I visited Caesar's Palace Nail Bar in Houston, TX and had a very concerning experience. I arrived at 8:50 AM and waited approximately 3 hours for two basic services, which is significantly longer than expected. While I was visibly distressed due to the extended service time, the owner made a point to check on other customers around me but intentionally avoided acknowledging me. The most serious issue occurred at checkout. My cousin had already paid the full total of $128 directly to the owner. However, when I approached the register after my service, the same owner attempted to charge me again for the exact same services. This was not a simple mistake; the payment was made directly to her, and she failed to verify or acknowledge that the services were already paid for. I only discovered the duplicate charge attempt after reviewing receipts later. Although a manager later offered a refund, this does not address the seriousness of the situation. Attempting to charge a customer twice is unacceptable and raises concerns about business practices and integrity. I would strongly advise others to carefully review their payments and receipts when visiting this establishment. We only discovered the truth because my cousin sent me the receipt for reimbursemen; imagine my fury knowing i paid for my own services and the same person checked us out! My cousin didn't receive any service she walked in and asked how much was my total. She also asked for breakdown so it's kind of hard to forget in less than 10min. Poor management

I recently visited Caesars Nails & Spa and had an overall decent experience. My wife wasn't happy with how her nails turned out at first, but they were quick to fix the issue, which was appreciated. The technician who worked on me did a good job, but the leg massage was disappointing--it felt like she was just moving her hands up and down without any real pressure. On top of that, someone started cooking inside the kitchen I believe, and the whole shop filled with a bad smell, which was pretty unpleasant. Also, prices have gone up quite a bit. Not a bad place, but there's room for improvement.

Friendly but expensive - they kept charging an extra $5 per design (ombre, french, white dots) for the set +$5 Hello kitty drawing per nail (4). Additional $ for length. Total came out to $285 ..... This was in September 18,2023. Only reason I paid that much was because they stayed after closing for me.The tech was barely done with the acrylic base when they locked up and I tried to tell them I'm okay with just a french design.They said "no, we can stay". I came in way before closing but it took a long time considering everything was not done simultaneously + toes and hands were acrylic.

Went in today for a gel mani/pedi. I did go around 10:30am and considering it was a weekday I did not expect for it to be busy so I was happy I got attended right away. The two nail techs got straight to work and did a good job. Price was okay ($88) and I say that because I've found myself paying over $90 at other nail salons for similar services.

I walked in at 6:50 without a reservation and was seated right away. Picked a nudish-pink color for my shellac manicure and the process was done just before 7:30. She was super quick and attentive. I had 3 coats of nail polish and the technician asked if I wanted more coats on top. I typically go with 3 so she applied the top coat. These lasted me 3-4 weeks, no chips at all, and I only needed to come back because my nails grow out so quickly! Only complaint is that I have very thin cubicles and the technician spent too much time cutting it. Not her fault though - I think it's just their standard practice. I'll note this next time before getting my nails done again.

Tried this place for the first time. The lady at the front was welcoming and friendly. I was looking for halo nails and she knew exactly what I was talking about. The place looks nice and organized. My tech was Micheal and he was kind. I was offered water during which was nice. Overall I was happy with the outcome of my nails. However within a day and today (day 2), the side of my nails are already peeling. I'm a little disappointed because this shouldn't happen. Parking was easy and prices were reasonable. I'm not quite sure if I want to go back though.

I used to frequent this place, but their customer service at the front is off and awkward. Kayla (my preferred nail tech) does great nails and has amazing customer service but unfortunately the front hostesses always tend to ruin it for me with snide underhanded comments. Also being forced to make all of your service selections (ie nail design/pedicure type) before you even sit down is a little awkward. Personally I enjoy sitting down & selecting so I can read the energy around me - if the energy is good (no weird snide comments or employees rushing etc then I'm likely to select a longer more relaxing service. If I don't agree with the energy, I prefer to select the services that will get me in and out the quickest. Nails by Ann across the street is cool. They do great nails but ambiance prompts me to get in and out as quickly as possible lol but I can say they've never made any snide comments, and they are very fast.

Michelle does my nails and does a pretty good job. However they will overcharge you at the front desk. My nails were 85$ and my toes were 48$. This would've been 133$ total. I had a coupon for 15% off which would've been 113$ but I was charged $126. So I was overcharged 13$. Then when I didn't tip, the man at the front desk was like " Oh everything okay, you like your nails"? read more

I love this place so much!!! Emily is so talented, and she is extremely efficient. Every time I come here she makes my hands look beautiful! If I'm looking for something classy she can do it, and if I want to get a little fancy and try out a new trend, she can do that too! John did a salon pedicure for me this afternoon, and wow my feet look great! I needed a pedicure so bad I was almost embarrassed to come. However he cleaned my cuticles up perfectly!!! The atmosphere is very clean and elegant. The music is great for a relaxing spa day. They even have a lovely variety of drinks to offer. Lastly, people always wonder about price. This gem is definitely affordable. Come treat yourself and get your nails done!! You deserve it!! read more

I was faithful to my old nail salon place for years but I needed a spot that opened Sundays due to work. I found this place looking on yelp and came to give it a try as my toes where....not at their best. I definately found a replacement! The whole staff have been so amazing. It literally feels like an escape from the world haha. They offer complimentary drinks (mimosas, wine etc.) and there rarely is a wait here. The best part for me is that I can get a great pedi for a bit cheaper than before, plus a drink! read more

New Manager (I think his name is Tony) isn't focused on customer service just the money. Also, even though it's a requirement that businesses have customer wear a mask to prevent the spread of covid (especially in small spaces); they are a little to relaxed on this requirement. I get that serve drinks but you can pull your mask down take a sip and then put your mask back up that's common sense read more

One if my nails broke after a day, when I went to get it fixed it was rushed through and didn't match the other finger. I also developed a fungus underneath my nail that was painful and stinky. So please be careful read more

What can I say? I have been coming here for going on for years and I have yet to be disappointed! they have remained clean, the quality has remained top-tier, and their hospitality is through the roof! I have never had problems in regards to communication... Or any problems at all! They always go above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied, even if it means staying an hour after they have closed. I truly love this nail salon and all of their staff. Liz did such an amazing job on my shellac manicure. It's been a month and now, I'm coming back for maintenance. I would suggest scheduling an appointment. This place can get busy! It's clean, they have wonderful service and great technique. I'm a "sensitive to the touch" type of person. If they're being a bit rough, please just speak up. read more

Came here last Friday for a full set. The color powder selections were gorgeous! The salon was beautiful and modern. I thought I found my new regular salon! But wow, Tina did a terrible job. Didn't push back or remove my cuticles, couldn't get the color powder all the way to the bottom of the nail on any of my fingers. One nail was extremely crooked, and she just filed it to make it appear straight. It's clearly wrong. She did such a lazy file job. I don't know if it's because I'm young and she thought I wouldn't tip, or what but she just didn't try. The color is so beautiful but if you look closely at any nail you can see a ton of mistakes and sloppy work. This place is more expensive than others so I won't risk being out another $65 to see if another artist can actually do a good job. Won't be returning. 2 Stars because the place is nice. read more

I stopped by this salon last Friday. The store was a little busy but I was welcomed and served immediately. The couple managers were very nice and sweet. They made sure I was totally satisfied with the services before I left. Personal recommended services: Cracked heel pedicure (for those in need of special treatment for heels and calluses) and Dipping powder!!!! read more

Normally, I go to Crystal's nails on Westheimer near the galleria. I didn't have time so I wanted to try this place. Nice place but customer service was horrible. They spoke in Vietnamese and i don't look Vietnamese but I am fluent in Vietnamese, so guess what? My first time experiencing the workers at a nail shop talking sh!t saying I was stupid because I didn't want to upgrade my pedicure especially if my boyfriend was paying for it, again all in Vietnamese!!! It was so uncomfortable and unprofessional. Never again!! read more

I work in the area and have been to a few other nail salons nearby. I'm usually very understanding when it comes to getting pedicures and spa services on busy days, so I'm extra impressed when a visits goes out of their way to provide excellent customer service and professionalism. My nails look BEAUTIFUL. They look natural and very classy. My pedicure is just gorgeous. I love that they have the costumer experience at the top of their priority list. This is my new nail salon!!! I've been desperately trying to find a shop who's nail technicians take pride in their work and I have finally found it! I went to a different shop a few weeks ago and they did a terrible job on my nails. I decided to try Caesar's and thank God I did. Cindy did a wonderful job! She worked very at reshaping my nails and they came out perfect!! When I walked in they were thick and uneven but after she worked her magic they were beautiful!!!! Cindy was so sweet and professional and I will definitely be back to see her on a regular basis. I made sure to join their rewards program too! read more

I stopped in on a recent Saturday mid-morning and was greeted right away. This is a very elegant, spacious salon with nice, big roomy pedicure chairs, big screen televisions and spa music piped in as background. My stylist Cathy was friendly and very focused. I had an aroma pedicure and they actually used fresh lemon and lime slices on my feet. I also added a basic manicure, which another stylist, Laura, completed while I was in the pedicure chair. She was super friendly and overall I liked the team approach with both of them. My pedicure was perfect and I found this an overall enjoyable, relaxing experience. Deluxe pedi with regular mani was $70. Definitely will be my go-to salon. read more

This is your must-go destination for nail care and relaxation. Gorgeous interior decoration and chemical odor-free environment are what make this store distinguished from other salons that I'd ever been to. Another important point that overwhelms me every visit is the abdundance of colors including regular polish, gel and acrylics; which are constantly updated. All of the technicians are well trained, friendly and detailed-oriented. The front desk managers are very caring that after each of my visit, they always make sure that the outcomes met my satisfaction. Overall, more than 100% recommend this nail salon. read more

This place is a joke since they have changed ownership. Super disorganized, I had to tell 3 different people what we wanted done and they still forgot about a service until I reminded them. Not to mention the STAFF started fighting right in the middle of the place it was so ridiculous and unprofessional. A literal screaming match, I came here to relax and it was everything but that. I felt so bad for my nail techs because they were kind and did an amazing job it was not their fault but what happened was not acceptable and pretty sleazy so that will be my last time at that establishment. read more

We have been going to this nail salon for years and know Mai and Liz very well. They know my mom, me, and my daughter because we go there together. The lady who did my moms last pedicure made a cut on her left big toe and she tried to stop the bleeding with some powder. After that my mom was getting sick with fever, weakness, and chills. Her left foot and leg started swelling up, getting red, and was hot to the touch. She went to the doctor and said it was from the nail salon. This happens when they don't sanitize their tools properly. The tools contains bacteria from who knows what. Its been weeks but my mom has still not recovered fully. She had been getting injections 3 times now so far, 3 doctor visits, and taking oral antibiotics. Told the owner Leslie and she first said she will come see my mom and she will take care of her and so I shouldn't worry about anything. She didn't come and kept making excuses why she couldn't come. She didn't refund anything like she stated in her text. She said she doesn't believe me and that I am lying. I reported her and this salon to TDLR. They need to be reported since my mom is a victim or an untrustworthy and incompetent licensee. Google dirty nail salon- and you will find out 1 in 4 guests leave nail salons with bacterial or fungal infection. This salon proved it and refusing to do anything about it. My mom is 67 yrs old. She cannot risk her leg or health. They need to be investigated to see if they follow the state law. Owner showed no interest in safety or compensation for what they have caused. If she does not recover fully soon or have permanent health issues, I will be filing a lawsuit. I have more pictures on my moms phone and my brothers phone I can provide if needed. I have doctors records to show proof. This message is for all our neighbors who use this nail salon and for all the people that work there for Leslie. read more

I'm totally IMPRESSED by the atmosphere here at the salon!! I feel welcomed and especially it was super clean and beautiful. The place was busy but they make sure that I'm satisfied with the service.I got my pedicure done today (I chose the Juicy Fruit one) and absolutely love it! Everyone is so nice here and they also have a variety of drinks that offered to the custom. I will definitely come back in the next couple weeks and got my Juicy Fruit ped again because my skin feel amazing after the treatment!! Excellent customer service overall!! read more

Hey first time doing this kinda thing, normally I don't believe in these but I think this should be heard. I walked into this Shop a little hesitant but hopeful. I talked to the lady at the receptionist desk and she brought a tech over right away. There were quite a few other ladies getting there nails done so I assumed I'd be waiting a while. The tech was very informative. Emma explained to me the difference between Dipping powder and solar powder. Since I've never had dipping powder I decided to give it a whirl. To be honest I had thought it was going to be bulky at first but then she shaped and smoothed out the nails. Not to mention after putting the top coat on it was dry in five mins. And I didn't have too put my hands under the drying light. This was My favorite part. After I was done drying she gave me a wonderful massage. I totally enjoy my service every time I visit Caesar's Nail Spa. I met Ha on my very first visit and I've been going to her ever since. She is very thorough and sweet. She works fast but with great and awesome results and I like that she lets you know promptly when something is an extra charge. I love the atmosphere of this place as well. Anytime I ask for something different whether it's changing the shape or design, she executes it perfectly. First Time here, the place is new so it's very clean. Their decor is traditional style and it's very nice so it makes the whole place looks very spacious. I like the distance between different rows of the massage chair so I don't feel so crowded as other places. I thought for a classic pedi the price is couple dollar more than other places and they are not doing more than other people. My technician was very nice and attentive. Thank god she didn't ask me if Im married or have kids. Left me alone since I was busy with my phone. I don't usually leave reviews but given how I was treated and how beautiful my nails turned out, I have to. The employees at this establishment are incredibly friendly and ensured that I had everything I needed while waiting. I'm usually anxious and unable to make conversation when getting my nails done, but my assigned nail tech, Taylor, was the sweetest and made me feel super comfortable. And lemme tell you, I absolutely ADORE how my nails turned out. She matched the design I requested perfectly. Passed by this salon today on my way to my regular place. Decided I would stop here and give them a chance. I was greeted by the manager here and felt very welcomed. I was asked to choose my color over where they have a wall of colors to choose from. So many choices. While choosing my color a friendly tech named JUNE came to usher me to my seat. Thanks to Lynn ! She was great the staff made sure to put me with someone that for sure can fix my nails. I had one break and they were lifting. They removed my nails and gave me a discount for the take off since I didn't come in for that. Lynn did a whole new set and made sure the shape and design was perfect. I was in Houston for a conference a few weeks ago. I stopped by "Caesars Nails and Spa". I really liked the place, it was beautiful, spacious and very clean. I stopped in during my lunch hour with no appointment. I explained to the lady that greeted me that i was short on time and that I only had an hour. I didn't have to wait long...maybe 5 minutes.
