PSA RANT : They pretend to care about what you want then do what they want anyways. I keep coming back here because it's the closet to my location but after today i'd rather put my money into another business. It's really upsetting when you're trying to communicate and they just keep shutting you down. It's my nails, i should be able to tell you how i would like them. Don't shove my hand into the gel setting light and then wonder why you're now having to spend an extra 20-30 minutes fixing the mistakes that could've been addressed prior. They want quick styles, easy talent, low maintenance clientele at this business. They are not interested in striving for the best services nor are they looking to help you impress anyone. Im sure they strive off new clients who walk in or regulars like me who just haven't chose to go anywhere else and accept the dissatisfaction. Tbh they're not very clean either, saw a lady drop all her supplies on the ground just to pick them back up and put away, no disinfection. They reuse tools without cleaning them too. Like i said i've been coming here and actually started to like the staff when they weren't working on me specifically. No one in there really stands out as far as their work goes and they're quick to charge you and send u out the door with their back turned bcuz they refuse to talk to you. I've always paid for whatever they say it is and i even tip very generously despite how each services for me has gone. i just know now this isn't the Nail salon for me nor would it be for anyone expecting above average service / talent. They won't miss me as a customer just how they didn't value me when i was one. This rant is simply for anyone else who might think about coming here and expecting to get what they're asking for. Doesn't gotta look like the picture but they could at least try to make things look even or say NO to a task they know they can not complete. this pic honestly isn't bad compared to what they would've looked like had i not spoke up and insisted she fixed them. Definitely not terrible but it's not even that, it's the fact you can just see globs of glue and it looks sloppy. Had to spend extra time waiting and just watching her make mistakes i could've avoided had they not shut me down. I got acne around my eyebrows, forehead, and upper lip, after getting a wax. My dermatologist said it was from dirty equipment.

Went there to get my eyebrows waxed and left with two UNEVEN, boxy looking eyebrows. I cried in the car.

The workers and owner were rude. I came to get a pedicure. The owner cut my toes up then acted like she couldn't see the blood. I wanted acrylic on my big toe and she said it would be hard work and I shouldn't get it lol. Then she proceeded to get up without saying anything and another worker came. He also did a terrible job and laughed when I asked him to correct it. DO NOT COME HERE. The prices are low because the service is trash. read more

I asked for gel or shellac on my toes. I picked out a color and the gentleman got to work. Instead of letting me know he didn't have the color, he chose a color of his own. Before he was done, I asked him to show me the color I picked out and put it next to my toe and said it's clearly different. He then tells me they can't do that color. He tries putting other color over my already polished nails, as I'm telling him it's not what I want. He brings me the books to choose another color. I choose a new color and he files off what he's already done, instead of soaking like I had asked. I have thin nails due to medical reasons and I've had someone drill a hole through my nail before. He clips a lot of my skin with the electric file, trying to hurry. THEN puts the same color I didn't want back on my nails!!! He just wouldn't tell me, they didn't have any of the colors I was picking. read more

Was sadly disappointed as the nice but abrupt young man didn't apply the color I selected. He popped in with a child & seemed to be in a rush the whole time. I have been going to this place for over 10 years and now under new management by Tommy, quality has really improved. He makes sure you get exactly what you asked for and leave a happy customer. Kim has been doing my pedicures for years and she always takes the time she needs with each customer. On arrival we instantly were greeted and asked about what we wanted to have done. My boyfriend and I were hot from walking outside in the Texas heat and they didn't have working A/C. They were nice and offered both of us cold bottles of water which was very kind. Now as far as the performance of the job this is were we had a issue. I asked for acrylic with white tips we sat down and it was straight to work. The lady was fast and seemed experienced however she was going to fast for herself and she nicked me a few times with the nail grinder she immediately apologized, but still continued at a hurried pace which impacted her performance. My nails came out pretty well and looked great, except for my thumbs were done slightly crooked mind you not a huge deal, but if she was more thorough it would not have likely happened. They asked me to sit and have my nails dry and pretty much left me alone until I was ready to leave. Wasn't an awful experience but I will likely find a more sociable and professional place of business since I enjoy a friendly conversation at places like this when it takes time to get things done. read more

She made sure my nails looked perfect for my interview and told me to come back and get a fill in 2 weeks which leads to today. I went in and the gentleman (I assume to be the owner) sat me down and just started on my fill. I had also planned on getting a pedicure and he said it was gonna be $50. So I was like ok that has to be for both services. Well I decided not to get a pedicure because he was being so careless and sloppy. I'm sitting in my car sobbing because my nails are uneven. Sharp. This place is crap! My daughter and I went for the first time. I told them I wanted to get her a gel manicure the guy came to my station (I was getting a full set) and practically begged me to get her regular nail polish because it was less expensive!!! I had to tell him 6 yeah you read that right SIX times I wanted her to have a gel manicure. The woman working on my nails didn't talk much which was ok with me. She did a horrible job for us being there TWO AND A HALF HOURS! I asked for squoval nails (and showed a picture of what shape I wanted) she gave me oval and they are uneven!!! How do you mess up oval nails?! She took forever painting my nails the gel color I wanted it hasn't even been a week and my nail polish is peeling. This place is an absolute poop show... They are very disgusting! Nothing was clean, I didn't even get a pedicure because i was so disgusted. There was nasty stuff in the tub, cup holder, and they made my mom BLEED. I would never recommend this place to anyone! They gave me water that had already been drank out of, and my moms water was freezing. There was water sitting at the bottom of the tub (sitting water)... I'd never been to a place where they use UNLABELED bottles on my feet. This place smelt horrendous, and when i went to use the restroom it was disgusting! I would not recommend this place to anyone. I got a french mani/pedi yesterday and the man who did my nails was the very rude. My nails were left uneven the paint they used and the paint they used started chipping the next day. My feet were still ruff when I got home. Now I'm going to have to go to another salon to get the crappy work he did fixed. It was not a relaxing environment either, the employees child was allowed to run around the salon and act a fool. The employees, the work on my nails, and the environment was all absolutely horrible. And the next day when I called to complain to the manager to speak to him about my horrible ordeal I asked for the manager got told there was not one there and got hung up on. That was by far the worst nail salon I've ever been to. They were rude and did a horrible job. It doesn't even deserve the 1 star!!! read more

I've gone in several times hoping for a different outcome but something always seems to go wrong. I always feel like I'm in there forever and they continually rotate out who is working on my nails. I went they only had 2 people who don't greet you but they both were working so I was like whatever they're busy or concentrating let me pick a polish ... I use to go to this place all the time but there a new owner and all new staff so I was afraid to come back to it .... Kim did my feet ... she didn't even give the full service of the pedicure I paid for I had to show The menu ... the other lady made one of my nails significantly shorter than the rest so I asked her to either redo it and make it longer or to cut down the rest she told " she doesn't have time she has customers " as they worked people were coming in and asking how Long the wait was and they 2 women spoke in the language and ignored those people , so I'm sure they ignore me when I first arrived at that point . A lady wanted her feet done they said no come tomorrow so the lady just asked can they wax her kid brows they said no come tomorrow ... I had got into with both women of their prices because they weren't on the same page with each other nor with their price menu list and they tried to lie and tell me they didn't have gel nail polish SO NOT HAPPY . I'm all about trying new places so when my coworker asked me to join her for Mani's and pedi's I instantly said yes. Well as soon I walked in I was greeted to a lady digging all up in her nose. At first I thought maybe it was one of those things where she didn't know anyone saw her but then she walks over to me and asks me what I would like done today while digging even harder in her nose and checking her fingers for boogers. After the fourth time I said ma'am I'm sorry but you are not touching me with your hands. I tell me friend let's go. Meanwhile my friends daughter is yelling ewww mommy why is that lady picking her nose. What kind of a place is this. That's so gross and unprofessional. Thats funny that Kristin C. Put a post up becuase a similar thing happened to me.. lets see where to start.. The women didnt great me.. she just told me to sit. which doesnt really bother me.. but she did a terrible job on my pedi. Then I proceded to get a set.. which i should have trustred my gut.. I want Pink and white, but backwords where I have the white middle and the pink sparkly tip for breast cancer awarness month. and she did a terrible job I wish i could post a pic. my nails are just ugly, I and they hurt really bad.. and Im used to haveing a set on... every 3 weeks but Im not from here.. so I have been trying out a new place every month to try and find my new spot... this was by far the worst.. and I have been here for almost a year. that says something. They charged me 45$ for the set. I went in to complain.. they ignored me.. they saw every person that went through the door but me untill i said something. he said that he would be right there... A hour later. nothing. I just left.. and I saw his daughter do nails.. I know for a fact she is not certified cause the day i got my nails done she was wearing a wood middle school shirt.. I would not recommend this place to any one. I went to get my nails done and a peri. I was there for three hours and was past on from person to person to have the work done. God forbid they take the time to give good customer service because they may let someone leave do to the fact they don't have enough employee. Horrible place to get good service. Took my husband and father in law to get pedicures and got a mani for myself. Hadn't had my nails done in so long but decided to splurge on myself for once since we were on vacation from work. Got a beautiful shellac mani and spent a total of 100$ for it all. Plus tipped each person that worked on us 10$ each so service seemed to be well and on point the purchasing day. But then next day came and Shellac started chipping and peeling. Now whoever is use to having a good shellac job knows that they should not start even chipping for a good week, sometimes even longer. Had one done before that lasted a complete month! But not this one. And then day after that the entire thumb nail peels right off with ease. The paint was a thin tearable layer of cheap nail polish. Certainly not shellac. I saw him paint out of shellac bottles and use the UV but must've been a cover and refilled those bottles with something else. Then when I called to let them know they apologized and told me to come in for a redo so I did but when I got there told me I'd have to pay atleast half for it. No. I should not have to. It was two days later and I was missing "shellac" polish on almost all my nails. So I asked for a refund for my 35$ manicure but they only put out 20$ on the counter and walked away to help someone else. I'm not a confrontational person so I took the 20$ and left and I will never return or refer them to anyone else. read more
