Food is delicious!! We got their bowls and loved the Yumm sauce. Fresh ingredients and healthy too. The service is also top notch.

My friend brought me to this place and now I'm so obsessed!!! The food is always so fresh and service is the best. Good thing it's only 5mins from my house. Ive already brought three more people here and they LOVE IT! read more

So yummy!! I get the zucchini chilean bowl. Medium if I'm super hungry and small if I'm not. The service was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. So grateful for the drive thru. We will be back! read more

Great, healthy alternative to typical "quick food" restaurants. I'd seen Cafe Yumm in Oregon many times (they were always bustling with patrons) but I never actually had the opportunity to try it. I've been to the Eagle location twice now since it opened. I had the Hot'n'Jazzy Bowl the first time and the same in a Wrap the second visit. Both were darn good. I'll try a Bento next time. Yep. I'll be going back! read more

Just don't go. It was really bad. There was a giant black hair on my food. They forgot the chicken on my husbands meal. They brought it and apologized but it was 1/3 of the amount I had gotten for my meal. The chicken was rubbery. I was so so hungry so I ate it, but we definitely questioned that decision while finishing our meal. What wont be going back. read more

Love the BBQ tofu! I am not a fan of tofu but these are the bomb.com. Hubby loves hot and jazzy bowl. The soups are amazing especially the tortilla cheese soup!!!! Definitely give it a try you won't be disappointed!! read more

Wow! Cafe Yumm is a fantastic place to eat - we enjoyed our meals so much! The manager is so sweet and helped walk us through the menu since it was our first time. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family! Keep up the great work! read more

This is one of my favorite, if not my favorite fast casual chains/franchises. Lived in Portland area for 3 years and got addicted to Yumm sauce and Café Yumm. Moved away in 2012 and was really hoping Café Yumm would come to the Boise area. I'm so glad it is here. I came in on opening day, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was as I remembered. Wish they still had the nori wrap, which I don't see on the menu anymore. I stock up on Yumm sauce when I come in, and was not disappointed in the food when I came in. read more

This place is so good!! If you haven't had a chance to try it yet, you definitely should. The original yumm bowl is my favorite with southwestern chicken. I'm so glad healthier food options are coming to the area, also very friendly staff. read more

Cafe Yumm! - Lakemoor - Original Yumm Bowl with Southwestern Chicken - Salad Near Me - Eagle, Idaho

I've only ordered take out here so I can't review the inside of the restaurant or employee atmosphere yet but the food is wonderful! It's hard to find decent vegan spots in Idaho but this my new go to. Everything tastes really fresh and the flavors are unique! I had the barbecue tofu plate, my husband tried the Yumm bowl with turkey and my sons split a zucchini stew. We all enjoyed every bite! I will return! read more

Healthy and Delicious!!! Priced perfectly. Super excited to have this restaurant in Eagle

I love Cafe Yumm! We go there all the time when visiting Oregon and I'm so happy one has opened in Idaho. Delicious, healthy food with a drive through. Thanks for coming to Eagle! read more

Food had fresh ingredients, however the taste was not good. We order the most popular chicken bowl. For the price and food taste I would not return read more

Great drive thru spot or sit indoors/outdoors for salads or protein bowls! Love the protein options and their Yumm signature dressing!

I didn't want to go out, so I found this place on a delivery app. I ordered a salad; a bowl with rice, zucchini, tempeh and other vegetables and their sauce; and a deluxe quesadilla, which came with sour cream and salsa and had veg inside. Omg! So delicious! It's like what I got in San Francisco. Clean, healthy, tasty, prepared with care. I didn't want to stop eating but saved half. Really happy to have found this place and look forward to trying more on the menu! read more

Had to write this review after seeing the recent edition of Eagle Life August 2020 edition; a local magazine, with an ad for Cafe Yumm. They show a picture of one of Cafe Yumm's bowls on page 19 - wow if they actually served a bowl like this, their place would be packed! We've tried them once and ordered this exact bowl ... it's mostly rice and contains other portions nothing like this picture. And their prices are high, especially considering what you get. So sad that restaurants do this; tricking customers with their ads and not following thru with their actual food items. It's just not right - we have not been back. And every time we drive by, they maybe have one or two cars outside; never busy. I am all for helping local businesses thrive but this is not one of them. read more

What a great place for vegan and gluten free eaters. The bbq tofu was extraordinary. The toppings were super fresh and so delicious. The prices were great as well. read more

Went several months ago, and was super disappointed. Food was cold, staff didn't want us there as it was 20 mins til closing time. Won't be back. read more

Not tasty food! I'm not usually picky with my taste in food but I could barely eat enough to feel full. In fact I downloaded Yelp just to warn people not to go here you're better off finding some other organic place some place else. Giving two stars for friendly staff read more

cafe yumm is pretty hit or miss for me. some times the avocado is perfectly ripe and everything is delicious. most of the time tho my avocado is hard and my tofu is over cooked. i would say go get the yumm sauce and then make your own bowl at home. read more

Had the zucchini wrap for $9.50. Flavors were great but if you want to eat this on the go it's not the wrap for you. Definitely takes two hands as it's stuffed and juicy. Mine was kinda on the lukewarm side, not sure if I'd prefer it warmer or not. read more

My husband and I were hopeful that this place would be great, however we were both disappointed. The food is not good! I had the Yumm Baby bowl with Southwest chicken and it was basically a cheap taco salad with rice versus lettuce. The sauce was overpowering and avocado was hard. My husband had the bento with teriyaki chicken. The flavor was decent but the portion was small for the price. You get a much larger portion for $5 less at Happy Teriyaki. We won't be back. read more

Not going to lie. I was actually excited about trying this place. But having just finished my meal, I regret it. Tiny portions, completely dried out chicken, and just flat out disappointed. Sorry guys. read more

Highly recommend!! Lots of vegan and gluten free options. The food was delicious and Rick's superior service made it memorable. It was lovely to dine in with a view of the wildlife. read more

I appreciate it so much when a restaurant uses paper bags/ compostable items for delivery. Even the straw was compostable!! The ginger cookie is straight up addicting & tempeh is not my favorite but I figured I'd give their teriyaki kabob a try. It was good! I feel so much better about my Door Dash addiction when I know I can get vegan options & not produce so much waste. So tasty!! No pics bc I wasn't planning on reviewing plus it looked so good I had to dig right in. Thanks Cafe Yumm!! read more

Highly recommend! Friendly service, delicious high quality food and relaxing atmosphere! We will be back!

All I can say is YUMM! The food is so delicious and Creasy tasting. And the location is so easy to get in and out of. My new favorite place. read more

I have been to Cafe Yumm! in Eagle on several occasions and I have always left there so satisfied. The workers were so helpful and friendly. The first time I went there they were patient and helped me order a very delicious dish. The food is so fresh and the sauces seal the deal every time. I love the spicy dishes, perfect every time, worth every penny. read more

I was so excited to see Cafe Yumm! Come to Eagle. I worked in OR and used to go all the time. I even bought a bottle of the Yumm! Sauce last time I was at PDX. Had the original bowl and it was delicious. I can understand how this would not be for everyone....it would never work for my husband or son as they are more meat and potatoes (or Sushi) type, but I love it. A healthy alternative to fast food and the portions are small but perfect for me. I hope you do well here!!! read more

My wife and I went to check out café Yumm for the first time today for lunch. My wife is a vegetarian and loves it when a restaurant has many options for her, which was definitely the case at Café Yumm. She had a vegetarian wrap and I went ahead and got the large traditional Yumm Bowl. I had them add teriyaki chicken which was delicious, perfectly marinated, super tender and served at nearly hot temperature. The food was above average in taste and quality. I see a lot of reviews reference the price, but my opinion is that you definitely get what you pay for - plus it's healthy! I can't see going to McDonald's, for example, just to save a couple of dollars only to get sub-standard, borderline disgusting food. The contrast between the two types of foods would be night and day. I also like that they have a small wine and beer selection. The restaurant is nicely decorated and very clean. The color scheme is very neutral and relaxing. The service was what you would expect from a nice sitdown restaurant. They check on you throughout your visit to make sure everything taste great and that you have everything you need. We will definitely be back! read more

We just ordered here via GrubHub for the first time ever. We have eaten at Cafe Yumm in Bend but never Boise. The delivery should have included two side orders of SW Tempeh and instead we received two orders of teriyaki chicken (we are vegetarian). We also ordered two cookies (we only received one). Some might be tempted to blame this on the driver but the delivery bag was stapled and un-tampered with when it was delivered. I tried calling immediately and it just went to voicemail. We checked both our online order and receipt to make sure we ordered correctly. We did. Pretty disappointing for our first order. Someone in the kitchen tonight was definitely not paying attention, at all. The tempeh ruben was also very bland compared to what we have had in Bend, Or. The Temeph was not even seasoned. Disappointing. read more

disappointed, first time there, the guy taking my order was very overly "friendly" by making very bad jokes like it will be 84million dollars or 9.92 and when asked for no yum sauce said ok extra sauce. I ordered the small bowl with plain chicken to go, I get back to my office and there is NO CHICKEN! as someone who needs protein this is very disappointing, the flavors are just a little weird and leave a odd taste in your mouth. Bowl was not even warm enough to melt the cheese slightly. I was hoping for a nice organic place to eat quick lunches, I guess I will keep trying- $10 for rice and beans is way over priced even for Eagle. read more

I just had a teriyaki bowl from here and it was phenomenal. The chicken had like a grilled taste to it like smokey and the rice was so good. perfect amount of food, perfect amount of sauce. it was only $5.25. Best teriyaki bowl i've ever had. read more

Boring and would never eat this again. It's filler food. No flavor and I can't figure out who would spend money on this. It's a clean and nice establishment, but it is a bowl of white rice with no direction and no flavor. It's not Mexican, or Asian or anything ...and NOT yum. read more

My husband and I went to try this cute new place yesterday. The menu was extensive and creative. We love healthy and organic food and this place nails it. We got the medium bowls which were both filling and delicious. It's priced right and makes you want to come back and try something else on the menu. Soooo good! We will be back. read more

This is our second time at Cafe Yumm. The family all ordered the Smoky Yumm bowl. The cost for 3 medium take-out bowls was over $30. The bowl was approx. 16 oz. For brown rice, black beans, a little sauce, a slice or two of ago, and a few slices of chicken or tofu, we were disappointed. Healthy shouldn't be expensive. The flavors were good, but we won't return due to the price. Darn. read more

An employee, Leigh, took my and my wife's order when we visited last week. He said insulted my wife while she was ordering, "So demanding, typical woman" and was generally short, snippy, and rude. I won't be returning to this shop and will encourage everyone I know to do the same. read more

Paid $11+ for a small original with chicken and it was so disgusting. It is very cheaply made and the flavors did not go together at all.

Very slow service and no one is in the place. It's rice and chicken bowl. Prepare to wait.

I really wanted to like this place but way overpriced and the food was not great. For a burrito and a soda, it was over $15. The bowl was pretty flavorless but the ingredients did seem fresh. read more
