Neither of us like clams, so we substituted it for 1/2 lb of snow crab legs. We added eggs, broccoli and corn (You can choose 3 sides). Everything came out nice and hot. They have four locations (Plantation, Hollywood, Brickell, and this Sweetwater/Flagler spot), but this was our first experience -- and it did not disappoint. Normally, for review purposes, we'd go hot -- but my son admitted we can probably graduate to medium next time. That's growth. They also offer an all-you-can-eat option around $40, but we ordered à la carte and I'm glad we did. The Food Hot. Fresh. Flavorful. The clams felt endless -- like we accidentally unlocked a bonus round. The Cajun seasoning was balanced and satisfying. Is it the best boil I've ever had? No. Is it a very strong option when you want a solid Cajun fix in Miami? This place is located on a small strip Plaza so upon arriving we were a bit skeptical as it was smaller than what we were used to. We were greeted by a server and immediately seated at the table of our choosing. We ordered shrimp, king crab, sausage, corn, potato, and an order of their special fried rice. The quality of the shrimp and crab legs was very fresh and it was seasoned wonderfully. Our food was served nice and hot which is sometimes not the case at other boil bag restaurants. Yuki was our server she was super sweet and very attentive. Must try the gator bites and the lobster Mac and cheese!! I like that they have tables outside which we happily took. It's nice to eat outside when it's not freezing. I had my usual pound of shrimp head on with the special sauce. It was perfectly cooked. The sauce was nice. This place charges extra for corn and potato's. They were cooked well too. Had the sweet potato fries on the side. Nice and crisp and fluffy on the inside. My bfs ordered a pound of frog legs with Cajun seasoning, boiled egg and sausage. He thought it was good. I like my frog legs fried. They tasted fresh. He also got the jambalaya and he liked it too.
