There is so much fun stuff here! At the end of the Tower visit the elevators drop you off at the gift shop which has all kinds souvenirs. You flow through quite easily and everything is in place and nice organized and displayed. No idea how they keep it that way but kudos on presentation and appeal. We passed on picking anything with limited luggage space home, but it was fun to look around. I had to fight the urge to buy all kinds of things I did not need but it was really cool. Great store with a large variety of items. Something for everyone.

Excellent shop for souvenirs and knickknacks. The plush CN towers gave me a good laugh.

After people have gone some 550 meters (or 1,800 feet) in the sky -- marveling at the Toronto skyline and Lake Ontario from the vantage point of one of the tallest free-standing structures in the world -- you better bring a gift shop matching that level of grandiosity. And the CN Tower Gift Shop brings it. It's epically big. It's the biggest gift shop I've seen in Ontario ... and I've seen A LOT of gift shops. First of all, they have, not surprisingly, the most comprehensive collection of CN Tower replicas. So if you're headed to Toronto don't get lured into other CN Tower replicas at about a zillion gift shops in Toronto. As a matter of fact, you may want to hold off on ANY gift shop items until you've been to the one at CN Tower. I've not seen a bigger variety of Toronto t-shirts ... more importantly, I've seen a lot I haven't seen before. And there's the requisite maple syrup section stands with the size and scope of the best I've seen. Then, of course, the oodles and oodles of CN Tower stuff: T-shirt after t-shirt, mugs, glasses, shot glasses, plates, pajamas, sunglasses, toys, stuffed animals, keychains, post cards, caps and hats, winter gear, socks, and so on, and so on. And while I don't recall Paddington Bear making a trip to Toronto, they have a whole bunch of Paddington Bear stuffed animals. The biggest surprise is the excellent collection of indigenous art. I HIGHLY recommend looking at the beautiful post cards, calendars, framed prints, books, and other items. The CN Tower Gift Shop could be the best gift shop in Toronto ... heck, maybe the best in Ontario ... or in all of Canada!

Review Highlights - CN Tower Gift Shop

It would be hard for anyone to walk through and not find some form of a souvenir to take home.

I'll let you read my SLS&GS review (https://www.yelp.com/biz/st-lawrence-smoke-and-gift-shop-toronto) to find what's going on over there. As for TSM, there's plenty of cool stuff. IMHO, they win over the Smoke Shop when it comes to maple quality and selection. You'll find maple syrup, maple cookies, maple candies, maple butter, maple chocolate, and maple coffee and tea, just to name the most prominent. I also put TSM on top when it comes to sports stuff ... you'll find a sturdy amount of reasonably priced Toronto Raptors and Blue Jays gear. They also best their cross-walkway rivals in things the Smoke Shop just doesn't have (or has so little of I missed it): TSM wins on RCMP (a.k.a. The "Mounties") stuff, post cards (expensive, but excellent quality), Anne of Green Gables (the famed Canadian novel character) items, and on international flags. When it comes to the standard Toronto- and Canada-adorned items, both stores do well with t-shirts, magnets, mugs, bags, sunglasses, bags, and the rest. There isn't a lot of crossover, though, making both stores must-sees for the souvenir hunter. With a straightforward name like "The Souvenir Market" you expect an abundance and variety of great stuff ... and, boy, TSM delivers!

Floral arrangements are what they pride themselves on but don't underestimate their foliage options! Prices are lower than other independent shops around, and it's conveniently at the heart of downtown Toronto. For such a tiny shop, they bring in many plant varieties that even Canadian Tire next door doesn't stock. The owner is also sweet and accommodating and would give you tips on plant care if you need it. Here are some plant goodies I've picked up in the past year: - Rubber Plant 3.5inch pot $10 - Hoya Pubicalyx 4inch $18 - Peperomia Hope 3.5inch $7 - 5inch white round ceramic pot made from Germany is less than $15 During the lockdown, they do pickups and payments in-store. Tip: I suggest following their Instagram page to get updates of their new stock and PM the owner through there to reserve your plant.
