I never understood that and after the one I had today, I still don't understand that. I think their flatbread pizza is actually quite good. Especially for a fast food joint that doesn't specialize in pizzas. Honestly, I've had worse pizza from places that were dedicated to servings pizzas. This Simply Cheese flatbread pizza was hot, crispy, had a generous amount of pizza sauce on it and the cheese was gooey with plenty of "cheese pull" to it. I found it very satisfying and wouldn't hesitate to order it again. The Chai Latte wasn't bad either; however, I did feel that it was a bit sweeter than it needed to be. Would have been nice to have been offered an option of adjusting the sweetness level like a lot of bubble tea places do.
