Came in on 4/25/26 at around 5:10 PM, and unfortunately the girls working the counter need to seriously work on their attitude and customer service. This was our first time here, and we were genuinely excited to try this place. Since it was our first visit, we asked a few questions about the menu to better understand our options. The girls were very unfriendly, especially the one working the cashier. She rolled her eyes while answering our questions, did not greet us when we approached the counter, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her just by being there. There was no smile, no welcoming attitude, and no effort to make first-time customers feel comfortable. Customer service sets the tone for a business, and first impressions matter. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt dismissed and uncomfortable. It was disappointing because we were looking forward to trying this place, but the attitude we experienced made the visit unpleasant from the start. I hope management addresses this issue and reminds staff that basic courtesy, professionalism, and friendliness go a long way especially with new customers who are excited to support the business. read more

Came on a Saturday morning and this place was definitely getting busy but nothing outrageous. Servers were nice and drinks came out in a reasonable time. I got the banana Matcha, the banana cream with the banana pieces on top was a nice touch and tasted fine. I was not super in love with a Matcha taste, I have definitely had better Matcha. But overall, it was very good. Nice vibe, can definitely get busy and loud but it is expected, as it's in Old Town Orange. There are street parking available, but keep in mind. I also appreciated the amount of ice they put in the matcha. My matcha still tasted like matcha after the ice melted! I love supporting locals so of course I had to check out my new neighbors. I heard they were well known for their cold foam flavors especially the corn foam. I wasn't ready to try the corn foam yet however I did try the banana foam because it had a shot of espresso in it and I love my coffee strong. The foam was a little too thick for my liking but with a good stir it all blended very well. I like my coffee sweet and strong without having to pay for extra shots. I wish it was a little stronger but I will definitely go back. The staff was kind and the prices are pretty good. The interior decor is very kawaii. read more

I've been a regular at this coffee shop and have always loved the atmosphere. I've brought my dog, Rocky, several times before, and even confirmed with staff that he was welcome. Today, though, after hours of us peacefully sitting together, a mother sent her child inside alone and then knocked on the window to get her attention. Naturally, Rocky barked when that happened. Suddenly, I was told dogs weren't allowed. It felt unfair to have a policy change after so long, just because of one situation. What surprised me is I've seen other dogs come in and out before without issue. I wish the policy were consistent and communicated upfront. I still like the place, but this mixed messaging was disappointing as a long-time customer. read more

This coffee is just so good I had to leave a review. I've been to the other locations a handful of times before but this was my first time at this location in the Orange Circle. This means it's busy and parking will be a bit of a bust but it's worth it, I promise. I brought my friend here after she complained to me about another overpriced matcha spot . I had a feeling she would like Caffe In. I got my usual which was the cream top latte: Madagascar Vanilla and my friend ordered the banana cream top latte, which she loved! The drinks do range from $7+ but once you have a sip you'll fully accept the price. The service is always friendly and I've yet to have a bad experience. The place wasn't too busy so our drinks came out fast and I noticed people after us were getting their drinks fast too! The new location has inside seating and outside tables as well. I was walking by this place this week, and I saw that one of the employees took sample drinks outside to show joggers, walkers, students, and other people what their drinks were like. I noticed that one of the drinks had creamy foam with what looked like dried or banana chips on them. I was intrigued and I asked the employee, and she told me that this is one of their most popular drinks. I'm a fan of the popular Da Vien banana matcha drink so I decided to try this one out at this new location. I walked in and I love how this place has some more decorations than the previous establishment. I do wish that they had that cute photo booth. read more

i got the toffee nut almond latte and it was so good. very flavorful and just what i needed to start my day off!

After being a regular at their Anaheim location for years now I was excited to see that they had a location in Orange. I noticed they had a different menu item, the earl gray matcha, which was the perfect combination of my two favorite drinks and something I frequently order from other coffee shops. Though, I would find that this drink was both an insult to matcha and earl gray tea. The drink was oddly thick and not in a creamy way, it was one that felt strangely reminiscent of thick water. The flavor was also terrible and felt like an evil concoction out to get me. This was the first time I've ever thrown out a matcha and felt sorrow at the wasted money. My friend also had a bad experience. While we understand it's a soft opening and they're still figuring things out, the treatment continued to be uncalled for. They ordered a cream top matcha but upon receiving it, we noticed they were missing the cream. This is of course not a big deal and could be easily solved, but instead of offering to remake the drink, the worker told my friend to drink more of their matcha to add it in. Not only is this extremely unprofessional, but it's also demeaning. Who wants to chug their matcha in front of the worker just because of their mistake when the drink should've been remade in the first place? And from my understanding, the cream top matcha is prepared differently. Overall I would never visit this place again and would absolutely recommend other people to opt for the other coffee shops located in the plaza. read more

I went during their soft opening. Cute interior and I liked the iced strawberry matcha. They have free WiFi and outlets near the tables. Since it's at the Orange Circle, parking can be tricky. Music was loud, so it's not the best for quiet studying but you can get some work done. One of the staff (male, maybe a manager or owner?) greeted me when I walked in and everyone else after me. One of the baristas was not super friendly or welcoming. But overall I think I would go again to try their other drinks as I've heard they're pretty good. read more

An amazing cafe spot! Upon entering the workers were immediately friendly, which provided a nice, welcoming atmosphere. Celeny was especially kind and helpful and gave me incredible drink recommendations. Despite how busy the cafe can get and juggling all the orders, she always remains joyful and is a very efficient worker. I ended up trying the Masala Chai and a cold brew, which were both delicious options. I will definitely come back to this cafe to try more drinks and highly recommend people to check it out! read more

Decided to try this place out today with my husband for the first time. I was excited to try the Madagascar Vanilla cream top latte and my husband ordered the White Mocha cream top. Our coffees were not strong at all and were more on the milkier side which is not a problem for me, however I felt like my latte lacked a lot of flavor. I didn't taste much vanilla at all. It was just a very very faint flavor, even with the cream top. It tasted very lightly sweet but very plain. If you're into veryyy subtle sweetness and flavor then you might love this drink but I did not enjoy it much. I expected a stronger vanilla flavor especially with the cream. I also tried my husband's drink and it did have more flavor but the syrup taste was sort of a weird flavor as someone else here mentioned. Not sure how to explain it. It wasn't terrible but wasn't so great either. Overall, our drinks were very pretty looking but I wouldn't recommend them or order them again.
