Had 2 screens on the southern portion of my house that were starting to show some signs of wear at the corners. Best way to describe it is heat fatigue of the plastic. The screens literally crumpled when taken out of the window frame. I sent a request for quote around to get some pricing and Cal Screen Pro along with another vendor gave similar pricing however, the minimum site charge was lower so I went with these guys. It took him a few days to get out and when he did, he took a look at the screens and remarked that he could do it for even less since the frames were in good shape. It was a matter of changing the corners and re-screening with the thicker nylon screens (we have cats) to prevent tear. He managed to get both completed in under 30 mins on site and they fit perfectly back in their window frames. Raul was professional and easy to work with and I highly recommend him. If I have another screen that needs work, he'll be the one I will call. I just need to make sure that I get enough screens to make the minimum site charge. read more

We needed to rescreen 17 windows in our house and fix a broken sliding screen door latch. We requested a quote on Yelp and Raul was the first to respond and provided the best quote among three contractors. He charges a flat rate for each screen (large or small) so it was easy for us to calculate the overall cost of the project. After I sent him a picture of my screen door latch, he said he has the replacement part and offered to fix it for free :). Throughout our many (more than 10) interactions via phone and text, Raul was very responsive, patient and friendly. He gave us an appointment the same week on Saturday which was very convenient! He arrived on time and finished the job the same day. We love the fact that he does the rescreening on site (other contractors require us to bring the screens to them or charge a fee for each trip to our home). As for the quality of his work, Raul was very meticulous and took the time to do it right (he could have rushed to get the job done before 6pm). He was very careful when removing our 26 year old screens so he was able to reuse all 17 screen frames. Some of the screens adhered to the window pretty tightly, it would have been difficult for us to remove them ourselves. We are very happy with our new screens and fixed sliding screen door latch.
