This place is in a very remote area and you probably wouldn't find this place unless you were actually looking for it, which is how I managed to find it. I'd heard of this place and decided to look for it! Stopped here for breakfast after dropping someone off at Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal. I ordered a London Fog and a Babaganoush Toast. Didn't get around to drinking my London Fog for quite awhile as I decided to eat my Babaganoush Toast first. I was quite surprised at how long my London Fog stayed hot. Still hot by the time I finished my Babaganoush Toast which was great. The Babaganoush Toast was lovely but honestly speaking, I've had better Babaganoush and I feel for the price they charge, it could have been a larger serving. Too much emphasis on the visual part of it. Babaganoush could have been more smokey in taste. Good thing I wasn't that hungry. It was enough for me with my small appetite but still, for the price they charge... I ordered by reading the menu on the board but they also have QR codes on their tables which you can scan to bring up the menu. Also, as I was leaving I finally noticed that their tables have those hooks underneath where you can hang your handbag! Service: Good Parking: Free

Isetta Café looks the part if you're into mid-century woodsy vibes--warm tones, clean lines, and a setting that's clearly curated for aesthetic over substance. Step outside, and it's a parking lot flex-show of supercars, the kind of place where you half expect chubby kids to hop out of green Porsches with dripping ice cream cones. The air is thick with entitlement and privilege--you feel it before you even order. As for the coffee? Mediocre at best. Nothing offensive, just forgettable. The pastries are even less impressive: dry, dated, and leaning heavily on the idea of café culture without backing it up in execution. Honestly, giving three stars feels generous, ambience and location are the only things going for it. The whole experience is a prime example that TikTok hype doesn't equal good taste. Nor does the entitled and privileged have criticality. Three stars and I am being generous.

Fantastic service! Delicious fresh food! Lots of options with excellent coffee! Family friendly culture and a classic car museum to explore afterwards!

Finally got to visit Isetta. It's such a cool concept! We visited on a Saturday afternoon and the place was quite busy. The parking lot was full in the front but there was still some street parking. We didn't know there was also a lot in the back so there's actually a lot of options. The inside was also much larger than I originally thought. They have a very extensive menu and the space was so beautiful and cozy, with both cafe and restaurant vibes. We just ordered coffees but it will be nice to try some of their menu items next time!

I rode by here an hour ago and there was no parking. I went for a donut in Horseshoe Bay and rode back. After getting parking, there was a 20 min line out the door and another 20-30 min wait for my food. Brunch was sold out at 11:30am precisely and you couldn't get them to make exceptions. I ordered the Isetta burger and fries. The burger is a standard diner flat top patty with American cheese on a soft bun. The fries were nice and crispy.

Ambiance: 5/5 Food: 4.5/5 Service: 5/5 Overall: 5/5 I had this spot pinned in my maps for a while and I was so glad to finally get a chance to visit it! I went on a Saturday morning around 11 with a group of 4 so I wasn't hopeful that we would be able to get a seat since brunch places are usually super busy on the weekend. To my surprise, there were plenty of seats available! The space is beautiful and there's a mix of 2 person tables, couches, and longer communal tables as well so we chose a communal table. For the food / drink, they serve breakfast until 11:30 and then lunch afterwards. Between the 4 of us we tried 2 of the eggs bennys, the isetta breakfast, and a focaccia sandwich and all were delicious! I didn't get a chance to try any of their drinks this time around but would like to in the future. The service was also very quick and nice - for meals you get a number after you pay and they bring it to your table. Overall I was really impressed with this spot and would love to come back!

A west vancouver gem that mostly only locals know about. This 1956 mid-century modern building has served the community in many different ways, from gas station to convenience store to post office and even a pharmacy...it is now a cozy cafe-bistro Isetta Cafe is one of my favourite places to grab a cup of coffee or breakfast/lunch they have a delicious selection of dishes for both breakfast (till 11:30am) and lunch (from 11:30am-7pm). We Ordered: Isetta Burger $22 + bacon $3 Grilled Cheese & Soup $19.5 Food 5/5 Service 5/5 Ambiance 5/5 Parking 4.5/5

This new spot has been on my list ever since i saw it open. It's a bit far from where i live, so i decided to venture out early on a Saturday morning. It was giving major palm springs, vintage, 70s vibes (kinda felt like i was on the set of don't worry darling). So so gorgeous! The aesthetics are defs 10/10. They've got plenty of seating, a decent menu and lots of cool details. It's tucked away off marine drive and kinda close to water views. Defs a cool location. I arrived around 9:30, there was a bit of a lineup but the cafe was empty. I ordered a 12oz iced vanilla latte ($6.50 - ouch), and a brownie ($4.75). the coffee was amazing! i've tried a lot and was very impressed. It was nice to sit and enjoy it with nowhere to be - i ended up walking the dunderave seawall right after! Service was okay but nothing amazing. I did end up ordering another coffee to go cuz it was just that good. Yes it's a far drive for me, but i will defs be back a lot!

Ginger tea. Could fill it up a bit more.

This is the kinda place that grows on you. When I first walked in, I wasn't sure but after a little time I was glad I gave this place a try. I'll tell you why. They have a bar, so that's a plus right away. Their casual service actually kinda fits the vibe. Sort of a cool, hipster, I don't care if you wanna a muffin or not, all is cool kind of energy going on. So, it's very mellowing. Their Chocolate Parsnip muffin tastes much better than it looks. So, don't judge it by it's looks. At first, I was like....oh man not another stale muffin but I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. The ginger tea was nice and so was the americano. Adorable little Christmas tree which glistened by the shore's oncoming sun rays penetrating Caulfield. Yeah, I'd go back.

    The pastas are amazing!

I really love this spot as it's super hidden and has awesome vibes. They have a breakfast menu and a different lunch menu. I went for lunch and got a few pastas, soups, coffee, and a salad. The coffee was really good. Place gets pretty packed and people like to study or do work on their computer there. The salad was lacking dressing so we had to ask for more dressing. However, the rest of the food was amazing. I love how they have an Isetta out in the front and a small museum of cars in a garage where you can peek your head through. Parking: Spots get taken up pretty quickly but we were able to find parking each time.

Two Pattie's and melty cheese and pickles - yum!

This place is designed beautifully - its sleek, it's comfortable, it's cozy - it's everything. It's modern and rustic at the same time. Forget the location - this building could be dropped anywhere and people would be drawn to it! The menu concept is fabulous and on-point for a semi-Italian modern café (I am definitely coming back for the oysters and anchovy toast). I was introduced the other day to the Isetta Burger (a millionaire's Big Mac). The chef Koda prepared what was arguably the best smash burger I have ever had in my life. Service was great and everyone was smiling in the kitchen. A great sign. I can't wait to bring my girlfriend's here for happy hour!

    Breakfast platter and chocolate croissant

A fun eclectic bicycle and car themed cafe in West Vancouver. Good price point on their foods, but the breakfast platter had too much pepper on the eggs and the sausage could have been fried a little more Otherwise pastries and drinks are on point. Parking lot does get busy during weekends so come early or later in the day to avoid crowds

    Peanut butter and banana toast
    Christine H.

Wonderful cafe that serves creative food choices, amazing coffee, and adult beverages (didn't have these but a nice option!) I had a cortado and it was delicious as well as beautiful! And I had the peanut butter and banana toast with spoonfuls of ricotta and drizzled with honey and pistachios. Totally scrummy!

The place is a roadside stand. There are a few tables to the side of the stall, not under cover. The vibey hippie shack that you see in old photos is no longer there. It's pretty hard to find, at least if you're a foot passenger on the ferry. It's outdoors by the vehicle loading area for Berth 3, which is on the east side of the terminal. From the foot passenger area, I found two ways to get there but both were pretty awkward. They really need to add the location or directions to the signs that they have up all over the terminal; if I hadn't spent so much time figuring out where to go, I might've made it there on time to get something. The service was really slow. I joined the lineup around 8 am thinking that it would be kind of close but I'd be back in the terminal by 8:15 to catch my 8:35 ferry, and I was holding out even as the minutes ticked by, hoping that the people in front of me might have easy orders, but even things like baked goods and regular coffee were taking a while. When the line got to the two people in front of me and they tried to order two mochas, the barista told them it wouldn't be ready in time for them to catch the ferry, so I also got out of line at that point. The barista seemed very friendly and I appreciated that he was upfront about the time it would take to prepare the drinks (this is why 2 stars instead of 1). This pace of service is not a good fit for the ferry terminal, though, where people are on a tight schedule.
