Since the full price still applied, I chose to keep it for my husband. Despite clearly mentioning that I don't eat meat, it was served directly alongside and touching my French toast, which was disappointing. After our food was delivered, our waitress never returned. It appeared her shift had ended, but no one else checked on us. After waiting quite a while (with only one other table occupied), we had to get up and request the check ourselves. The food itself was underwhelming. The French toast was quite dry, with an overwhelming amount of powdered cinnamon that threw off the flavor. My wife requested a vegetarian version, while our daughter had a classic Benedict with thick-sliced ham. I had the Garden Skillet and couldn't have been more pleased. The veggies were perfect (as were the eggs) and the potatoes freshly prepared. Additionally, the family-owned business is friendly and everyone pleasant and polite. We'll be back soon!
