Easy to do business with him. Was in time with 2 hour window. Had options for screen type. Very professional

Very thorough and efficient repair of window screen. Friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Good communication, reasonable quote, good quality workmanship. Would definitely recommend for a re-screen service

I'll start off by saying that Raul was extremely responsive when it came to me inquiring about getting some screens for two windows. After uploading some photos and including the measurements of the windows I needed screens for, he gave me a very reasonable quote and an appointment date for him to come out. The day came and he arrived during the 2 hour appointment window with all the supplies necessary to make the screens. Upon further inspection on the type of windows I had, he did not have the parts needed to house the screen which most windows have. He said that he could make some screens that could fit the opening I had, but it would leave a gap and he didn't want to make something I would be unhappy with. He made a recommendation of using a DIY solution with a magnetic screen kit that you can get at Lowes or Amazon, which is ultimately what I went with. This 5 star review is to praise his level of professionalism and his recommendation to go with a solution that looked out for the best interest of the customer instead of the interest of the business. If I ever need screen work in the future, windows or doors, I'll be sure to put this company at the top of the list! read more

Cal Screen Pro was amazing. Raul was punctual and explained his quote up front. Very professional!

2/22/25 Edit: Raul reached out to me and responded, saying he may not have been my messages as he was out of town. Scheduled some time so he could fix/repair the bug screen I had requested. I have tried reaching out multiple times, but I have been getting ignored. I had 4 bug screens installed in Nov 2024 and they were great! However, within a month, one of the bug screens broke apart during a storm, so I inquired if they could be fixed. I emailed, called, texted, and messaged but have not receive any response whatsoever, to the point where it feels like I am being actively ignored. This has left me with no choice but to post this review. I would appreciate if there was a committment to honoring the workmanship as opposed to ghosting me once something goes wrong, especially within 1 month of getting the bug screens installed. read more

Raul replied immediately, very friendly and professional with rescreening my door and window. He gave me same-day-service, his prices are very fair compared to the competitor and he does excellent work. Thank you Raul! read more

Cal Screen Pro - I love my new "pet proof" screen! =^..^= - Windows Installation Near Me

Had a great experience with Raul. He was easy to work with, showed up on time, and replaced all my screens professionally at a fair price. He was also honest and didn't try to upsell or push any unnecessary services. A few weeks later, one of the screens was accidentally damaged by cleaners. I reached out, and Raul went out of his way to fix it the very next day. Highly recommend. read more

Cal Screen Pro - New screen - Windows Installation Near Me

Raul did a great job replacing my screens and advising me if all my options even if it meant going to a different company. I found he's very knowledgeable and honest with reasonable prices. read more

Had 2 screens on the southern portion of my house that were starting to show some signs of wear at the corners. Best way to describe it is heat fatigue of the plastic. The screens literally crumpled when taken out of the window frame. I sent a request for quote around to get some pricing and Cal Screen Pro along with another vendor gave similar pricing however, the minimum site charge was lower so I went with these guys. It took him a few days to get out and when he did, he took a look at the screens and remarked that he could do it for even less since the frames were in good shape. It was a matter of changing the corners and re-screening with the thicker nylon screens (we have cats) to prevent tear. He managed to get both completed in under 30 mins on site and they fit perfectly back in their window frames. Raul was professional and easy to work with and I highly recommend him. If I have another screen that needs work, he'll be the one I will call. I just need to make sure that I get enough screens to make the minimum site charge. read more

They came out the same day I called. Very friendly and polite. I told them on the phone that I had an appointment that I needed to go to at a certain time. They told me exactly when they would be there and how long it would take to replace two screens. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and I had plenty of time to get to my appointment. They did a great job and the screens look sturdy and nice. I would definitely hire them again. read more

Great and efficient service. Really happy with the final outcome. Would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

We needed to rescreen 17 windows in our house and fix a broken sliding screen door latch. We requested a quote on Yelp and Raul was the first to respond and provided the best quote among three contractors. He charges a flat rate for each screen (large or small) so it was easy for us to calculate the overall cost of the project. After I sent him a picture of my screen door latch, he said he has the replacement part and offered to fix it for free :). Throughout our many (more than 10) interactions via phone and text, Raul was very responsive, patient and friendly. He gave us an appointment the same week on Saturday which was very convenient! He arrived on time and finished the job the same day. We love the fact that he does the rescreening on site (other contractors require us to bring the screens to them or charge a fee for each trip to our home). As for the quality of his work, Raul was very meticulous and took the time to do it right (he could have rushed to get the job done before 6pm). He was very careful when removing our 26 year old screens so he was able to reuse all 17 screen frames. Some of the screens adhered to the window pretty tightly, it would have been difficult for us to remove them ourselves. We are very happy with our new screens and fixed sliding screen door latch. We highly recommend Raul and would not hesitate to use his service again. read more

Cal Screen Pro team was super responsive on Yelp and provided a quick estimates for repairing/replacing our window screens. They showed up on time and were able to complete the work in just a few hours. The final price was actually lower than the estimate as they were able to simply repair most of the frames rather than replacing them. Definitely happy with their work and service read more

Great price and service! Would definitely recommend this business if you're looking for screen repair.

Raul the owner was very responsive and reliable. He did all the windows screens all by himself. Reasonable price.

Had requested screen replacement for windows and door. Overall was impressed with Raul recommendation and service provided. He provided many options and never oversell, even to the point when he couldn't fit a new door replacement and instead fixed the existing one without any extra charge. Definitely recommend Raul anytime for new screen or replacement. read more

Raul came to my home the same day I reached out, offered to repair and actually install the screen frames back into my windows. Showed me how to insert the screen frames into my windows property. Fast, good quality. He truly seems to care about the customer - such rarity these days. He didn't try to trick me into paying more, unlike some other repair people here in yelp. In fact, he found a way to save me money and gave me a discount. Will only use Raul's service from now on. read more

After searching Home Depot and Lowes for replacement window screens without success, I reached out to Raul and chatted via text about the screen replacements I needed and he was out at the rental house within a couple days. I was not at the house but he kept me updated with his work by sending pics and calling to provide recommendations for repair instead of replacement. He repaired 3 screens, replaced 5 screens and replaced 2 patio screen doors. He had to make two trips to ensure the patio door was installed and working properly, and did a great job. I would recommend his company for any screen job you have! Thank you Raul! read more
