I love the food at Cafe Bravo but the service has got to improve. Every time I send someone here they come back and tell me the staff was rude or seemed upset. And I have to say "yeah that'll happen." I came in recently and waited maybe ten minutes in line behind one single person who was nit picking over getting over charge or something. I was first introduced to Cafe Bravo by attending an event catered by them. I have had Mediterranean food before and while I appreciated the flavors I often found the proteins to be too dry and overcooked. That was not the case with Cafe Bravo's offerings, at the event I had their beef, chicken, and beef kabob meats and found them flavorful and most importantly juicy. This is after considering the fact they had to endure sitting in a sealed party tray for a while before serving and was not at peak serving freshness, so I considered it a good sign of their quality. One thing I feared was getting dry meat, and luckily, the kabob was still a little juicy. What a disappointment Cafe Bravo has become. If they kept things the same from a decade ago, they would still be booming with customers. They kept changing their location back and forth, expanding and then downsizing, and it won't stop. The real disappointment is their quality and quantity of food. Like another user mentioned, their kabob is very rubbery and their sides aren't what they used to be. My yogurt spinach was warm with a yellow tinge and a smack of sadness. My beef lule skewer was so small that my wife felt bad and tried sharing her small portion of kabob with me. Instead, I sawed very small pieces of the skewer to make it feel like I had more food. For about the same price, you can get better and more food at Massis. read more
