Just amazing customer service, incredibly kind, professional, and quick! I'm new to Burbank, and I will definitely be coming here next time something breaks on my car. I would recommend this business to anyone! read more

Customer service was very good, but then again I did not take my truck here to make friends. This was the suggestion of my insurance company. Actually this was about 3 years ago. I was doing some upgrades on my truck, this required me to spend a lot of time under my truck and come to notice half of all bed holding bolts where missing and the tow rack was being held by two bolts only. No idea how lucky I got from not having to tow my toys during this time or this would have been disastrous. The whole tow package of my truck was left compromised. The work these people did required the removal of the bed and since then I've been driving a truck that was about to fall apart any moment. My tip for this place is take your car to a mechanic after you visit this place unless your somewhat savvy with this then get under your car and inspect their work. Customer service only takes you so far, if your there to make a friend then yes you get lots of stars for customer service, in my case I took my truck to get fixed and the work was extremely shabby. The tail gate handle also was falling apparat. the internal plastic latches they broke one and jimmy rigged it. Of course that fell apart but I thought "no big deal" but leaving your car in an unsafe state is bad stuff man. I don't write a lot of negative reviews unless you really have it coming. This place is a joke. read more

The best service in my life experience I have ever had. The crew is very nice and do their job professionally fast.

Mish and Ignacio were awesome!!!!!!! They were totaly accommodating and even took my car in on Xmas Eve! Mish was excellent and he really went out of my way to make sure My car was taken care of!! Thank you so much and I will not hesitate to bring my Audi TTS convertible back to you again! Ignacio did some truly amazing work on my car and was able to get out scratches and imperfections in the paint that no other detailer or body shop could remove!!!! He even pointed out things I did not see on the paint and took care of those too!!! I will not hesitate to have Ignacio work on my car again!! He was awesome!!!!!! Both guys really made a difference and I will be a customer for life at Caliber Collision because of them!!! read more

Top quality work and service. Nick and the guys at caliber handle their business in a professional and friendly manner. Highly recommend.

They did a phenomenal job on making my car look like new. They have great customer service and took care of me. They were half the price of the quote I got from another highly rated Yelp Body Shop. I highly recommend them. Hopefully nothing else happens to my car, but if it does I'll be back. read more

Everyone at Caliber Collision was very nice and they did a great job on the repairs. When my car was in an accident, the front bumper was partially detached and my insurance company sent me to Caliber. Since my car had only 5000 miles on it, I qualified for new dealer parts. They also thoroughly checked the car for any other damage and repaired it. They completed the repairs in a week, and the car looked brand new again. They even cleaned up the inside. I was very pleased. I would certainly recommend them. read more

If you are looking for the best body shop then you need to come to this shop. They service is second to none. I was worried that my car would not look the same after being rear ended. The shop manager Juan is very helpful & makes the process very easy. After picking up my car & could not believe how good my car looked. If looked better than new. The painter & his team did a amazing job. The finish product is amazing. I would strongly recommend this shop to those that only expect the best !!! read more

Really great guys. My car got spray painted, and they fixed it ASAP, got me back on my way fast.

Craig and Julio were fantastic!! I had been hit from behind and my trunk would not close. They were so polite and helpful and fixed my trunk in about 10 minutes! I would recommend this place highly! Professional, courteous and fast!! They even refused to take any money! My bumper is still a little bent though so they said to take my BMW to their sister store on Riverside for a proper estimate for the damage. But at least now I can close and lock my car... and take the ugly bungee cord off the trunk!! What a pleasure to find truly nice people!! read more

I originally chose Caliber based on my proximity to their shop, but now I would easily drive from afar to visit them!! They have wonderful customer service, they fixed my car in half of the time I expected (1 full day + a few hours), and did an amazing job on the repairs! My jaguar looks brand new again. I'm always nervous going to body shops and car shops because let's face it, as a woman some shops tend to pray on our "ignorance" a bit - well not here! I never once felt dumb or belittled. They explained all the repair costs and were extremely thorough. These guys were excellent and the process was super simple. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs a repair. A special shoutout to Anthony and Mish for being extremely awesome!! Thank you!! read more

I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Burbank. The customer service added to their professionalism and great work on the repair I needed. I was met with a genuine kindness from beginning to end by the awesome team there and informed through every step of the process. Even in the midst of Covid-19, they maintained a safe and comfortable environment. It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely bring my car back for any future repairs. read more

The car had these wide scratch marks running on the side of it, like a car had its door open against mine and backed up. So it was on the mind to pay something to get this cleaned up. So after work went to Caliber to get myself an estimate. But as far as hours go, the shop was closed. And yet the light was on, and the door open. When I stepped inside, met Anthony, him smiling, asking what he could do for me. He stepped out, looked at the car, and told me this will buff right out, no cost to it. When he came back with the keys, the side of it looked brand new, letting me know, "if you ever need anything like this, just swing by, we'll take care of it." Left me feeling peace inside. Just good people. Easy to be loyal to a place like this. read more

5 STARS overall for customer care, quality and honesty! Went in to get a quote (without insurance) and was greeted by Julio who instantly made me feel welcomed. Julio did not pressure any unwanted business, he was honest, reasonable and most importantly fixed my car trouble! This is a tough one. I have been bringing my automobiles to caliber collision for years and they've always done really really good solid work. Unfortunately my last trip to caliber after my car got sideswiped in November started off on a sour note. Mario The manager at the victory Boulevard site has absolutely no business being a manager. He has absolutely zero people skills and less than zero communication skills. It took close to four months to repair the vehicle and fix all the issues that occurred during the repair of the vehicle. The only saving grace during this whole ordeal was having Santino take over. Santino was great! Very helpful and communicative, somebody who wants to just make sure the customer is satisfied with his experience and the workmanship. And that's why this is a tough one because it started off so poorly but ended up being a positive experience only because of Santino's involvement. Like I mentioned I have been going to caliber for years and I've always had a great experience so in spite of Mario and his lack of care for the customer I will continue to go to caliber just not the one on victory! read more

The bumper on my rav4 popped out of place a while ago. It has been bothering me but not enough to do anything. Today, I came in just to get an estimate of how much it would be. Expecting that it wouldn't be too expensive. Anthony offered to fix it as a courtesy and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I will definitely be coming back in the future if I need auto body work read more

Unbelievable customer service! I came to caliber when I had my first accident a couple of years back and was taken care of like no other. Then I had a second accident and caliber was my top choice for repair. Caliber has a lifetime warranty on their work for as long as you own the vehicle, as I was told. Recently my car started acting up and took it immediately to caliber. They went above and beyond to inspect my car and repair it to brand new condition. They even rented a car for me to use while my car was in the shop. Finding an honest repair shop that has excellent customer service is rare!! I highly recommend this shop to everyone, you will not be left high and dry.. Thank you so much for making the experience so effortless. read more

Terrible experience! I wish we shopped around for a repair shop rather than just going with what our insurance recommended. The only positive thing I can say about this place is they're friendly. We brought our new car in after an accident. After a few weeks they kept promising dates that got pushed out 3 times. Then when I picked up the car there were many things wrong / not fixed. There was a missing piece that was on order (which I actually appreciate that they didn't make me wait for that to pick up my car) but there were at least 10 issues - a decent deep scratch in the bumper (that wasn't there before), dripped paint, line of paint along the whole side of the car (where masking tape probably was put down), scratches under the mirrors, the testing wheel was put back on wrong and the alignment was out, the car was so unbelievably dirty inside and under areas that would never get dirty under normal circumstances but most of all - the side panel that had to be replaced looks like an amateur repaired it. They fixed the mirrors and the paint drip but all of the other things (including the panel that I see every time I get in the car) we just have to live with! I. Will. Never. Go. To. A. Caliber. Again. I've never had this kind of experience at a repair center. read more

After a side scrape I lost a piece of door paneling that was about $120 to order and Subaru wanted to charge $150 to install it and have me leave my car for half a day. I can appreciate stand up people not looking to gouge you at every turn. read more

So if you can believe you can feel better after someone has damaged your baby (aka your car), caliber collision's Yesi & Eddie are the perfect people to help you [and your car] on your road to recovery. Trust me. This morning as I was walking out to my car to head off to work, I noticed a small square paper on my windshield. Of course, me being me, I immediately panicked and thought, "oh shit. I got a parking ticket." But when I grabbed it, it just had a phone number, once scratched out and then rewritten...the same exact way. But that's another story, so to keep it short and to keep it from making me mad again, all you need to know is that this lady hit my car, left her number (the 1 thing she did right), argued with me that I shouldn't call our insurance companies [which my rep heard since I had already called my insurance], tried to tell me that the damage was just "a little paint" from her car, and that she didn't once apologize. This is not just a shoutout for Caliber Collision but also for USAA. The representative I was so blessed to have, not only walked me through everything, he actually calmed me down, it was obvious I was ridiculously mad, oops. Literally, 5 minutes after I got off the phone, caliber collision called and asked when I would have time to take it in so the adjuster could take a look. Of course I told Yesi I could go in right then. Next thing I know, 7 minutes later, Eddie was checking out the damage and explaining the process my Suki would go through. He was very thorough and friendly. After walking inside, yesi asked if I would like any popcorn and coffee (and for those of you who know... those two things are on my weakness list lol). She even took her excellent customer service a step further and offered to call enterprise and schedule a rental and for them to pick me up. I was so happy that everything had been handled and very well at that within an hour that I actually forgot the reason I was there. Customer service this excellent deserves to be recognized and I sincerely hope the company realizes how amazing Eddie and Yesi are. read more
