OMG! These folks are amazing. I never thought I'd say this about any type of auto repair shop but Caliber are fair, honest and kind. I called Caliber immediately after a little fender issue and Anthony helped me immediately. I went to their Valley location in the past when someone crashed into my parked car and they did a great job at a very fair price but today was even more impressive. THANK YOU CALIBER!!! read more

Caliber Collision - Body Shops Near Me - Burbank, California

I came to this body shop based off the reviews I read. Grace the receptionist is the sweetest lady you could ever know. Every single time I would call, she responded right away And cared so much about my inquires. Anthony, the guy who I got the pleasure to work with, has been super kind, knowledgeable, patient, calm and a true gentleman. They made everything so stress free for me that now I feel like I wanna have accidents more often just to get to work with them lol you won't regret you brought your car to them. I didn't even know, they also detailed my car too. My car was fixed on time (even earlier that I had anticipated), washed inside and out and I can't thank them enough. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! read more

Car came out great! Rey was so great to work with. The communication is excellent, they give you updates along the way. I definitely recommend working with them for your cars needs. read more

I highly recommend Caliber. Of course when you get in an accident that's already frustrating and overwhelming, and to find a place to trust with your vehicle is top priority. The employees here are so welcoming, and assuring. They made me feel comfortable and assured that i can trust them with my car. I spoke with Rey Solis and he was so professional and made me feel so comfortable and confident the job would be done perfectly! And of course once i got my vehicle it exceeded my expectations! I would hope never to need my vehicle fixed again but if i ever did, I'd definitely come back here!! read more

I am very happy to say this location was beyond my expectations. After someone backed into my car, AAA gave me a list of repair shops, and I chose Caliber Collision on S. Victory Blvd in Burbank . Cesar was very thorough and went over my car to get a general estimate of what needed to be done. Once they were able to do a complete look over there were a few additional nneds. Cesar kept me updated every time they needed to extend or change something that we didn't discuss when I first dropped off My vehicle. The shop manager, Alex was knowledgeable of my vehicle and if I called in he was diligent to be just as helpful. They took great care of my car and even gave it back to me all clean and washed. I think they even took out the door mats and made them shine. read more

Caliber Collision - Before and after photos. - Body Shops Near Me - Burbank, California

Got rear ended by a terrible driver. This Calliber was able to get me back up and running quickly! A week after the repairs, someone broke into my car by damaging the lock. I was so pleased from the first repair that I brought my car back, and they were just as great as before! Thank you especially to Alex, the manager, for keeping me informed about my car and helping when there were some mix-ups. Highly recommend! read more

Today, Alex helped me with two problems related to my car. Because I've used them several times in the last couple years, Caliber is the only place I trust to repair my vehicle! read more

I went to caliber because I needed an estimate. I was greeted with a warm welcome and they were very professional.

They fixed my car as fast as they could and they did an excellent job. The staff at the Burbank facility are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I have had to use their services too many times, but every time, I've been very happy with the results. read more

I just got my car back today after a new replacement for my front Fender. The people that work there are so nice to me! After being abused by so many people everywhere I go and shop and do business finally 1 place where all the people are nice to me and not crazy! Their work was excellent the front fender is brand new and they are so supportive of me and encouraging me to fix my car. I really good deal and air conditioned waiting room. They all wear masks too in this time when owners and managers and customers don't wear a mask everywhere I go this place is very respectful of protecting people who aren't vaccinated. I am having other damage fixed also because I didn't know it would be so cheap. They are excellent at their work and emotionally very supportive of getting my car fixed due to a car accident. read more

Thank you Caliber Collision highly recommend this place! They communicated exceptionally well throughout the entire time my vehicle was in the shop. Any time I had questions Vazgen was willing to help and ensured I was satisfied with there service and work!! read more

My husband's work car had been side swiped while parked and I was lucky to have been side swiped by an honest person who left me a note! I took it to get an estimate at a place that I had my car fixed before but Caliber came up cheaper. Since this very honest woman was paying out of pocket to avoid ins increases, I took it here. I believe they even worked with her on the original quote so it wasn't as expensive. I dropped the car off on a Monday and it was ready by Wed. The customer service was excellent. I was always greeted quickly and offered coffee when I arrived. They called me when it was ready and it looked awesome when I got it back. I had a great experience and I would go back if I ever need to have work done on a car again! read more

Over a year and a half a driver got away with a hit and run after swiping my driver side door. Unfortunately I had to drive around with a door that partially opened (half way). It made getting in and out of my car a headache. I knew the costs of fixing would be outside of my budget. Yesterday (12/4/18) I decided to take a quick stop at Caliber Collision to get a quick quote. Instead I got a quick repair which took less than 5min! The gentlemen there turned a costly repair project into one that met my budget. They have no idea how much I struggled with that door for 1.5 years. An easy 5+ stars for me. read more

Top rated service, friendly, honest, informative, so very accommodating and helpful. My boys were in an accident (college students in LA) in our leased Toyota. They were so assuring and walked them through everything, worked with me over the phone and took care of all the details working with the insurance company, so I didn't have to worry about anything being so far away from them.. (and we have COVID going on on top of it.) Car returned looking brand new today!! I am so happy we chose Caliber Collision and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a quality repair and friendly service. Our car is leased so it was super important that the job was done right. Thank you, Caliber Collision, Craig and the whole team!! read more

The men and women at Caliber Collision in Burbank are the REAL DEAL. This is the ONLY place I will ever take my automobile to. They consistently go above and beyond. Very knowledgeable and perhaps the most friendly people you will ever meet. The work they do is incredible and they always come through with more than fair estimates and prices. THIS is the best auto body shop.... Period. Anthony, THANK YOU for taking such good care of me! read more

My insurance recommended this place to get my car fixed from a fender bender. All I received from my agent was the address to this place and I had to google the address to find out the name of the place! Great customer service and my car was repaired within the estimated time. My repair was handled by Julio, who was extremely courteous and friendly. They did a great job on my car, it was returned to me looking amazing and very clean (my car was embarrassingly dirty when I brought it for a repair). Strongly recommend this place, I hope that I wouldn't need to get my car repaired again, but if I ever do need to, I will definitely go back. read more

This is shop is amazing. Everyone is friendly and professional and the work was awesome thank you Cesar for making this simple and easy .

I was in a fender bender recently and caliber collision was super helpful & responsive unlike other local shops. I decided to go with caliber & would definitely recommend them. read more

I got a response right away no waiting on a call back, great estimates that I was convinced to get the work done here.

In early November my trusty '91 Jeep Laredo sustained some damage to the right fender and lamp housing. It was not massive damage, but - due to the car's age - the other party's insurance company deemed it a total loss and wouldn't cover the estimate by Caliber Collision, the shop I chose from the insurance company's short list of local places. The insurance company did give me a flat payout for the loss, though. Caliber had already sourced and ordered the parts for the repair. Since I wanted to paint two other wheel flares on the car myself, I told Caliber's estimator that they didn't need to paint or attach the flare on the junkyard fender they'd bought. Caliber said they'd do the basic job for just over $1,430.00...out-of-my-pocket at this point. Five business days later, the car was ready for pickup just before closing time on Friday. Though the fender looked fine, the alignment of the new headlamp frame was atrocious. It projected 1/2" from the side of the fender, there was a 3/4" gap between it and the grill (which was also misaligned), and they'd held a corner of the headlamp frame in place with a sheetmetal screw and washer sticking out at the part's edge. Though they had had removed the front nose panel, they didn't bother to also repaint the cracked header on it when they painted the fender. Even the old grill was misaligned. Basically, it looked like work my cousin Rufus would've done. Since the actual adjuster assigned to the project wasn't even at the shop at delivery time, they wouldn't discuss the work with me: if I wanted to drive my car over the weekend, I had to pay up...and I needed my Jeep that weekend. At opening time the following Monday, manager Juan Diaz came out defending the work, even though he had never seen it when completed the previous Friday. He gave me standard lines about aftermarket parts not fitting properly, about frame damage making alignment impossible, and so on. I told him that the nature of body-shop work was a process of fitting, adjusting, and refitting until alignment could be achieved; I said that I wasn't looking for absolute perfection but that this looked like amateur work. He would not accept any responsibility whatsoever. Nothing mattered to Caliber at that point; they already had my money the previous Friday. I told him I'd have to fix their work properly, at home. After lunch that day, it turned out I had the afternoon free. In about 1.5 hours, in my driveway, with hand tools (screwdrivers, files, hand drill, some Dremel work), I took the lamp frame and grill apart, found all the causes for misalignment, and reassembled everything to a visually acceptable degree. I'm sure a truly professional shop could've done this fitting work in far less than an hour. I took the car back to Caliber, waited 45 minutes to show Juan Diaz what an amateur like myself could do. This time, he gave me the line "Oh! the price we charged you was for assembly, not for fitting". Incredulous, I gave up and drove away. And the wheel flare that came with the scrapyard fender? I'd asked them to save the hardware from it AND my original flare; the new flare came back, but with no nuts from either flare. Juan said he'd find them and call me; two days later, no call....surprise! The one bright spot at this location was Yesenia in the front office; she was always polite and punctually followed through on what she said she'd do. Be warned: if this shop is doing insurance work, they may hold to better standards. But I would never advise going to them if you are paying out-of-pocket. read more

He even washed my car and put a cover on it to keep it clean. I highly recommend this company. They were Awesome!!! Thanks so much Mish!!! read more

Anthony is the best! I had a dent caused by a distracted older driver who was not paying attention to the road, and ended up scraping my left tire and dented some of the side. Anthony was able to provide an estimate the same day in less than half an hour after I walked in. The overall repairs took just under a week to complete and I even got text alerts that were accurate and timely. When he said the vehicle would be completed the next day it indeed was, there weren't any other issues that popped up. This place is so much better than the other Caliber at Lake St., where I've had a lot of issues in terms of paperwork and estimated date of completion, along with a ton of miscommunication. This branch will definitely be the one I will go to if the need arises. read more

I would highly recommend this shop. The manager, Juan, was very kind and professional. I had a frustrating issue due to an old collision repair (not done at this facility) and water was leaking into my car around my bumper. I had gone to two other shops to get estimate and decided to go with this shop. Glad I did! I spoke to Juan, received an estimate, which was very reasonable, and the total price was just under the estimate! The repair was done well. We've had lots of rain since the replace and no leaking! My colleague recommended this shop but it was a bit of a drive for me since I live on the Westside, but I'm glad I went! Great experience and Juan has gained my trust. read more

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Failed to inform me when my car would be ready, they disconnected my battery causing my radio to stop working, and they did not do work I requested. STAY AWAY. read more

These guys did excellent, guaranteed work on my car, and they worked with me to get it done at an affordable rate. Eric was the service specialist who assisted me throughout the process from start to finish; he was very communicative, and gave me consistent updates. Additionally, he went out of his way to help me come to an affordable solution for the fix to my car's door. I had the fun experience of an attempted car-jacking that resulted in my car's passenger door being completely dysfunctional - stressed as I was, working with these guys provided some relief, especially financially (which I did not expect, as the Progressive estimate was exorbitant). Would recommend if you're looking to have quality work done in a timely manner! read more

SIMPLE: Got into an accident. Was referred here by Farmers Insurance. Took the car in. When I got the car back, parts were missing. Oh yeah & the front desk (Roxanne) was so rude, it was a shame. If you come here, make sure to not make the same mistake I did & drive off the lot w/o thoroughly inspecting your car. Also, bring someone who knows a thing or two about body shop repair because if you're a woman who doesn't have that much knowledge on cars-- dear God help you. Good luck! read more

Worst experience ever! When I arrived to pick up my car at first surprised it was ready quickly, before I was well enough to drive again. At first, I was impressed with the timing but now realize why. They did a half ass job. First they lost my license plate, which no one could replace but me and on top of that my mom got a ticket while driving my son to school for no front license plate. They admitted to losing the plate but the big inconvenience was having to go to the dmv and also pay for tags! Over $200 out of my pocket because of there mistake. I submitted the receipts and still haven't been reimbursed. This place is full of promises and excuses. Also, someone backed into my car leaving scratches they Refused to fix it. I was in a head on collision and the front of my car was damaged including the windshield. My insurance covered the glass and had to pull teeth to get them to repair the window. Had to bring the car back because they didn't order the license plate holder. They are unorganized and sloppy take your car somewhere else. read more
