This place has a huge selection of indoor plants (and flowers!) for extremely reasonable prices. With this pandemic, I have become a recent obsessed plant mom and was so excited to see so many healthy and beautiful plants here. They had peace lilies, succulents, sansevieria, pothos, ferns, ivy, money trees, hoyas, jades, palms, dracaena, aloe, etc. I also loved their plant pots! They had the cutest little succulent pots for $2.99! And their larger pots were only $5.99. Their little 2.5" succulents were $4.99 and 4" pothos were $3.99. Great neighbourhood flower shop! no frills and excellent value compared to other flower shops in the downtown area. I like that they have individual stems for sale and you can build your own bouquet instead of committing to a big fancy one. Stems were mostly good, I have had one or two that die within a day or two of purchasing which is disappointing but the rest are good. My first experience with this flower market was on my graduation day when my mom bought my a bouquet of star gazer lilies. It was the most beautiful bouquet ever that blossomed in my house for 2 weeks. Throughout the years we have visited the store here and there for the occasional needs. The most recent few visits were recently when I needed flowers for a baby shower and a cake and was very pleased with the wide variety of selection they had. I found the Broadview Flower Market on yelp so I reached out to them by email. Livia, who I believe is the owner, called me back, answered all my questions, provided cheaper options and recommendations and was very helpful. The flowers I received were fresh, and beautiful and a week after the wedding, the flower arrangements still look great. I buy all my flowers here when I can been going here for 10 years! I love the ability to make my own bouquets it's fun and everything is always well priced!! Most flowers are sold in small batches from 2-6 stems range from $3-$8 depending on the bloom. Pick a couple different kinds to make your own bouquet. Staff is very nice and friendly and remembers you! They are open early and close late, New stock usually on Thursdays but they always have fresh closed blooms. I've never seen bad, old flowers here before. read more

They have a huge, beautiful selection of flowers all year round and what you can't tell from the market-esque appearance and unless you're a previous customer is that they actually offer floral arranging services. At this place, a sale is a sale no matter how big or how small and they strive to serve you the best way they know how. I took a picture in of my ideal bridal bouquet. They told me "no". The flower I had chosen was apparently from Holland and while they had it, they said it would be too expensive for me to put a whole bouquet together. This, without even knowing my budget as yet. I appreciate things like that. I ended up with my bouquet (two dozen white, hand-tied roses), four bridesmaids bouquets (5 hand-tied calla lillies), 5 boutineires and a flower girls' bouquet for......drum roll please.......$200!!!! No lies. So, when you need flowers for any occassion, they're well priced here, they're in great shape (not wilting or dying the moment you leave the store), they're honest as anything and talented. read more

This is my go to flower shop. Flowers are expensive, but they have a decent selection and variety. If you're creating your own bouquet and are looking to spend very little money, it's certainly possible while still having a beautiful arrangement. That's the perk, flowers are beautiful! They have plants as well, ones that are potted and probably quite pricey. As these are of no interest to me, I'm not sure of the price range. I cannot grow plants that are delicate. My lacking green thumb needs hardy and resilient plants so I avoid buying potted plants. I have never seen any flowers in bad shape. Often I'll find ones with closed buds, waiting to bloom. The staff are super friendly and nice. They do offer suggestions if you ask but I enjoy creating my own bouquets and have rarely asked for help. They open fairly early and are open til 8 I believe (and every day! I needed a fresh bouquet yesterday for Easter Sunday lunch). They will also wrap up a bouquet nicely if you're giving them to someone else (there is a $2 charge for this) which is great because then I don't have to worry about putting the flowers in water and wrapping them up myself! The location of this shop is also highly convenient if you travel by TTC a lot. It's not even a 5 min walk from Broadview station. read more

I had Broadview Flower Market do the flowers for our wedding last month and I was absolutely blown away by their fantastic service and the beautiful arrangements they provided. After hearing numerous horror stories about sticker shock on wedding flowers from other brides, I put off finding a florist for quite awhile as I wasn't keen to spend thousands of dollars on something that would die after a few days. I've bought flowers from Broadview flowers several times and have always been amazed by their quality and prices so I decided to inquire about wedding flowers. Livia was beyond helpful and was immediately able to show me a variety of arrangements they have done in the past. She made the process of selecting flowers and bouquets very easy while guiding me on which flowers would be in season. In the end she quoted me an extremely reasonable price, I put down a small deposit and it was done! So easy! Leading up to the day, Livia was very accommodating in making last minute changes to the number of centrepieces, corsages and boutonnières. Livia put a great deal of care in to making sure everything was just right and she also made sure delivery of our arrangements and centrepieces went smoothly. We had so many guests comment on how nice our arrangements and centrepieces were and especially about the bridal bouquet. I decided to go there. Because of good reviews and my boyfriend recommended me. But I had really bad experience. Their flower lineup was so beautiful and nice. I wanted to buy flower in small vase with foam(sponge) because it was for restaurant I didn't want to get big to take some space also restaurant people can't change water everyday, so I was trying to explain why I want to get with sponge but they didn't accept my request, I understood they said it will be longer life with water but they kept saying not good look or it won't live longer,however I was customer they need to understand what customer wants. At the end she said "what language do you speak?" I'm not a perfect English speaker but I was trying to explain in English but they didn't try to understand me actually I wanted to put more green leaves which they didn't get. After my boyfriend called about this situation.because he was upset about how they treat me. She said because I didn't want to pay more. I said around $30 I wasn't sure about the regular price, it didn't mean I didn't want to pay more. If I like I was ok to pay more also I always pay tip to show my appreciation . If it's gonna cost more they need to explain me which is customer service even I reject that is customer's right. I was so disappointed and extremely sad.
