What's not to like here? Very relaxed vibe, great menu with clearly marked vegan and gluten free options. I'm so glad I finally stopped in. Not to mention they open at 7am some days for all us early birds. The fact that it was a Sunday and I was in there with hardly anyone around and parked in one of three spots across from them at 8am was magical. Sometimes you want to be out and about but still have some quiet. The server was attentive and friendly. My order came out exactly as it was ordered. The steak and eggs was delicious. Anytime I see that in a menu I just have to have it! Those potatoes were to die for! I'm still thinking about them. The music was great, I love a good reggae playlist. I also really appreciate how mellow the lighting is. Harsh or super bright lighting feels so chaotic. I'm glad this place doesn't feel like the lighting aisle at Home Depot. Oh, also they have great mocktails. The "No"jito is great for those like me who like a more herbal flavor. 10/10

Fantastic place for coffee and breakfast sandwiches if you happen to be passing through Milton, DE on your way to or from Rehoboth Beach. My two teenage sons were hungry and really enjoyed their breakfast sandwiches in the car on our drive home to the Washington DC area. On the plus side, the service was prompt in a clean cafe setting. It looks like a nice spot to catch up on work or to meet a friend. However, one downside is that street parking may be difficult to find during peak hours. Also, please note that the breakfast sandwiches are homemade and can take 10 minutes or so to prepare - so if you're in a rush, I would stick with the coffee. Danio Somoza and Thaina Bittencourt opened this cafe in December 2022 with a second location in Rehoboth Beach. Both spots were sold to a new owner (Preston Russell) in February 2024. I imagine this cafe will be a "go-to" brunch destination for years to come.

Charming brunch spot with great ambiance. Felt warm and welcoming as soon as we stepped inside. Service was good, but the food was the real star. Had the Fresco Bowl and added chorizo. Perfectly balanced dish and fresh. Best cup of coffee I've had in a very long time, and the Bloody Mary rivaled my husband's, which is saying a lot. Can't wait to return!

An unexpected joy. In downtown Milton you'll find Zava Cafe a just under a year old eatery serving breakfast and dinner. We stumbled upon it and had a sumptuous breakfast of mixed berry and mascarpone French toast and robust cups of coffee. Beautiful ("pretty" said my wife) interior and friendly service. We'll be back for dinner.

Came here for the first time to get breakfast and will definitely be returning. The portions are small but food tastes great and is filling. I recommend the Fresca breakfast bowl as a safe choice for those who are indecisive. The staff was friendly and inviting, welcoming every person in. The ambiance was our favorite part; the lighting was perfect, the decor was unique, and the outdoor seating option compliments the setting well.

We arrived around 11:30 and got seated immediately and there were a few open tables still left so a good time to go. I would say the greeter was not super friendly and it took a good 10 plus minutes for someone to come to the table. A waitress that noticed that we had not been helped for awhile caught my eye as I was looking for our server stopped by and took our drink order and apologized for the wait and shared that most servers were just coming on duty. So that was the only negatives I have for our lunch. The restaurant is not super large but it is very cute. Has a lot of cute decorations and a good feel, although I am not a big fan of plastic over the seat coverings but I understand it makes it easier to keep it clean. I ordered a western omelette (don't forget to tell them to add cheese or you don't get any) and potatoes and a biscuit. Also had a glass of the fresh squeezed OJ and it was perfect. The food was excellent and the portion size was good, my only comment was that the biscuit could have been a bit more cooked but the taste was divine. My husband had the reuben and fries and his was very good also. The cost was a little over $50 so not somewhere I would go daily for breakfast but it is located in the tourist area so to be expected. I would recommend a visit for a great meal and I am looking forward to going again and trying some pancakes or French toast. Enjoy!

I say this because for far too long, individuals of all walks of life have wished for more nutritional approaches to meals rather than necessarily the most popular food chains, and it seems businesses such as Royal Nutrition, alongside other individually owned and unique cafes that serve more nutritional friendly choices, a welcome and education is available to customers, a wealth of information that was nit available before. Learning about, and the staff taking the time to educate customer, no matter how busy it might be, about the three step process before jumping into the shake - very informative and interesting. I will not share the details here so you can experience this as well. Open, bright, not cluttered, and mathcing the energy of the employees - Royal Nutrtition is a welcome site to a town continualyl morphing and adapting to indviduals from various regions. The variety can be overwhelming, but with a ricecake, and the two steps before the third step shake, I am stuffed. But now I realize I am full with the good side of nutrition behind me - :) Do not be confused about the location, it is best to driver around and park behind the plaza where this location is, as the curb and business to the left is very busy and hence, the no parking street signs. The staff is great, patient, and willing to focus on you as a customer, despite the distractions of a very busy workflow, they focus on YOU. I tried the door and thought it was close, and walked away and the staff ran to the door, despite having a line of customers, and welcomed me in informing me of the best place to park, and that they indeed were open and the door only was difficult to open. It meant alot to see the courtesy of the staff, it was welcoming to see individuals from other businesses that also sell ice cream in the communtiy as customers, and this reiterates a mantra that helps communities grow. You can be in the same business, and still support each other, as as a result, all businesses within a community will thrive if you agree to support one another. This business is one of many that is worth investing in, as you invest in a better nutrition for yourself at the same time!
