So excited about this brand new location in Orange, California! Stopped by and loaded up on their signature cream top lattes: the Ube Lava was stunning with that rich purple hue and amazing nutty-sweet flavor, the Matcha Cream Top had the perfect earthy kick with creamy topping, and the Madagascar Vanilla Cream Top was pure comfort in a cup. Added a Strawberry Lemonade on the side - super refreshing, fruity, and not overly sweet. All the drinks were expertly made, high-quality ingredients, and presented beautifully. Honestly such a cute little coffee shop located in the heart of Orange! Their menu has something for everyone - from coffees (lattes, espresso, cold brew), to matchas, and even uncaffeinated drinks for your little ones or days you simply just want something to sip on. I knew I wanted a matcha but definitely had a harder time choosing because they had quite a few options. The barista helping us was knowledgeable and was able to recommend the Earl Grey matcha latte after I briefly described what I was looking for. With such different flavors in one drink, it was great tasting both the matcha and earl grey, not only complimenting one another, but also having their own individual notes. 10/10 would get it again! read more

I saw that Caffe Inn was having a soft opening and decided to stop by, keeping an open mind since soft openings can be busy or still working out the kinks. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't great. When I walked in, there were three girls at the front. One of them greeted me while eating, with food in her mouth, which immediately felt unprofessional. The other two just stared at me and seemed annoyed that they had to take my order. Since it was my first time there, I was hoping to get a recommendation, but the attitude at the counter made me feel uncomfortable even asking questions. I ended up asking if the Madagascar latte was their most popular drink, and the response I got was, "Yeah, I'd think so." Not very helpful, but I went ahead and ordered it anyway. I understand it's a soft opening and things may still be getting organized, but customer service really sets the tone for a first impression. I hope the team works on creating a more welcoming environment for future customers. read more

I go to school at Chapman and I've been waiting forever for a good matcha place to open nearby, so I was so excited when this spot finally opened! I got the matcha with matcha cold foam and it was so good. Super smooth, not bitter, and really well balanced. It honestly reminds me of Coffee Dose over in Irvine/Newport. So happy to finally have a great matcha spot close to campus. Definitely coming back! read more

Came in on 4/25/26 at around 5:10 PM, and unfortunately the girls working the counter need to seriously work on their attitude and customer service. This was our first time here, and we were genuinely excited to try this place. Since it was our first visit, we asked a few questions about the menu to better understand our options. The girls were very unfriendly, especially the one working the cashier. She rolled her eyes while answering our questions, did not greet us when we approached the counter, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her just by being there. There was no smile, no welcoming attitude, and no effort to make first-time customers feel comfortable. Customer service sets the tone for a business, and first impressions matter. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt dismissed and uncomfortable. It was disappointing because we were looking forward to trying this place, but the attitude we experienced made the visit unpleasant from the start. I hope management addresses this issue and reminds staff that basic courtesy, professionalism, and friendliness go a long way especially with new customers who are excited to support the business. read more

This is my absolute favorite place! My friend told me about this place when it first opened and ever since then I haven't stopped coming. Being someone who doesn't drink a lot of caffeine, I really love their non caffeinated options, I'm absolutely obsessed with the ube lava! The staff is always kind, attentive, and open to giving great recommendations based off what you're looking for. When I need a treat to get me through the day this place is always my go to! Came on a Saturday morning and this place was definitely getting busy but nothing outrageous. Servers were nice and drinks came out in a reasonable time. I got the banana Matcha, the banana cream with the banana pieces on top was a nice touch and tasted fine. I was not super in love with a Matcha taste, I have definitely had better Matcha. But overall, it was very good. Nice vibe, can definitely get busy and loud but it is expected, as it's in Old Town Orange. There are street parking available, but keep in mind. There is a fee to park. Or you can park around the block and walk. read more

Caffe In has everything you'd want in a coffee spot. Vibes and aesthetic are immaculate. The playlist is well-curated for getting work done. I forgot my AirPods and was still locked in on my emails without being distracted. The matcha is ceremonial grade, and the banana cream top was delicious. I also appreciated the amount of ice they put in the matcha. My matcha still tasted like matcha after the ice melted! I love supporting locals so of course I had to check out my new neighbors. I heard they were well known for their cold foam flavors especially the corn foam. I wasn't ready to try the corn foam yet however I did try the banana foam because it had a shot of espresso in it and I love my coffee strong. The foam was a little too thick for my liking but with a good stir it all blended very well. I like my coffee sweet and strong without having to pay for extra shots. I wish it was a little stronger but I will definitely go back. The staff was kind and the prices are pretty good. The interior decor is very kawaii. read more

This coffee is just so good I had to leave a review. I've been to the other locations a handful of times before but this was my first time at this location in the Orange Circle. This means it's busy and parking will be a bit of a bust but it's worth it, I promise. I brought my friend here after she complained to me about another overpriced matcha spot . I had a feeling she would like Caffe In. I got my usual which was the cream top latte: Madagascar Vanilla and my friend ordered the banana cream top latte, which she loved! The drinks do range from $7+ but once you have a sip you'll fully accept the price. The service is always friendly and I've yet to have a bad experience. The place wasn't too busy so our drinks came out fast and I noticed people after us were getting their drinks fast too! The new location has inside seating and outside tables as well. It's cozy with a big glass windows and looks like a great place to study and get work done. I can't wait to go back, I'm already craving another coffee! read more

I've been a regular at this coffee shop and have always loved the atmosphere. I've brought my dog, Rocky, several times before, and even confirmed with staff that he was welcome. Today, though, after hours of us peacefully sitting together, a mother sent her child inside alone and then knocked on the window to get her attention. Naturally, Rocky barked when that happened. Suddenly, I was told dogs weren't allowed. It felt unfair to have a policy change after so long, just because of one situation. What surprised me is I've seen other dogs come in and out before without issue. I wish the policy were consistent and communicated upfront. I still like the place, but this mixed messaging was disappointing as a long-time customer. read more

After being a regular at their Anaheim location for years now I was excited to see that they had a location in Orange. I noticed they had a different menu item, the earl gray matcha, which was the perfect combination of my two favorite drinks and something I frequently order from other coffee shops. Though, I would find that this drink was both an insult to matcha and earl gray tea. The drink was oddly thick and not in a creamy way, it was one that felt strangely reminiscent of thick water. The flavor was also terrible and felt like an evil concoction out to get me. This was the first time I've ever thrown out a matcha and felt sorrow at the wasted money. My friend also had a bad experience. While we understand it's a soft opening and they're still figuring things out, the treatment continued to be uncalled for. They ordered a cream top matcha but upon receiving it, we noticed they were missing the cream. This is of course not a big deal and could be easily solved, but instead of offering to remake the drink, the worker told my friend to drink more of their matcha to add it in. Not only is this extremely unprofessional, but it's also demeaning. Who wants to chug their matcha in front of the worker just because of their mistake when the drink should've been remade in the first place? And from my understanding, the cream top matcha is prepared differently. Overall I would never visit this place again and would absolutely recommend other people to opt for the other coffee shops located in the plaza. read more

I went during their soft opening. Cute interior and I liked the iced strawberry matcha. They have free WiFi and outlets near the tables. Since it's at the Orange Circle, parking can be tricky. Music was loud, so it's not the best for quiet studying but you can get some work done. One of the staff (male, maybe a manager or owner?) greeted me when I walked in and everyone else after me. One of the baristas was not super friendly or welcoming. But overall I think I would go again to try their other drinks as I've heard they're pretty good. read more

My drinks are always out in like five seconds which is one of the reasons i love this place. I was pretty sad when the previous boba business that was in this location closed but this coffee shop has definitely out done them. The drinks are super good here and they are super quick. The add-it-yourself maple drizzle dropper was a fun touch, though might've liked it a tad more viscous if possible (turned out looking like it rained maple syrup on the donut, heh). Plenty of parking on Orange St public parking lot or along that street. Now they charge at the lot, about $1.45 per hour (oh well, better than LA parking). Looking forward to returning! Seeing different instructions being given to different customers made us feel that the rules were not being applied consistently. Additionally, my wife ordered a cookie that was extremely dry and tough. Overall, this was not a good first experience. The food was average at best, and the inconsistent treatment at the front desk left a particularly bad impression. I believe every customer should be treated equally and given the same information and access, regardless of who they are.

The aloo paratha was really good- not overly seasoned but it had a very authentic flavor and came with traditional indian pickle condiment on the side. The decor is very authentic but not overwhelming and the place had a nice vibe to it. The staff were friendly and helpful when we were deciding what to order. We are looking forward to going back again and trying more of the items!

Absolutely loved Caffe In Coffee in Orange! I tried the Madagascar Vanilla with Cream Top, and it was delicious -- smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. The cream top makes it feel like coffee and dessert in one. The shop is super cute, clean, and modern, and the drinks are definitely photo-worthy. Such a nice addition to Old Towne Orange! I'll definitely be back to try the Ube and Matcha drinks next. Highly recommend! read more

As an Orange local, I look forward to enjoying to get to know the staff and their tea's well into the future. For now, I have my unsweetened Hibiscus Berry tea spot sorted!! (and Hubs likes the coffee which is important as he is Dutch originally and likes a good cuppa) Basically, on Tuesday morning's it's 'home'. And that is exactly what the owner wants us to feel.

I ordered the Vanilla Latte hot and asked that they fill up my insulated mug instead of the cardboard cup. Even with the steady stream of patrons, I received my expertly prepared brew by their hirsute barista, who gave me "beard envy" (I can only sport a goatee) :D The crew are friendly, conversing with the regulars.
