Some in my family visited this restaurant after a family funeral. They were able to seat 16 of us comfortably. Staff was friendly, took our order and food came out quickly. They offer a wide variety of american food, Filipino and Chinese food. We all mostly ordered Filipino food. Everything was good. The portion was a good size so we shared. I have to mention that this restaurant is inside the casino but casino isnt loud and restaurant wasnt busy. Apparently my aunt and uncle come here a lot so food is good. (not all food is photographed)

We had a craving to eat here before heading home. We stopped by after an event in the city. We had such a better experience besides the wait for a table but that's not surprising. They're always busy especially at night. I stuck to my usual chopsilog. One had their bangsilog and another had a combosilog consisting of longanisa and tocino. Then shared a halo-halo. This time around, the service and food was better. Can't say I won't be back.

this place has such a special place in my heart. from late nights to early mornings, the cafe always has you covered. I've come here sober, hungover, drunk.. name it. And it hits every time! Over the years, I have slowly grown out of only ordering the longsilog (longanisa, egg, rice hold breakfast combo). However, it's still delicious. I just don't remember it being the price it is now. Will I still be there? Hell yeah! (side note, they have some of the best halo halo). halo halo the ice is melted shaved ice texture, not sweet at all, you choose either mango or ube ice cream inside, jellies, and rice cereal. (I'm going off memory here, so the rice cereal might be incorrect. just order it, you won't regret it!). soft scrambled egg with shrimp and rice this is in the rice plates section on the menu (I had to look it up, I never noticed it before). the sauce was slightly sweet but the meal was completely destroyed. fried chicken I mean; never thought it would be GOOD, but my boyfriend was so adamant about me testing it.. and it's delicious. crispy skin (almost like chips), juicy, flavorful, and with mangtomas sauce!! longsilog my tried and true? ugh, the suka too (vinegar), incredible. garlic rice? always a huge and delicious portion. god I miss it. bangus sisig bang-oose. milkfish for those that don't know. ugh, the jalapeno, tomato, lime!! and the flavor on this? I could marry it. it's also a favorite in the family, so we order this almost every time we see it. the skin? crispy. amazing every time. bangus silog someone in our group loves it even more than me, they got their own personal fish with egg and rice to eat with it. and that was DEVOURED by the way tocino silog honestly, the tocino was not giving its name. it's traditionally sweet pork, but it wasn't sweet. plus it was a little tough so this was one of the few times I saw my boyfriend (who ordered it), have leftovers AND didn't want to take the rest home. lugaw think hainan style chicken, in a ginger hearty broth, with softened vegetables, with a side of rice. this was a weekly special and just so happened to be its day of the week, whilst I decided to have a hangover. it was perfect - I want to order/eat this weekly. you're gonna come here for the gambling, but might as well eat some good food while you're here too. the service is always pretty standard, free refills on soda too :)

This is my all-time favorite 24-hour food spot in Daly City! My favorite is their tocilog, but I definitely recommend trying their other silog dishes as well. Service can be a little slow on Friday and Saturday nights, especially when there are events happening around the Bay Area or it's just a busy end-of-the-week crowd. Even when they're busy, though, my order always comes out correct and the food is worth the wait. Parking is free and usually easy to find. Definitely one of my go-to spots!

This is actually one of our favorite go to for Filipino food in the bay and it is open 24/7! Having been here many times, we have not had a bad meal experience here. All the dishes we've had has been so good. Then again we stick to the Asian dishes. We've been here after airport pick ups, for lunch, for brunch, for 4th meals, and still can count on delicious food to fill our bellies. Yes they have an extensive menu, but we've never ventured outside of their filipino or Chinese dishes. Maybe that is the key? Their Sinigang is so so good! You can also ask for just sabaw btw, you're welcome. Mmmmm

Colma Cafe, I thought it was something new. But this is actually the cafe/restaurant inside Lucky Chances Casino. Which I've had their food in the past. I remember the food being really good especially tho r fried rice. But this time it was just ok. We ordered a couple of their silogs( tapsilog and Longsilog), we also had got spaghetti and fried tofu. The Longsilog was good. But I'm disappointed at the tapsilog. The meat looked and tasted like it was a day old. The fried tofu was not crispy. We did love the spaghetti though. It was Filipino style spaghetti but it wasn't too sweet and the cheese went well with the sauce. We loved it. The service was ok too. There was no line and the food was ready in 15 mins. Maybe next time it'll be a better experience.

Came by Friday night around midnight and it was packed. I heard a lot about this place but never tried it out until tonight. Maybe it was an off night but the wet noodles were SO SALTY. Spaghetti was pretty good, tasted similar to jollibee. Basically no service was given besides taking our order, taking food out, and coming by to give us our check. They did not check in on our table and one of our dish came 20 mins after everyone else's. Pretty pricey for the meal, bill was $170 for 6 dishes. Overall, not impressed, very underwhelming.

Very average Asian American food. Nothing to rave about. Service is average. It's in a casino with old fashioned interior.

Came here for late night dinner after an event since this place is almost open for 24 hours. Lechon (5/5); Not too dry and very meaty. Comes with great sauces Chow Fun (5/5): A bit salty, but I devoured it. Filipino Spaghetti (4/5): Not a personal fan of spaghetti, but it's great if you like it on the sweeter side. Garlic fried rice (5/5); Super flavorful. I love it.

Lucky Chances, Cafe Colma, might be my favorite part of going to an event.... this is my version of afters... After an event when my feet hurt and I am severely dehydrated, this is where we go. It has nourished me back to help and brought my soul back to life. Yes, it gets busy, but all good things come with time. The sinigang has my heart and soul.

Came here with some friends around 2:30 so the place is just starting to slow down. We put our name on the waitlist and were quickly called to be seated. The restaurant is like your typical cafe style with counter seating and various booths. It was kind of loud initially but quiets down as people leaving. There's a sign in the wall by each table stating "1hour limit". Luckily, the food came out quickly or we wouldn't have make the 1 hr deadline We ordered the Belgian waffle, crispy pata and 2 meat combo of tapsilog and chopsilog with garlic rice and 2 eggs. The waffle was just average, something one can make at home. The meat was salty and dry for my taste. We all liked the crispy pata as it was crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside.

Good honest food....feels like not in SF. I find it to be very unique in this area...like off-strip Vegas.

This is a great diner family place. Super casual. Also a late night drunk place for those who end up out really late and need some food. You've got this place to rely on. Large menu! So many items! Filipino food, American, breakfast, cocktails, Chinese, a bit of everything! FOOD- The pork adobo had wonderful sauce and flavor. Great over rice, you choose plain or garlic rice. The two meat item Filipino rice and egg plate was good too, super oily as you'd expect. I can't eat too much of it but it's enjoyable once in a while. I like the Filipino sausage for choice of meat, wish they'd give me more than two slices DESSERT- The halo halo is amazing. Choose mango or ube ice cream on top.

Wonton soup with chicken added, not salty which I like

I love their pasta dishes and Kare Kare. I love that they are open 24/7 and it's worth the long drive from our home.

If…read moreyou're looking for polished decor, fancy furnishings, or a place to dress to impress... this probably isn't that place. The space has a very lived-in, old-school feel, with furnishings that are more functional than fashionable. And the loo? There's only one, and it's akin to the restaurant. My rating is about the food and flavors, and there were some seriously delicious things coming out of that kitchen! The Hits Pork Tocino -- Sweet cured pork slices marinated with sugar and garlic. Bright red, tender, flavorful, and fantastic. I went back for several rounds of this. Pork Belly Lechon -- Mouthwatering. For anyone unfamiliar, this is pork belly rolled into a log and roasted until the skin becomes shatteringly crisp and bubbly while the meat stays incredibly tender and juicy. The is seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, and aromatic herbs. The crackling skin was the real prize. It was at its best right when a fresh plate came out of the kitchen. But you had to be fast because, people swarmed the platter and grabbed every crispy piece they could. But SOOO good. I had to be physically restrained from going back for more. Beef Tapa -- Thinly sliced, marinated beef that's savory, slightly sweet, and tangy. Fantastic. Another dish I went back for multiple times. Ginataang Sitaw Kalabasa-- Creamy, savory, and slightly sweet from the squash. The coconut milk-based sauce was velvety and coated the tender chunks of pumpkin squash and green beans beautifully. The squash was bright orange, soft and almost melting in texture. There were also tiny shrimp in the dish, mostly there to add flavor rather than substance. Very good. Garlic & Steamed Rice -- Delicious. Exactly what you want alongside all the above. Mixed Fruit -- Pineapple, grapes, cantaloupe, and watermelon. Everything was ripe, juicy, and sweet. Maximum fruit flavor achieved. The Middle Ground Lumpia Shanghai -- The filling was fine, but the lumpia was more doughy and wasn't particularly crunchy. I tried it once and moved on. Pancit -- Filipino stir-fried noodles with vegetables and shrimp. The batch I had tasted strangely fishy, so I didn't go back for another serving. That said, my dining partner really enjoyed it, so this may have been a batch-specific thing. Not For Me Scrambled Eggs -- I passed on these altogether. These just didn't have an appetizing appearance. Parmesan Cheese Baked Fish -- Not something I wanted to finish. Buttered Garlic Shrimp -- The heads and shells are still on, so you're peeling your own shrimp. I'm perfectly fine with that, but the meat had a softer texture that struck me as more farm-raised, and it just didn't jive with me. One and done. Bottom Line Would I come here expecting an upscale dining experience? Absolutely not. Would I come back for pork tocino, lechon, beef tapa, ginataang sitaw kalabasa, rice, and those ridiculously sweet fruits? Absolutely. For $20 AYCE, there was enough genuinely delicious food here to make the experience worthwhile. And what a great value!!! We arrived at 9 and it was half full. No problem getting our table or food. As for the appearance, don't judge a book by it's cover. If you're a person who cares more about flavor than furnishings, there's plenty here to get excited about.

And when they brought it to me, no apology and they didn't garnish which, maybe to some people isn't important, but it does make you feel like they care. I'm sad, what happened to them. They used to be so good. I wish they cared a little more about their customers. While there, 3 people had placed a catering order (like plenty of notice to get it ready) and they all had to wait an extra 15-30 min. because they "messed up and have to make it again". Again, no apologies to them. So frustrating
