This is the absolute truth: Run and Gun cafe has the best vanilla latte I've ever had. I'm not sure if it's the syrup they use or if they put more than usual, but it's the perfect amount sweetness. Other lattes I've gotten, I usually feel that they aren't sweet enough or aren't sweetened at all but drinking this latte, you can tell there is definitely vanilla in there. The cafe is a cute and floral cafe. Seating is limited and it gets busy around peak hours (noon, prime evening time of 3-4). The barista was super nice and friendly, greeting us as we walked through the doors. Their menu is pretty limited, with all of the typical espresso drinks but nothing special to the cafe itself. I didn't get a chance to try their pastries but I will definitely return to try them as they have some interesting things going on there. It's a good place to grab a drink and catch up on your latest book!

Another day, another new place to try a flat white! My morning meeting sent me over to Dundas W and I've had Run and Gun on my radar for a while. This is a very cute neighbourhood spot. Lots of sunlight, greenery, and muted woods to give that zen like feel... when I walked in, quiet and soothing is what I would call the place. Everyone here was just sitting still reading or typing quietly away. Run and gun is quite community focused as they had a nightly kid movie night being advertised on their counter. That seems really cute. The place has a lot of space to chill and do your work. The free wifi helps with that. I ordered my usual of almond milk flat white was quickly taken and started immediately. I like how a bit of the store is dedicated to selling plants... it gives a nice life to the place. Flat White with almond milk - It had a bit more large foam bubbles than I'm used to and this may have made the ratio a little off for the milk to espresso. The bean also had an interesting bitter note that may not be my favourite but it was still fairly good drink overall. 3.5/5

I can't understand to concepts of this shop. that the shop has grass I understood, but why to place clothing? My idea is simply that if the shop has nature taste, there has to warm a room and there has a little bit of art.

This is a relatively new cafe that I happened to come across as I was walking around Dufferin/Dundas. The cafe is quite clean and quiet, and spacious for a small cafe. It is clear that the owners didn't want to clutter the place. There aren't many tables available though; a communal table at the back and another one near the entrance that could seat ~4-5 people and 2 smaller round tables that fit 1-2 people. Interestingly, there's a 'tiered' bench where on the top step, people could sit cross-legged on the floor. It seemed quite comfortable as pillows and a sitting table were provided. On the lower step, you could fit ~1-2 people. The cafe is really quiet and it makes me not want to talk as it may cause a disturbance to other customers. I'd say it is a great cafe if you want to be alone and get some work done. They offer the classic cafe drinks for prices that you see in any coffee shops in that area. I ordered the macchiato and it was were really good. On another coffee run, I ordered a flat white and it was just as good! Love the taste of their coffee beans! The cafe also has some cookies, croissants and pre-made sandwiches available, perhaps I'll come next time to try them.

Adorable coffee/tea shop with comfortable and eclectic decor and seating. The unsweetened iced teas available were delicious, along with their selection of baked goods. Over my two day stay in Toronto, we visited this spot three times. The friendly and attentive staff make this spot a great neighborhood gem!

We found this nice coffee shop around Dundas n dufferin.st. Decided to give it a try and this did not disappoint us. I love the decorations in there. The service is really friendly. I ordered a macchiato and ginger cookie. Goes very well together. I ordered a honey ginger tea to go. I would definitely recommend this place if you have time on a weekend and wanna relax.

Great tasting coffee, with very chill vibes. Great for a quick stop or a nice play to hang out. Rustic like style.

Sigh...Asked for an extra hot chai soy latte. It was lukewarm... I regret spending 8 dollars.

There's a gift-shop Battle Royale at the Front Street entry/exit of Toronto's St. Lawrence Market…read more I imagine the owners of the 43 year-old St. Lawrence Smoke & Gift Shop (SLS&GS), and the 10 year-old The Souvenir Market (TSM) shooting daggers with their eyes as they glare at each other across the walkway. I'll let you read my SLS&GS review (https://www.yelp.com/biz/st-lawrence-smoke-and-gift-shop-toronto) to find what's going on over there. As for TSM, there's plenty of cool stuff. IMHO, they win over the Smoke Shop when it comes to maple quality and selection. You'll find maple syrup, maple cookies, maple candies, maple butter, maple chocolate, and maple coffee and tea, just to name the most prominent. I also put TSM on top when it comes to sports stuff ... you'll find a sturdy amount of reasonably priced Toronto Raptors and Blue Jays gear. They also best their cross-walkway rivals in things the Smoke Shop just doesn't have (or has so little of I missed it): TSM wins on RCMP (a.k.a. The "Mounties") stuff, post cards (expensive, but excellent quality), Anne of Green Gables (the famed Canadian novel character) items, and on international flags. When it comes to the standard Toronto- and Canada-adorned items, both stores do well with t-shirts, magnets, mugs, bags, sunglasses, bags, and the rest. There isn't a lot of crossover, though, making both stores must-sees for the souvenir hunter. With a straightforward name like "The Souvenir Market" you expect an abundance and variety of great stuff ... and, boy, TSM delivers!

I got the ravioli and mashed potatoes, and it was exactly what I expected. I enjoyed every single bite, and I'd probably get the same exact order if I went back. The fries were also pretty good, and the Parmesan did add taste to them. My husband also did enjoy his steak. The drink that I got was an apple flavor, and I just remember it tasting delicious, so it's one of my favorite items that I got that night. Location: The location is beautiful, and it's definitely one for the books. You have a 360 view of Toronto, and it moves very slow, but you get to see all throughout the view of Toronto, and it's very beautiful, especially at night when the lights around are glistening. This place is not a casual place. In my opinion, people were dressed up, as well as ourselves, and it's a perfect place for a special celebration or if you're visiting Toronto like us. We took Uber here as we were visiting Toronto, so I'm not sure how parking works for this location. Service: The service was great. Our server was amazing, and I wish I would've written this review a lot sooner because he deserved a five-star regarding how nice and helpful he was, especially with exploring the menu and answering all our questions. If I visit Toronto, this is definitely somewhere I would like to come again. I think it's worth visiting and experiencing again. I do remember it being more on the pricey side but well worth the price tbh .

This gift shop is located inside of the CN Tower. It could easily be a stand alone gift shop. You…read moredo not have to pay for any of the tower's attractions to visit the gift shop. It is free to shop. You do have to go through security screening to get to the shop, but it is before any admission stations. This gift shop has a department store kind of feel and not only has CN Tower memorabilia, but Toronto's and Canada's as well. You will find shirts, hats, key chains, magnets post cards, stuffies, toys hats and snacks here. It has a decent collection of stuff. I did think that the stuff they have is a bit pricey, but oh well. My interaction with the staff was limited, but the little that I did have, they were nice enough. Because it takes some work to get to including finding parking, which can be pricey, going through security, and paying higher prices. I would not consider this gift shop a destination spot. It is still a viable option to purchase your trinkets if you are visiting the CN Tower, the Aquarium, or Rogers Centre.
