The photo does ZERO justice; you just have to see them in person to get it. And shoutout to Julie, who did my French pedicure the night before, as I was just a walk in, because finding someone who can do an extra-square, modern French is basically like finding a unicorn, and she nailed it. The technician I had was pretty good and nice. One of the main issues I had though is that their colors are really limited. I wanted a more rainbow color, but their red wasn't quite the correct shade. The green was a bit brighter than I wanted, the blue wasn't bright enough and the purple was too light. So if it's something to improve, I definitely suggest in investing in more colors. The technician also doesn't seem to have a forte in nail design as strokes are clearly uneven. The second issue was just a bit strange as they really push for cash/venmo payments. Then when you pay via Venmo, the owner (or the man who I thought was the owner) told me not to list the reason for payment as their service. Tax evasion? So vibe wise, it's good for a quick job needing to be done. But I think I'd still rather prefer Flamingo in Walnut Creek.

At my most recent visit, I had an appointment and was already mid-service, with hands and feet soaked, when a walk-in customer arrived and wanted to sit next to her friend. Instead of asking, the staff moved my belongings and gestured for me to relocate. No explanation. No courtesy. Just an expectation that I would move for someone who came in after me. I would not have minded moving if I had been asked. But being displaced mid-service without a word was dismissive and, frankly, humiliating. I shared this feedback when I paid, but the experience stuck with me. This is not about one seat. It is about how customers are prioritized and treated in real time. That moment was enough for me to decide I will not be returning. I hope the owners take a step back and reflect. Basic respect and consistency in how customers are treated should not vary depending on who walks through the door.

I noticed another client who started before me was still receiving service after I had finished, which made me wonder if there are differences in technique or experience between technicians. I would come back because I was happy with the overall results, but next time I'd request a more experienced technician who focuses a bit more on detailed callus care and problem areas.
