Emma is such an amazing store owner and she is very great to work with…read more I found ginger flower studio while looking for flower shops that were open during the beginning of the corona pandemic. This is the place you want to be buying your flowers from. As a person who now realizes how much…read moreflowers cost, I refuse to buy from supermarkets where there's no one really concerned with freshness. We're talking about sitting flowers in dirty water. The difference is flowers that last 3 days versus 7 to 10 days, for a 10% difference in cost. Here's the scoop on what I've gathered so far. A friend of mine told me about "Sara Flowers". Basically, she's the go to person in Toronto for flowers. If you're looking for someone who knows their stuff and has talent and is still affordable despite the hype. When I visited, I chatted with her and she's done stuff like Rob Ford funeral, stores like LV, restos like Kasa Motto, Chase, etc. I went in and basically said do what you think is right, after giving her some general instructions, and watching her work, she really is brilliant. In terms of the actual store itself, I was really impressed at the stuff they're carrying. There's a large retail front selling house items, and gift items. Very cool stuff actually. The card section is excellent. Hilarious actually. Everyone's got succulents, but these guys also carry coral cactus (the only store in Toronto I've seen so far). They also carry Parkhill Candles (really hard to find, but excellent) and at a cheaper price than I paid in the U.S. Other cool things as well if you're looking for gift ideas. Overall, this place is worth the drive for me. Flowers are expensive, but at least I don't feel ripped off here. I feel like i'm getting my money's worth here. p.s Tip - there are Yelp check in discounts available.

Unacceptable especially given what they charged for the flowers and for the delivery. It seems florists don't realize that it's easy to share photos of what was delivered. Avoid!

The bouquet was nicely packed so transport was Easy. The flowers were well hydrated as they included a small "bucket" of water for the flowers to sit in to keep them fresh. Part of me wished I knew about them when I was planning my wedding lol, but what a breathtaking bouquet with blush/dull pink tones, white and a light pop of lavender. Everything is so carefully chosen and their design is just exquisite Thank you to the pink twig team, I will definitely be back!

Holy Gods of Deals! Two dozens of roses for $40.00 is practically unheard of!…read more I was in the area and needed to pick up some roses for a birthday. The shop is located in an industrial area, so be sure to follow the GPS as there is no sign that signifies their presence. The location is rather small, with a standard-size fridge? Avoid this place at all costs…read more I ordered a bouquet of tulips for my wife for Valentine's Day. I get that it is a super busy day of the year and I get that it is impossible to provide a set delivery time. However I have experienced multiple issues from this store. Let's first talk about value. The website allows one to "upsize" for a larger more expansive bouquet. Well I ordered the "best". What I received would never qualify for "best" under any scenario. Below are pictures from their website of their "best" offer and what I received instead. What a ripoff!!! Let's next highlight service. I had not received the flowers by 5.30pm. I called the store to ask when the delivery would be happening. I was told that the driver was out with the delivery and that it would be "very soon". 2 hours later the flowers were still not here so I called again and was again told that the driver was out and was maybe "20 minutes away". After challenging the person on the phone I was told that it "might be up to an hour" depending on the traffic. And for clarity we live WITHIN 10 MINUTES of the store. Well it took another 1.5 hours for the delivery to occur and when it did happen it was delivered by a guy in a sedan car - who would have had space only for about 4-5 bouquets. So it was never possible that my order was out for delivery as originally suggested. Brutal experience!!!! Will never recommend this place
