I called Periwinkle based on a referral from our outstanding local florist, ChristopherJohn in Orland Pk who did not deliver to this area. Periwinkle was wonderfu! Last June, my lifelong best friend's husband died & I entrusted this very important floral tribute to Axva'x flowers. WHAT A DISAPPOINTENT! NEVER AGAIN! Trying to find an independently owned, non-phone bank florist in the Algonquin area was VERY difficult--especial since on both occasions-- it was a holiday. Axva's was horrible!! But our outstanding local florist, ChristopherJohn in Orland Pk, IL (who does not deliver to Algonquin) suggested independently owned Periwinkle Flowers. I told Diane specifically what I wanted & she more than complied for my best friend's mother's passing--with a 1pm order on a holiday weekend, delivery by 3pm! The arrangement was beautiful & I can not complain about anything from this florist! Many other who do high-style arrangements could not deliver until Tues-- after the Memorial Day Holiday. Jess and her team were truly amazing in terms of creating beautiful bouquets, boutiners, centrepieces and floral arrangements for the bar. We were blown away in terms of the size and fullness or the arrangements - amazing value. The floral component of our event truly enhanced the feel and style of the evening. The Periwinkle team was able to combine both the bridal trends at the time along with a more classic bridal style (picture dark purple almost black flowers with succulents and roses - I swear it was gorgeous!)
