Just passing through and found this little gem. Stopped in for a quick bite and was very happy . Usually skeptical of 5 star joints but this restaurant did not disappoint. You can get a filling and delicious meal for under $20. Tried both the combo and kebab plates and 6 different sides - loved every bite. Loads of flavor. The make the best falafels on the North Coast. They're a bit of a hidden gem, as they are located in King Salmon. A little bit of a trip out of Eureka, but well worth the drive. Food is flavorfully robust with herbs and spices perfectly balanced. Melts in your mouth...so good!!! Not only does it taste great but it's also healthy--you can't beat that combination. We devoured our falafel wrap and chicken plate. The 8 sides that came with our order were all delicious and fresh. Falafel was being made by hand when we arrived. The Malabi dessert was our first try and wish we got two! We dined out in the patio by the water. The only thing is, we ordered medley of pickles and menu listed variety of middle eastern pickles and olives. We were served with 2 dill pickles that weren't that authentic (and olives). Everything was so so good! My friends and I were on a road trip up the coast and decided to stop here. We got the chicken special, Moroccan fish, and the lamp kebab plates all with various sides. It was a great deal, service was quick, and all the entrees and sides were so fresh and delicious. The owner is incredibly welcoming and recommended some great picks. I was craving some Mediterranean food and this place was everything I wanted and more. We got the chicken wrap with double cabbage, carrots, and hummus as well as a baharat kebab plate with medi pico, babaganoush, peppers, and green zchug. Everything was so fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat! I got a zatar pita on the side, and I have never had a pita as fluffy. It was wonderful.
