Have eaten lunch here several times so decided to try breakfast today. Homemade cinnamon rolls are outstanding- similar to Cinnabon but much better. Smallish menu but all the bases are covered. Exceptional service and everything is homemade. Lots of flavor and good sized servings. We drive 30+ minutes to eat here and it is well worth it. Great locally owned business - try it! read more

If you're into the old school mom and pop vibe, then this is restaurant for you. My son and I had breakfast and it brought me back to my childhood eating large fluffy pancakes with strawberry and whipped cream on top. They have one of the cheesiest omelette I've tasted in a long time. The place has definitely changed since my last few times I've eaten here. -Higher prices on the burgers. Had to pay extra for fries, else you get a side of chips. 4$(!!) for an extra patty. -The burgers have a new seasoning, my coworker compared it to taco seasoning. -The waitresses used to be so friendly, two new ones are working here now. We kind of just stood at the front door waiting to be seated or acknowledged. Had to ask for a straw. -Crazy frank burger is now on the menu, doesn't taste the same as it was off the menu. Found the gem of a place out looking for a place to eat and so happy we stopped here. They really take pride in there food and service here. Coffee bar was fabulous along with the Ruben on a pretzel bun... OMG mouth watering. Try the honey mustard with the sweet potatoes frys... your taste buds will thank you! Service was very friendly and staff very knowledgeable of products. Most stuff made from own recipes even the ranch dressing. Must visit at least once in the area! read more

Our first experience with cafe 25:35 was wonderful. I was confused by the set up at first and not only ordered my food but got condiments and silver wear myself. This place has hands -down the best breakfast in Buckeye and I'll even day the West Valley. The portions are plentiful, the food is made to order and fresh, and the service is outstanding. Parking is free and there's seating both indoors and outdoors. We have been about a dozen times and haven't had a bad meal or any issues. Best breakfast spot in Buckeye! Great coffee, great food, and great employees! I took my 1 year old son and while he was hungry he was also very tired so he was having the worst fit (a parents nightmare in a restaurant) and the chef specifically came up to ask if there was anything he could grab for him to help. He came back with crayons and a coloring paper which helped SO MUCH! And when the food was received that in itself was enough to keep little man quiet the rest of the time as he ate. I've been here once, probably won't go back. Not because of food, my burger was average or a little above and service was good though a bit slow. The prices on the menu were a bit high I thought but I was told the"special" for the day was a Swiss/ mushroom burger. I didn't ask the price (my bad) but assumed it wouldn't be more than the most expensive one on the menu. I was wrong, $15, just wasn't worth that. I asked to substitute a side salad for the fries that came with the burger and was simply told no problem. When I get the check, the total for the burger, a very small salad and iced tea was $24. read more

My wife and I ate twice here, bookends on a trip between Palm Springs and Tucson. The cafe is just a few miles east of route 85, the Phoenix bypass. I'll leave it to you to figure out the rationale behind the name of the restaurant (hint: consult the book of Matthew in the Bible). Suffice it to say that everything we tried on the menu was scrumptious. Hamburger meat was tender, juicy and flavorful. Many of the sandwiches are laced with thick slabs of bacon, to die for. Great tomato soup as well! And try some of those cold coffee drinks- they put Starbucks to shame. The servers are very friendly and helpful We'll plan our next trip to Tucson around a visit to this restaurant. It's that good! read more

Food was delicious, I got a club on a pretzel bun. The cashier wasn't the friendliest, but hey I was there for a to go sandwich so I'm not terribly upset by it. I think one thing that people should know though is that not a single employee (including the people preparing my food) were wearing masks. I get that masks suck but I think if I cared about anyone wearing a mask, it'd be the people standing over my food. The quality of the food would get me to return or recommend friends to give them a shot, hopefully next time is a better experience. read more

Being located in Buckeye it's a little bit of a drive but oh so worth it.. Quaint little restaurant with probably one one the best breakfasts I've ever had. Price is very reasonable and portions are generous. Service is fantastic. I'd recommend you stop there on your way to or from California if you live in the Phoenix area and don't care for the drive, well worth it. read more

This was our first time in. I can't believe we haven't been here sooner. The BLT salad was off the hook!! The hub unit had a garlic burger that was scrumptious!! Having lived in Buckeye for 16 years now this actually was my first time eating here. My sister & I had lunch there today and it was awesome! We were seated quickly and our order taken just as quick. The restaurant was quite full when we arrived so it was nice having the quick service. Yes, it is a small place but the decor and ambience is fresh -- modern but has that western twist -- casual and comfortable. The waitress was very attentive and personable. Just ordered a couple burgers through one of the food delivery services and the burgers were horrible. The meat was dried out and almost burnt. The toppings were thrown on haphazardly and it really didn't taste good. I've had burgers from this place in the past and they were thicker, juicier and tasty. Seems like they're cutting costs. Every time we try to go here it isn't open. I don't think we will be back, just not convenient or worth the hassle. We drove out of our way on Saturday to find a note on door that they were closed. I find you have to make special plans to go here to fit into their hours and days and then you need to double check to make sure that day is ok.
