I called out to him and told him I how I wanted it made and he did so but it was a nuisance. The sub was good again but I don't recommend anyone buy one at this place unless you're happy with the shop deciding exactly how they make your sub. If you want a choice however, virtually every other sub shop in the region will ask you first and give you a chance to tell them how to finish the sub.

My 21 year-old grandson has declared their meatballs, which I'm told are made by the patriarch of the family, "the best". He also built the pizza oven with his own hands. Try the pizza.
