The second I walked in I got great service, the place was beautiful and well organized, they were busy but managed to acknowledge me, quickly I got help finding few colors and dress sizes, I was recommended to look into some of their catalogs where within minutes I found my perfect color and style, but it needed to be ordered. I was nervous since I had only a week to get my dress and they say it is possible and indeed they did it! Leti was super helpful doble checking on my size and ordered the dress right away, two days later she was calling me when arrived to go in for measurements, alterations were needed then three more days later Leti on her day off contacted me to let me know my dress was ready to be picked up! And not just ended there the next day she called me following up to make sure I was happy with my dress! Tell me if this is not taking care of your customer! I was looking everywhere for a formal designer gown for my sister's wedding and was on a dress mission for month's! I went over the hill to San Jose, Campbell, down town Santa Cruz to find super expensive cheaply made dresses. I was referred to this Boutique by my sister Nicole, who ordered her wedding gown here for half of the price! Cali Couture Boutique is fabulous! I am turning 16 on January 1st and went in to look for a dress for my birthday dinner. Nathaly was the one who was very helpful and helped me look for a dress. I finally found one in the magazines which they can order for you. She said she would order the dress for me. The store she was ordering from she found out was closed. ): So she went out of her way to call the employees of the other store and ask if they would go in on their vacation and package and ship the dress for me. This place is adorable & the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I needed a last minute flapper style dress for a Gatsby Night event that was three days away. They had a lovely black dress and they were able to send it in for alterations right away. I was even texted pictures of the materials that they would be using, so I could approve them. Also was able to buy a few adorable accessories to match the dress(& a corset to go underneath the dress). Don't judge a book by its cover! I have driven past this little place so many times and I am so pleased I stopped in! The staff is incredible and went above and beyond to help me get ready for a very formal event within a VERY short time frame. The customer services is over the top, Natalie loves what she does and Ashley and I love U and everything you have done to make my daughter's winter formal and prom unbelievable. The two ladies that helped my best friend with her dress were absolutely sweet! They were so bright and funny and helped us with every question we had. They help get the the accessories for her dress that would look best and was super open and really great to talk to. And can I just say their dresses are handmade and designed to a tea. BEAUTIFUL!!
