Service was great. This is a great restaurant for a special occasion or just a nice date night. The food was great. I had the pork chop and it was out of this world good. The filet my wife had was also great. Both were tender enough to cut with a fork. You won't be disappointed.

Ambience. A Service. B-A Food. A Price. A A lowkey part of funky beige building. Parking all around building... Welcoming interiors d friendly greeting. Recommend making reservations. They have a fully prepped bar and copious of wines to choose. We also brought our own as well as ordered from wine menu. There's a cork fee?!! Why has NO ONE told me to go to Cadwallers all these decades!!! OMG! Delish dishes and fantastic table service!!! Yummo! I like they offered regular servings OR you can requests the "petite" portion!!! Fab idea! I had the fried duck wings, perfectly battered and crispy fries with nice homemade bbq sauce. Also had the "petite " seafood scallop shrimp and varietal fresh mushroom risotto. Creamy and flavorful. And just the right size for $20!!! My fav dessert was the chocolate port de crème with peanut butter mousse. Delish. Da bomb! However, all dishes were delicious. Service was impecable with total changeout of cutlery every dish served. Finally, able to enjoy sharing of Appetizers, Salads , entrees and desserts with my table! Burp!!! I'm a FaN!!!

from the first phone call that I made to this restaurant to pulling out of the parking lot this was an amazing experience The food was some of the best food I have had in a very long time and I have been traveling extensively and I live in an area full of incredible restaurants I had a Caesar salad to start and had the scallops appetizer as my meal and the taste of the scallops was divine The experience was very personal I felt seen by the staff and they checked on me on a regular basis and I felt very welcome here

This was an excellent meal! We started with an evening special of scallops with grits that was so good, I chose scallops for dinner again. The duck wings were so crispy and tasty, I wouldn't be surprised if I come back just for them and one of their specialty drinks. I had the scallops with risotto, probably the only critique I had of The evening was the risotto was just a bit al dente for my taste and just lukewarm. But all the little bursts of flavor from the petite tomatoes made it a great eat. The angus special was a perfect medium and my husband enjoyed every bite.

This is one of my favorite spots to dine. We came this past weekend for my birthday and as always it was delicious and the service was great. I didn't get a picture of my crème brûlée or my husband's halibut. The space was quiet and not as busy. Great for a dinner meeting, celebrations or just a nice quiet evening.

The best birthday dinner I've ever had. Perfect ambience for a romantic birthday or anniversary. Would definitely recommend.

It was nice for fine dining. Initially we felt not welcomed when we told them that we didn't have reservation but the service was food.

Starting with our drinks, we both had coffee-which I would return for the coffee alone! It was bold, curious, mysterious and honestly had me asking for the name of the coffee before I left! We had a server in training, so two servers! Both were outstanding! Quick to refill our drinks and remove plates that were empty. The food.....let me just say I not only spoke with management, I also was able to speak with the head chef to give my praise. I am not one to sing false praise, trust me. When I tell you I have never, ever, had a brunch as delicious as his!!! I am a French toast connoisseur, and his was a 12/10! There was not one bite of food that wasn't outstanding. I was truly impressed, with his creativity and his attention to detail because it shined like a diamond from the front of house all the way down to the sweet lady filling the cakes when I was taking my pictures for this review! "Let me get it all full and pretty now before you get those pictures!" I mean, if she wasn't just the sweetest thing, and took 100% pride in her work. Same with the gentleman working the omelet station. He came in the day before to prep the fish (which is a long day of work!) The love they put into each dish truly shines through effortlessly! With permission, personally, I would suggest they rename their Sunday Brunch to "Soul-filled Sunday Brunch" because #1 I left ready to go to sleep! #2 I had a religious experienced during that meal, in blessings and dining I have only ever had at Church Potlucks! #3 It elevated some fancy and some common foods to such heights, I was expect to be hearing gospel music while I ate! #4 Personally, I hope heaven's banquet table is much like today's-full of love, flavor and most importantly-community! Everyone from other diners enjoying their brunch to servers, sous chefs to the top man himself-not one person wasn't smiling from ear to ear. It's been near a decade since I've seen that many smiling people all in one place! While I will have to limit how often I come for Brunch lest my clothes start shrinking! Edgar's by far, takes the trophy for elevated dining experiences in Augusta, Ga! Best of all, a percentage of all their sales goes back directly into Helms College (located in the same shopping center.) Helms college offers hands-on education in culinary arts, health services, and industrial trades like HVAC/R. Keep up the amazing work, I eagerly look forward to dining with you again!

We started with the fried cheese curds (yes, I insisted), and even my skeptical husband admitted they were excellent. The pepper jelly dipping sauce gave them the perfect sweet-and-spicy balance. He ordered the garlic parmesan wings, which he rated 8 out of 10--though I should note that I'm pretty sure his personal rating scale tops out at 8. He would've preferred a dry rub, but still gave them a thumbs up. I had the blackened chicken with shrimp, served over rice and beans with a crema sauce. I usually avoid blackened dishes for fear of too much heat, but this had just the right amount of kick. It was flavorful and well-balanced, and I'd absolutely order it again. To top it off, they had a great beer selection. I had the Mango Cart, a wheat beer with a bright, fruity flavor--super refreshing. Service was fantastic, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the vibe was relaxed and welcoming. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and we're already planning to come back. Don't let the low Yelp score fool you--this place is a keeper!

So, like other excellent restaurants in our area, some of us probably wouldn't choose it except for special occasions. That's not so bad, is it? It is worth noting that there is a well stocked bar with an experienced mixologist. Better than that, Veal Parmigiana on the menu.
