We needed to rescreen 17 windows in our house and fix a broken sliding screen door latch. We requested a quote on Yelp and Raul was the first to respond and provided the best quote among three contractors. He charges a flat rate for each screen (large or small) so it was easy for us to calculate the overall cost of the project. After I sent him a picture of my screen door latch, he said he has the replacement part and offered to fix it for free :). Throughout our many (more than 10) interactions via phone and text, Raul was very responsive, patient and friendly. He gave us an appointment the same week on Saturday which was very convenient! He arrived on time and finished the job the same day. We love the fact that he does the rescreening on site (other contractors require us to bring the screens to them or charge a fee for each trip to our home). As for the quality of his work, Raul was very meticulous and took the time to do it right (he could have rushed to get the job done before 6pm). He was very careful when removing our 26 year old screens so he was able to reuse all 17 screen frames. Some of the screens adhered to the window pretty tightly, it would have been difficult for us to remove them ourselves. We are very happy with our new screens and fixed sliding screen door latch. I cannot recommend Raul highly enough! We had a sliding screen door that a friend had accidentally walked through, and we had two windows that didn't have screens when we bought the house. I called around to get some quotes for getting all three addressed, and Raul's bid was more than 50% lower than the second lowest bidder. It seemed too good to be true, but with all the five star Yelp reviews, I figured I'd take the chance. I booked Raul on his website and he showed up in the window I booked.
