    Chicken Breadt Plate

If it was up to my son, we would eat here seven days a week :) The Chicken Breast Plate is the families go to with everyone enjoing their own sides... I prefer the Himmus and potato salad, wifey the cucumber yogurt and pasta, my daughter double pasta, my son Hummus and pasta. They cook the meats ro order so you only eat freshly cooked, which is always a plus!!! The staff are very friendly and after visiting a bunch they get to know your usual. They can know sell beer and have 2 big screens to watch the games. All you have to do is ask! They do catering for those who are looking to buy for larger groups or home events. If you have never tried thier food than what are you waiting for!!! If you're looking for a great Mediterranean food spot at even greater prices, then stop in and make this your place!!! Prices are super affordable, and the food is full of flavor and made fresh to order.

Veggie platter. Great! Edit: cabbage salad has NOO flavor or dressing. Wtf lmao

Cafe Bravo I love you guys! The quality of your food is fantastic and it's always so fresh and hot when I get it. You have spectacular vegetarian options which of course I adore since I don't eat meat. Please can you include more mushrooms in your vegetarian platter? It is normally a staple in vegetarian grilled options so it would be fantastic if you did more mushrooms and less eggplant or zucchini. Thank you very much

    Beef is raw

Asked for well done beef because I am pregnant and can't eat anything even slightly uncooked I had to finish rice and sides as my meat wasn't good for me to eat

Great value for tasty kabobs plates, which are generous. I like the chicken and beef kabobs best - tender and flavorful. (They also have other proteins like mahi mahi and lamb - also really good). The best is when the rice soaks up all the juices.

I've been coming to this restaurant for over ten years and I've ordered the very same thing, the gyro plate. I don't know what fresh hell as come over this place but you used to get 5 large and thick pieces of meat when you ordered this, not thin deli slices like in the photo. If they're going to cut corners like this and charge more I won't be coming anymore. This is so disappointing Side note I did call to ask if they either changed the gyro plate or gave me the wrong thing and no one understood what I was saying.

Coming back again for their chicken plates. We called it in this time and it is so much faster!!

I was first introduced to Cafe Bravo by attending an event catered by them. I have had Mediterranean food before and while I appreciated the flavors I often found the proteins to be too dry and overcooked. That was not the case with Cafe Bravo's offerings, at the event I had their beef, chicken, and beef kabob meats and found them flavorful and most importantly juicy. This is after considering the fact they had to endure sitting in a sealed party tray for a while before serving and was not at peak serving freshness, so I considered it a good sign of their quality. I made a subsequent visit to their main location and got a fresh plate and it was everything I expected and more, in the future I will be going here exclusively for my Mediterranean food needs.

This place is so good! Been coming here for years, but recently been coming back more often. Their kabobs are where it's at, beef and chicken are great. I usually get half salad and half rice. Rice is moist and fluffy. Yogurt cucumber is a must try side, not too sour, just perfect. Pro-tip get sumac (citrusy spice/seasoning, not spicy or salty) and garlic sauce. Service is always super friendly and quick. Never had an issue. Parking can get tricky.

Lula plate, chicken kabob plate, and extra lula skewers

I tried out this place after a friend raved about their food. It's not in my immediate neighborhood but not too far of a drive from my house so I decided to give it a try after running an errand at Americana. Wow. SO DELICIOUS. The portions are just perfect, but since I was sharing with my daughter, I like the option of being able to add extra skewers ala carte. We got the lula plate and it came with 2 sides (we got hummus and grilled tomato and pepper), and a generous serving of rice. The meat wasn't dry and was well seasoned. I ordered my husband the chicken kabob plate and he enjoyed his meal as much as I did. Highly recommend! Just a minor note: I was a little confused by all the signage on the building- there's a "Taco Plate" sign on the exterior side of the building next to Starbucks, and then there are other logos the window and inside the restaurant called DineFresh Mediterranean- I was a little confused and drove by it, but finally saw the handwritten "Cafe Bravo" taped to the door.

I was in Glendale and found myself suddenly craving grape leaves. Cafe Bravo seemed to have promising reviews. I was charmed to find that the shop surpassed my expectations. The inside features a pleasant and large seating area. I got my food to go but was enticed by the delightful interior of the shop and simply could not wait to feast upon the mouthwatering goodness I was handed. The grape leaves themselves more than hit the spot. They were so delicious I would recommend ordering a larger side of them. The hummus was also extremely flavorful and tasty. The food here is well above average. There are many friendly faces eagerly waiting to help out. Everyone was very sweet and the service is quick. All prices are extremely reasonable. Absolutely recommend this place if you are in Glendale!

I usually come right before the dinner time crowds so the restaurant is empty most of the time. Today I decided to try their protein bowl which is a menu item only offered during stated hours which i believe is 11am-4pm. The description of the dish sounded up my alley so i decided to give it a try. With the restaurant being empty, this bowl took longer than expected to arrive at my table. The server even said a light hearted joke about the time it took. No biggie to me, at least I know the meat will be piping hot. What arrived at my table was a pleasant surprise. Half brown rice, half kale Caesar salad with one skewer of shish kebab. As seen in the picture the bowl features a sole 3 pieces of beef, with onions and tomatoes between each piece. For the price of $17, I guess this is the standard for today's time. Oh well at least my late lunch will be on the healthier side as for portion size. But the real deal was the meat itself. Usually with beef kebab you tend to find places using filet or flap meat, a more tender cut. This is more enjoyable and packs better flavor. THIS on the other hand was definitely a tougher cut of meat maybe shoulder or top sirloin. I struggled really hard to cut it into pieces, and even harder to chew. After reading other recent reviews, this has been noticed by a decent number of patrons. Unfortunately with being able to find Mediterranean food readily easily in the city of Glendale, I will be more inclined to frequent other restaurants after this experience.

The Seasoning Alley Mediterranean restaurant in Montrose…read more showed promise but landed somewhere in the middle. Here are some impressions from our visit earlier today. The restaurant is a casual, clean spot and has a welcoming environment. Service was attentive and friendly. Our salad was fresh and delicious and the meal portions were large and plentiful. Good hearty sized plates but low on taste and quality. Unfortunately, the pita was one of many low points. The pita arrived cold and slightly stiff, not warm and soft as we'd hoped. It lacked the toasty, chewy texture that makes pita so comforting and effective for scooping up dips and bites. Another low point was that our rice was barely warm, almost cold. Not good. The worst part of our meal had to be the hummus. It was almost frozen and tasted as if it was just scooped out of the freezer. Terribly disappointing. Our Chicken Kabob had a tender interior with a nicely charred exterior. The spices and marinade showed potential, but the overall flavor profile didn't quite soar beyond the ordinary. Wouldn't call it standout, yet it wasn't bad. It was just barely okay. The falafel tasted fresh, but the exterior could have used a bit more crispness. Interior was moist enough, with chickpea flavor present, though it didn't leave a lasting impression. Our overall impressions were that our meals were just barely okay for a casual dinner, but it didn't move into the "great" category. We were disappointed. We expected better quality. For improvement, heating the pita and rice to perfection and dialing in the falafel crust would elevate the overall experience. A touch more depth in the chicken kabob seasoning or a signature sauce could help distinguish the dishes. If you're in the mood for a low-key Mediterranean option with reliable service, this spot is worth a try. It's a safe bet for an okay meal, with good service and good size portions for a casual night out with friends or family. Considering their prices, for repeat visits, I'd hope to see more consistency across staples like the rice, pita and falafel, and a bolder finish on the kebabs to push the overall rating from "good but not great" to "really good." Pita and rice arrived cold. The Falafel could have been crisper. Chicken kabob flavor could be more distinct. The Hummus was horrible. Next time, I'll pass on this place. Cheers!
