2/22/25 Edit: Raul reached out to me and responded, saying he may not have been my messages as he was out of town. Scheduled some time so he could fix/repair the bug screen I had requested. I have tried reaching out multiple times, but I have been getting ignored. I had 4 bug screens installed in Nov 2024 and they were great! However, within a month, one of the bug screens broke apart during a storm, so I inquired if they could be fixed. I emailed, called, texted, and messaged but have not receive any response whatsoever, to the point where it feels like I am being actively ignored. This has left me with no choice but to post this review. I'll start off by saying that Raul was extremely responsive when it came to me inquiring about getting some screens for two windows. After uploading some photos and including the measurements of the windows I needed screens for, he gave me a very reasonable quote and an appointment date for him to come out. The day came and he arrived during the 2 hour appointment window with all the supplies necessary to make the screens. Upon further inspection on the type of windows I had, he did not have the parts needed to house the screen which most windows have. He said that he could make some screens that could fit the opening I had, but it would leave a gap and he didn't want to make something I would be unhappy with. He made a recommendation of using a DIY solution with a magnetic screen kit that you can get at Lowes or Amazon, which is ultimately what I went with. This 5 star review is to praise his level of professionalism and his recommendation to go with a solution that looked out for the best interest of the customer instead of the interest of the business. If I ever need screen work in the future, windows or doors, I'll be sure to put this company at the top of the list! read more

Had 2 screens on the southern portion of my house that were starting to show some signs of wear at the corners. Best way to describe it is heat fatigue of the plastic. The screens literally crumpled when taken out of the window frame. I sent a request for quote around to get some pricing and Cal Screen Pro along with another vendor gave similar pricing however, the minimum site charge was lower so I went with these guys. It took him a few days to get out and when he did, he took a look at the screens and remarked that he could do it for even less since the frames were in good shape. It was a matter of changing the corners and re-screening with the thicker nylon screens (we have cats) to prevent tear. He managed to get both completed in under 30 mins on site and they fit perfectly back in their window frames. Raul was professional and easy to work with and I highly recommend him. If I have another screen that needs work, he'll be the one I will call. I just need to make sure that I get enough screens to make the minimum site charge. read more
