Tried this restaraunt the other day, overall a very good experience! Short wait times, friendly and quick service, if you like 80's rock/metal you'd like it here, Iron Maiden/Dio etc. playing on their speakers and corresponding music videos on the tv's. Food was also good, but diablo pasta portion size was on the smaller side. Would recommend this place and would return! Nice place read more

Food is normally always good! The staff is friendly and it is so fun to come in and watch people try and ride the automatic bull. You have to come here at least once if you're at the mall. P.S. they one some of the best jalapeño cheese curds! read more

I got a Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, I have never in my life seen such a small chicken breast on a sandwich.... I believe Buffalo Wild Wings boneless wings have more girth than this thing... there was Zero "Nashville Hot" flavor and the "spicy Mayo" had a weird sweet taste and then spice flavor... not spicy at all. We got deep fried pickles app to start, they were pretty unimpressive. But I have been craving deep fried pickle chips for a while so it hit the spot... chips are better than wedges... fight me! The Cadillac Fries were a mix bag of waffle, Texas thick cut and regular steak fries, Not impressed either. Wife was not super hungry but got a pretzel, not her favorite, but it was big I guess. Service was great, we were in and out quick which was nice! Overall, I would skip this place in favor of one of 30+ other options in the mall read more

Management was horrible and rude! The food is disgusting and dry and old. The ambiance is horrible and dark. Never come here and will never come back. read more

Got the Philly cheese steak, it was a little dry but tasted good. The tater tots are very good but that's hard to mess up. Drinks are very expensive 8.75 for a jack and coke. We had a large group and they let us stay for an hour after the mall closed so that was nice. Ride the bull!! read more

Wow our first time here. The food was excellent seriously the pork chops was the boom. We were going to Benny Hanna next to it I'm glad they were not sitting in the grill. The service was horrible. The host wrote our phone number down wrong so we were never notified our table was ready. No apology at all. Our waitress was ok. The speed of getting our food was very slow. The fries were lukewarm. The sandwiches were good. I wouldn't recommend coming here. There are lots of other choices at the Mall of America. The music they played wasn't my favorite but not the worst. read more

Went to the Cadillac Ranch during a trip to the Mall of America. The place looked amazing and I didn't feel that I needed to check the Yelp reviews against my better judgment. It was myself and two friends. We arrived in time for Happy Hour. It started off great we had a great waitress that was very attentive. The atmosphere was also great. There were a lot of cool pictures. We ordered a appetizer of fried pickles and drinks. The waitress came back to inform us that they were out of the fried pickles. This was upsetting because I had my heart set on them. We instead settled for the cheese curds, which were outstanding. Seems like a fair trade off. We then ordered our food. My friend ordered the Juicy Lucy. The waitress then told us they were out of them. So he settled for for a chicken sandwich. I would say that my friend is quite the connoisseur when it comes to chicken sandwiches. Our waitress was perfect and the food came out fast. I thought my fish tacos were ok, nothing spectacular, but filling. My friend disliked the chicken sandwich. It was tough and dry. It did have a good flavor. It seems like the chicken was cooked earlier in the day and reheated to serve. Overall I would give the spot a 3. Service is great, so if the atmosphere, but the food could use a little work. read more

Waitress took our order. An hour later still no food. Everyone around us got theirs. We asked about the delay and was told depends on what we ordered and that they are very busy and that she put our order in right away. We ordered something similar to those around us. We told the waitress we were very upset and we were leaving. She brought us the bill for our sodas. My daughter asked to speak to the manager. However, it was taking too long so my son and I got up to leave and found the manager at the door. I asked if he was the manager to which he replied he was. I said I was not happy that even after an hour we still did not get our meals to which he just stood there shaking his head like a bobble head ornament. He did nothing, just stood there looking inept. We told him we were NOT going to pay for our drinks and walked out! We had the BEST food at Opas! read more

Happy hour!! Good bear selection for good price. Great apps for reasonable price. Fantastic service!! Happy hour is until 6pm (I was there on a Tuesday night). Great place for happy hour if you are staying in one of the connected hotels. Bartenders were extremely friendly and efficient. Food came fast and was very good. Had the boneless wings (made in house) and queso. read more

With all the food options at MOA we decided to try something new this time. It was the wrong decision. The service was SLOW. It took over ten minutes after seated and brought our silverware/waters to have the server come back and took our orders. Food was over a half hour and then after an initial check how our food was we didn't see our server again until close to fifteen minutes after we had all finished eating. The food wasn't much better than the service. The Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich was basically a big plain chicken tender with a side of spicy Mayo, not sure if the chef forgot the seasoning/sauce but it was definitely not nashville hot chicken. The Cadillac fries left a lot to be desired. They were a mixture of three type of fries, on all our plates all three of the fry types were under done. The burger was okay. read more

Ordered the Black & Bleu Salmon Salad, with the salad dressing in the side. Waited. This was on a slow weekend night after 8pm. Salad came, tossed in dressing. Sent it back. Only moments later the salad came back, not tossed in dressing - but missing two ingredients that were there originally and that were listed on the menu (pecans and cranberries). Informed the server that I wasn't interested in another attempt, so departed and found dinner elsewhere. Plus, that same piece of salmon was getting tired after going back and forth between the kitchen and my table. Gave us both a rest. read more

Check in on yelp for $5 off your bill! This place was where my dad chose for his birthday lunch after a day at MOA. It was before St Paddy's day so they were running a lot of Irish menu items. First he asked for a Guinness. They were out. Okayyy, let's not advertise it then. Then he asked for a diet coke. Sorry mall is all Pepsi. How about a blue moon? Umm out of that too. I'm shaking my head at this point. On the 4th try they finally had a hard cider. Made me wonder what kind of ordering system they used if this was only for beverages?! Our food orders were all pretty good, ma & pa both opted for Reubens while I did their half soup/half pasta lunch special. The mac & cheese I ordered was a bit runny. I prefer cheesy. Finally, I show the server my yelp discount & she walks away with my phone to get her manager to enter it. (I honestly didn't care that she took it but I have a pretty old phone that isn't worth much, but for all those XR owners, beware.) Here's my final issue. It took almost 10 minutes and two different terminals to get them to remove $5. Much more difficult than I would've thought. With all the dining options in the mall, it'll be unlikely that I'll be back anytime soon. read more

This is probably my least favorite chain that I've been to. We went during happy hour - they offer $4, $5, $6 appetizers and drink specials. We ordered chips and guacamole, chicken tacos and loaded fries. The presentation of the three apps were unappealing, the fries were soggy, and the flavor of the tacos was nonexistent. Maybe they were having a bad day in the kitchen... but I wouldn't go out out of my way to come here again. Tip: They offer $5 off if you check in. read more

I've only been to Cadillac Ranch in MOA one time but my take was a positive one. It's positively enormous. It feels like they could seat every single person in that mall easily. We were seated in a spacious booth with absolutely no wait. Our server was friendly and prompt, greeting us immediately, taking our orders at the right time and brought both the food and check in good order. The food was ok. I ordered Shrimp & Crab Pasta $20.29. Sautéed shrimp and asparagus tossed with our lobster cream sauce and topped with a lump crab and Parmesan crust. Served with a Parmesan breadstick. I know, I know, I know that I've just listed the blandest entree on the block. Mild shrimp, mild crab, mild lobster cream sauce and pasta with a tasteless breadstick. And yet my mind gets suckered every time I read shrimp and crab and lobster and I jump. So it's my own fault for ordering a bland dish and then thinking the food here is bland. It was good. But bland. I should have gone for the Cajun Pasta, that was my second choice. Maybe I'll learn next time ;) My ease in getting immediately seated, quick service and friendly server were pluses enough that if my work brings me to MOA again, I'd likely stop in to try something else on the menu. read more

Here we are, a table for eight on a Tuesday night in Minneapolis. The restaurant had a packed house, yet we felt like my party was the only one there. The service was phenomenal. The food was excellent and the drinks were divine. Appetizers I recommend: cheese curds, loaded fries, onion rings, and the spinach and artichoke dip. We had all four. For my main dish I had a medium well steak and sweet potato fries. Go here, you won't regret it. read more

What is wrong with this place ? This is by far the worst food I've ever had in my life. Please never go here ! Horrible service and food. This was my first time coming here i though it was going to be a good place but is was not the best. I thought i was gonna get my moneys worth out of the cheese curds that were $5 dollars. However when my order for cheese curds came out there was only ten in the dish it came in. Mind you this was during happy hour and their usual charging price was $9. i thought there was gonna be more than that but i guess not. Everything else was very decent for a restaurant being located in the mall, but i was kinda confused by the fries when they arrived as well. They don't even look like normal fries but overall every thing was pretty good. And the sever we had was very nice. read more

In addition, our server Alexandria is **the best** in the business. Great energy, attitude and care for our party and our kiddos. This place is a gem when it comes to Happy Hour at the MOA. I've dined her twice in the past two weeks for HH. The reason I came back the second time was because I was super impressed with their happy hour. Given that they are located in the MOA, I thought everything would be more so on the pricey side. Food: +Wedge Salad: The wedge salad was not on the HH list but it was AWESOME. It was massive. I've never had a wedge salad before that had blue cheese crumbles and ranch dressing. They even chilled their lettuce so it was super crunch when you take a bite. +Wings: I tried two different kinds of their $5 happy hour wings. The first time I had the Cadillac style wings. It was a honey/sweet chili sauce. It was tangy but not too spicy. Loved them. The second time I had the buffalo sauce and it was good. +Flatbreads: I've tried both the margarita and the pepperoni sausage flat bread. The margarita was average but the pepperoni, sausage was awesome. I typically don't like sausage pizza but theirs was like an actual sausage that was sliced into big pieces. The pizza was very thin and didn't have much sauce, just the way I like it. +Cheese fries: These were good. If you love fries smothered in cheese, then you must get them! Drinks: My friend and I decided to get one of their "craft" beers. It was only $3, so it was worth a try. I got the Ale and my friend got the IPA. We didn't have very high expectations because usually restaurants that brew their own beer usually don't have the best beer. We were pleasantly surprised. We both enjoyed our beer and it was so cheap! Service: Both of my experiences were great. Our food came out on time and they were very time and efficient. I think this place has a great bang for the buck! My dad is also obsessed with the pork tacos. He orders them everywhere and won't stop raving about them. read more

This place is okay for what it is, I guess. I've been here a few times and every time it's not very impressive. It's a wannabe cowboy bar and grill, super generic food. Last time I was here was during happy hour, so $3 glasses of wine a cheap apps=winning! Our server/bartender behind the back bar was pretty bad. We moved to the back bar becasue we were a part of a book club that was moving back there, so we asked for the happy hour menu so we could order appetizers. He simply said he didn't have any back there and that it was mostly just flatbreads and tacos. That's it, didn't go into details or offer to get us one. So we asked about some of the tacos and his response? "Nothing to write home about." Well, at least he's honest. It would have been more helpful to get us menus and then steer us into the direction of some food that maybe we would want to order, instead of just implying that all the food sucked? Anyways. We asked another bartender about the happy hour appetizers and he produced two menus for us from behind the bar. They were there all along. Bartender number one didn't care enough to check. Then he proceeded to hover while we decided, annoyingly didn't go away until we ordered, which was funny because we had to flag him down when it was time to pay. Turned out there was much more on the happy hour menu than he let on, so it's a good thing we were given menus to look at. We did decide on flatbreads and tacos, and the food came out fast and was actually decent, but nothing spectacular. There were also some free apps included in the event, which were some type of cowboy chips with blue cheese, and they were awful. Skip those. Overall, not a great experience with the service, and the food was mediocre. Price was good though, and we had a fun time at the event despite that. Oh yeah! And there were several little gnats flying around that we had to kill with napkins. Gross. read more

NOT BAD. If you are going to eat and drink in the mall you might as well do it at a place that has legit food, doesn't break the bank and has friendly staff. So sounds like you're going to "Caddy". We were in the mall of America today to do a little shopping and showing out-of-town guest what we had to offer. We decided stop in at Cadillac ranch for a quick appetizer and a couple of cocktails. I've been here in the past for happy hour and been pleasantly surprised with the happy hour specials. This was a rather expensive restaurant but than again it's in Mall of America. I felt that it had very good ambiance. However, that is where the praise will stop. We got there, and we noticed there was seating inside the actual restaurant and also outside of It in sort of a fenced in area in the mall. We asked to be seated inside the actual restaurant because the mall was really busy, and they did not accommodate that request. For food, I got pork chops which came with 2 chops, fries, and green beans. The green beans and fries were marvelous! However, I could have done without the glazing on the chops, as I scraped it off the best that I could. This place was decently priced! Overall, there are several places at Mall of America l dine at, and this is not that bad, but it's also not the best. read more

Cadillac Ranch hasnt been around too long, located near the food court on the 3rd floor of the Mall of America--across the hall from Crave. I hadnt heard of this place before seeing it in the mall, but it is apparently a chair of 6 restaurants spread out across the country. Cadillac Ranch is somewhat strange to me. You definitely dont think the dining space is going to be that big, but the place is massive. Even walking to the restroom seemed like it took 5 minutes. They have a very spacious dining area with a big mechanical bull station, bar, massive TV screens everywhere, and tons of rock n' roll posters. Im really not sure if all those elements work together or not--it just seemed odd to me. It was like a hodge podge of different design elements. The bathrooms were really clean though, and even had black tile and toilets. I was fairly annoyed being seated right next to 5 gigantic TV screen though--4 of which had the British Open on. Phil Mickelson was lifesize standing right next to me as I ate. As much as I like Phil, I prefer to eat my pulled pork in peace. The food was good, not great. The menu was somewhat expectant of a chair restaurant. The burgers and sandwiches were slightly above average in price (all right in the $8-12 range), but they also had a juicy Lucy on the menu which seems like blasphemy. The rest of the menu was over-priced in my opinion. I cant complain about the taste of my fries, slaw, and pulled pork sandwich. It was tasty and filling. Service was decent. Nothing out of the ordinary. I was seated promptly and the food came out in good time. Pros: Good food, big dining area, big TVs (if you are into that sort of thing) Cons: Chain restaurant with a chain restaurant menu, located in the mall so it's not exactly a peaceful dining experience, interior is a littel strange, prices arent the best read more

We ended up here after failing at another restaurant down the hall. Tired of looking for places to eat, so we wound up here. Not bad. The hostess seating was quite pleasant. We sat for a little and then the bartended came over and took care of us. He was great and so nice! He was taking care of us until our other server arrived. Food was okay. Everyone ordered a salad except me. I ordered the steakhouse mushroom burger which was meh. It wasn't horrible, but wasn't great either. The fries were okay. The steakhouse salad was said to be good as was the Asian Chicken Salad and BBQ chicken salad. Service was the best part- our server was lovely. The food for me was just kind of meh, but it worked. Would I run back? Who knows. The patio area is nice and the place is quite large. Restrooms are all the way in the back past the mechanical bull. read more

I would not recommend this place, the wait time was super long and then they didn't have the food we wanted. They were out of the Jucy Lucy! Not bad for a chain that is in a extremely popular mall. Overpriced, sure, but at least the food wasn't half bad. My friend swears by the ahi tuna (some of the best he's ever had).
