Again and always pleased with the quality, portion, taste, and value. i like the place. the food is very decent for the price. the other day i got 2 chicken, 2 meat and one lamb skewer, plus three sides and pita for like 40 bucks. it was pretty good. there was even left overs for rhe next day. that same to-go meal would have cost me around 70 bucks at raffis or shiraz. do ur taste buds a favor and try this place. read more

service sucks! been waiting 30 minutes for 3 plate orders! never got our food because they never put it in but we followed up with the server and she said 5 more minutes! after another 10 minutes we followed up again and nothing! Three times someone picked up and put me back on hold without acknowledging me and I did wait for several minutes the first time giving them the benefit of the doubt that they were just busy. Good food + cheap + lots of food = 5 stars I'm not a big fan of mediterranean or middle eastern food, but this stuff was good. I've had my share of pitas, but the ones here were just flat out the best - soft and chewy. off the menu, my favorite is the lule kabob (ground beef). It looks like a big dog turd but it is delicious. the chicken kabobs have massive chunks of chicken, and one could probably be a meal. Anyways, order a la carte; you get more of what you want for cheaper, unless you really like rice and cooked tomato. For a little over $6 I got 6 lule kabobs (1 order is 3 kabobs), 3 whole pita breads and a half-pint of hummus. I hate hummus but this stuff was great. Watch out for the lunch rush though. The place is tiny and fills up VERY fast. Look at the pic with the line out the door. That's a typical day. And there's no parking either. the 6 spaces out front disappear immediately, and then it's just street parking. read more

My suggestion is phone in your order and it will be ready in 15 minutes from the time you phone it in. Also after you order your plate for just $2.00 dollars more you get another skua of meat. I really like the chicken lule kabob plate. The food here is consistently good. Try your kabob with the garlic sauce! It's just a little extra, but it's delicious. I also love their lentil soup. It's tangy and has some spices in it that make it so delicious. I order a large just so I can have leftover soup for the next day. I also like the turnip and vegetable pickles. Been coming here for years and they never disappoint. The chicken kababs are so good. My mouth waters just thinking about them. We get them with Ikra (eggplant) and yogurt with spinach. My mouth is really watering while I'm waiting for our order. Since everything is cooked to order it sometimes takes longer than we've become used to at fast food places. It worth the wait. So that's why I can't go too low on the rating but just got home after picking up my to go order today and their salad shirazi (that's described as cucumber, tomatoes, green onions, basil and mint) on their website is actually just plain cucumbers and tomatoes. I use to be a regular here 10 years ago. They had amazing food and great service. Im very sad to say that times have changed. The staff is very rude and give you the impression that you are not welcome. The food quality is awful. They gave me dried up burnt beef chuncks which was horrible.
