Coffee is good. You can also get little chocolates here as well. They put a lot of care into packaging so that it looks nice and ready to gift. This goes for both the flowers and when taking home your finished products from the workshop. It's very easy to book workshops and custom bouquets through their Wechat. Note that it is a small cafe so there isn't a lot of seating. There are a few seats at the tables and a few seats at the coffee bar. It can be hard to find seating especially when there is a workshop going on. They can also get pretty busy.

We came on a Sunday afternoon and the shop was busy. I bought a bouquet of flowers for my friend's bday and the service is very good. The florist was very friendly and helpful. We also tried the hot Spanish latte while waiting. It's a nice little neighborhood spot to hangout. The have one large table and a few high stop seats along with a two seater and coffee table. They have coffee as well as wine by the glass (or bottle!) as well as a selection of items for sale (cards, jewelry, prints, scrunchies, etc.). There are several tables as well as a cute couch area set up for you to hang out in. I dropped by Bloom Bar Studio on a Sunday around noon after following them on Instagram for the longest time. The store is super cute and pretty where there's lots to look at. I opted to get a flat white from the counter where it was made at a reasonable time. The staff were extremely friendly and personable. I sat for a bit after getting my coffee where I enjoyed the space. The coffee wasn't the best I've had but wasn't the worst either. They were very busy, from serving customers to making new floral arrangements. The two stalls look very modern. The place is wheelchair accessible. There are washrooms nearby but not in Union Market.
