I'm going through a family medical crisis and the last thing I or anyone visiting a hospital need is to be greeted with rudeness for no reason whatsoever. Happened at 1:00pm the day of this posting in case management is curious. I was so taken aback I just left without ordering anything because I just couldn't believe what was happening. You guys seriously need to teach your workers there are some sympathy because this is a hospital and should be aware that people are in crisis and don't deserve to be treated like that

Scones are highly subjective, but this one was exactly the style I enjoy: flavorful without being overly sweet. I didn't try the coffee myself, but my partner really enjoyed hers, which isn't surprising given Thinking Cup's reputation as one of Boston's standout coffee shops.
