Hired Cabrera Tree Service to remove three mature cypress trees that were causing damage with their invasive root system including knees and elbows. The big problem was that two of the trees were located in between my house and my neighbor's house as you can see in the pictures. One was in the front yard. Jesus and his crew of 15 showed up on time and by lunch they had safely removed the three cypress trees. Some estimates I received said they would take three days to do the job. Jesus also did a great job of grinding all of the stumps and removed all of the visible knees and elbows. MR Cabrera left a door tag and I called it for dirt, grading, & sod estimate, & he gave us a good quote, and his guys came out that week and laid good topsoil & graded first, then brought fresh sod and laid the sod, and did a great job! Just have to give a shout out to this business. They handle their business. They were very understanding through the entire process. I wanted to have the service performed, but then something financial came up and I was not able to get it done when I wanted to. Some months later I informed them that I was ready to go. To my surprise. They showed up at my residence 30 minutes after I had sent them a text message. I thought that he was just coming by to look at everything again. Little bit I know, he had his entire crew with him and was ready to perform the service on the spot. They were done within 30 minutes. Everything was cleaned and left in good order. The tree was grinded down and hauled away. They blew the area clean. He even gave me recommendation for dissolving a stump or root. Took care of the payment. If there had to be a downside, it would be that he only accepts cash or check. Great service, and the hit guy is very nice and professional. read more

They came by and took out several shrubs in our front yard. Price was reasonable, they had the right equipment, worked quickly, obviously knew what they were doing, and cleaned up moderately well. The only thing I would suggest is that you go through the entire process with them. The ground was extremely wet and their equipment put a couple ruts in my yard - if I'd have known that they were bringing a stump 'grinder' I would have waited until it was a little dryer. That's no fault of theirs - I should have been better prepared. To their credit they did try to even the ruts out. read more

Luz and his crew did a great job removing a tree, trimming two others, pruning two 12' bushes. They also made the area where the removed tree was look like it was never there, placing new sod. They also planted 20 plants in our flowerbed. He was punctual, arriving exactly at the time he said, and his crew cleaned up meticulously after the job. Don't use. I hires Jesus Cabrera to cut down a large tree in our front yard. His crew worked quickly and I was satisfied with his work. I then discussed trimming 2 large live oak trees, one in front, and the other in back. His price was rather expensive, much more than other trimmers had charged in the past. He did a marginal job on the front tree, but the back tree was a disaster. There were many small dead branches all over the tree. I pointed out those were to be removed but he claimed that was too much work and I would have to pay more. Also stated that the tree looked great. He got rude and abrasive (with the wrong guy). He also left the bottom of the pool covered in branches and leaves from trimming - I had to force his workers to clean those up. Bottom line - he wants to charge a large price and cut down only a few branches of overgrowth and then get on down the road leaving a mess behind. I would never use again. read more
