The best food, menu choices and service! Wish I had taken pics. Such a cozy, cute restuarant!!

Delicious breakfast that is not Bob Evans or First Watch. It is also a bit of a change from what I have in Coney Island, which is IHOP and Parkview Diner. Expensive? Sure. But the menu is vast with delicious options that you really cannot go wrong with any of it. Three egg omelettes, big salads, and big pieces of French toast. No matter what you get, you will be sure to walk out satisfied. Like with anything else in the Rehobeth Beach area, it opens early and closes early, and parking can be a nightmare if you wait too long to eat here. Thankfully it was not too bad when I went as it is currently offseason. That does not detract the locals from coming for a post church meal. This place definitely checks all the boxes. Overall, I would recommend this place. I was in town visiting some friends from in Delaware and they suggested this place for brunch. We arrived on a Sunday morning around 11am and it was packed! I mean we could barely find parking. We waited about 15-20 minutes for a table of 4. There is no waiting area - you are just cramped up front in a small area. It was very packed but they did have a large party there. I had the pancakes with strawberries and bacon and apple juice. A friend got the breakfast tacos and didn't like it at all. Two other friends got grits with their meals and said they had to be doctored up a bit. One thing I didn't care for was that the food was all bought out at different times. Our waiter was nice but not overly friendly. I would suggest checking it out for yourself. read more

Cafe Pink Blossom was amazing. We waited about 15 min which was the amount of time they told us when we came in. The bathrooms were clean and are right up front away from the restaurant which was a huge plus. Felicia took such great care of us and made some great recommendations. The tres leches French toast was perfect. Not too sweet topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream. My scrapple was cooked perfectly. My cheesesteak wrap was fire. The fried onions with the ketchup and mayo mixed on a panini style wrap were my idea of a good time. Come to this place y'all, the breakfast and lunch options are amazing. read more

stopped in for breakfast in this highly rated breakfast location. The server offered several breakfast specials which all sounded great. he decided on the crab omelette special and i had the sweetened cream cheese pancakes with peaches. my pancakes were delicious with lots of creamy filling in between but extremely light on the fruit. the lack of topping was a bit underwhelming. the omelet special was beautifully presented with fresh ingredients peaking through. the taste however was a bit less enticing. we sat on the deck and that was really nice. cocktails and soft drinks were tasty and cold. while our server was friendly and knowledgeable she may have been spread too thin. service was lacking and certainly could have pushed this location up in score. i'd definitely return but i'd via for an inside seat. service is probably more consistent inside. read more

My uncle lives in Lewes and likes this place. I thought it was decorated super cute. We sat out on the patio because it was a beautiful day. The staff was very attentive. They had fun seasonal options off the menu. My son had pumpkin pancakes. I was so excited when I saw on the menu that they had chipped beef. A dish from my childhood. The interior is adorable -- each table has a different pink blossom , and the vibe is fresh and inviting. We're from California and picky about our juice, but their fresh-squeezed orange juice was the real deal. Our amazing server, Ozzy, even made an orange shape in the foam of our latte after we couldn't stop talking about how good the juice was -- such a sweet touch! Stopped into Cafe Pink Blossom on a busy Sunday morning. We had about 8 people in our party and they accommodated our reservation despite it being made only a few hours in advance. They had us seated on the patio and split between two tables. It was super hot out this particular day and some of us were directly in the sun. Although it wasn't the most comfortable seating arrangement, the food was terrific. I had an iced cold brew with oat milk and the Liz omelette. The Liz was a weekly special that included broccoli, tomato, and cheese within the omelette. I know that sounds weird but it was actually a really yummy combo and made for a nice crunchy texture in the soft omelette. It also came with a side of home fries which were nicely seasoned and well cooked. This spot is tiny and has great food so be prepared for a wait, especially on the weekends. The service was still really quick and I also appreciated the free onsite parking. I'll make a point to return next time I'm in Rehoboth! read more

My wife and I gave it a try this morning, the coffee was very good. A must when rating any breakfast establishment. My wife's omelet and my pancakes were very good, so they got that going for them. If you're from NJ, NJ pr PA you're gonna love it!! Excellent food is hard to find in DE, and Cafe Pink Blossom checks all the boxes. Our traditional eggs Benedict was delicious with side of scrapple. The hollandaise sauce was amazing, perfect buttery taste. The side of potatoes with onions was yummy. All the food was seasoned perfect! The fresh squeezed orange juice is amazing!! Bloody Mary is homemade with the perfect kick. Service was welcoming and superior, checking in with each table. Restaurant was clean and bathroom was spotless. Wow! The food is delicious and beautiful. The service was polite, helpful, and attentive. You have two choices for ambiance, inside or outside. We tried this breakfast spot on the recommendation of a friend, and we were not disappointed at all. We were seated promptly by fast and friendly service. The wait staff was fantastic. These people were really hustling as the place was packed, and they didn't restrict themselves to their assigned tables. One of the waitresses was actually going around table to table to refill coffees for everybody, not just her section. Our food came out rather quickly, and it was delicious. I got the Crab Benedict and my wife got the Creamed Chipped Beef. Something we had never seen before in a place is they actually cut up her toast prior to serving it, which she really liked. The bacon came out a little bit underdone for ordering crispy, but we asked them to cook it a little longer and it came out perfect. We would highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast. Cafe Pink Blossom is worth the u-turn on highway 1 if you are heading north. Located directly off the main drag, this somewhat unassuming new breakfast location is serving up a delicious selection of mainly breakfast, with a few lunch items. My mom has already been here three times because she loves the food that much! All of our food was tasty. The French toast includes two pieces oozing out banana creme. The home fries may be marinated with a little bit of balsamic glaze before cooking. Whatever they do to add the potatoes in addition to the incredibly thin sliced onions adds the perfect amount of flavor. The caprese avocado toast was large, topped with freshly smashed avocados, an egg over medium, mozzarella, a tomato, and balsamic glaze. The portions were accurate. What I really enjoyed about the menu are the many items that include several different types of vegetables. Cafe Pink Blossom offers many of the same things (omelets, pancakes, etc.) that other breakfast places do, however, there's a small twist to their offerings. Everything is served with home fries or grits, a delightful departure from the typical dry toast as a breakfast side. Our server, Matthew, was efficient and funny (in a somewhat dry humor way). We appreciated his quick service. The cafe is split into two small rooms that seat people. The front room near the door is also next to the kitchen-- which doesn't seem to have great ventilation. I'd likely ask to sit in the side room or outside if you don't want to leave smelling like breakfast. The side room has around 7 tables, some that 2-tops and others that were 4-tops. The patio seats just as many people as the inside of the restaurant and has umbrellas to block the sun. I'd highly encourage anyone in Rehoboth this summer to support this new breakfast location. Go before they have a line out their door-- this is sure to become a family-favorite! read more

Sunday is my "pancakes day" and my brother's wife chose a pretty good location for them. Came by for breakfast and got may pancakes and Turkey bacon. Good stuff. The place is nice and right on the main highway leading into the Rehoboth Beach area. The staff is very friendly and the food came out hot and delicious. I think this may be my breakfast spot tomorrow before I leave town. If I come back I'm getting the omelette which looks outstanding as well. Don't forget to wash it all down with some of their fresh juice as well. read more
