    DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY should be a zero rating. Corporate Customer Service is refusing to honor lifetime warranty and replace two doors on Apron Sink cabinet we purchased and installed about a year and a few months ago. We provide the necessary information and photos. This product has a poor design and doors are delaminating. We had several calls and exchanged emails. I requested the problem be escalated to higher management, and they refused. Lifetime warranty isn't worth the electronic paper its printed on.

    This is an edit to a previous review. They have sent us THREE batches of Chalet White cabinets. THREE! Each batch is damaged. Broken, cracked, broken cam locks, scratches, gloppy paint, chipped paint, first layer of plywood cupping off, missing pieces, etc. THREE BATCHES! They say that "Third time's a charm", but not in this case. How in the world can you receive not only one batch of damaged cabinets, not two, but THREE! That's 36 cabinets! I don't know who they have doing the fabricating/cutting, but they need to have a talk with them. The WOW that they claim to have is WOE! (PS- I don't know why, but I can't attach the newest photos)

    Do not purchase from this company since May 21 I received damage cabinets May 29. I did not hear from customer service on how they were going to resolve this issue then I got an email stating that they're going to ship out my items urgently today, June 7 I am being told that two of the items are on backorder and it's gonna take several weeks before I get my replacement parts and cabinets, honestly I don't know how this company is still in business. This is poor customer service and I will make sure that I tell everyone not to purchase from cabinets to go in any of their stores because even the store managers do not want to deal with the issue. They're so quickly to take your money, but don't want to give you the product in good shape that you paid for.

    Guess what, Andrea has still not replied. Its has been about a week sent I sent her an email and as usual NO REPLY. Andrea.Cozart@cabinetstogo.com I also heard from Richard Yoerg at the Tampa store and sent him what he wanted and also NOTHING. TRUST ME DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

    The process started out simple enough. One thing that put me off was that I was asked to post a review when planning to get free items. I am guessing that is why their are a lot of 5 star reviews. Planning was easy and the we were super excited as the cabinets even arrived early. The installers arrived as scheduled. The installers were courteous and knowledgable. As they began assempbling our kitchen a few pieces were broken straight out of the box. They explained that a warranty part would be ordered. Great, no problem. On day 3 we were informed that their were not enough parts to complete the kitchen. Because the planning included 24" deep wall cabinets, we were not upset. Sure we would buy the extra parts they needed. However, when we went into the store to order the parts almost $2000 in additional labor was added. When I questioned this additional labor, I was told it was for customization. I tried to explain to the sales person that the customization was included in writing on our orginal sale. However, I was told that the original sale did not include tops on our cabinets? Are you kidding? The renderings all showed cabinets with tops. So we have a half completed kitchen, missing and broken parts as well as an unauthorized charge for labor on my credit card. AT this point I would not reccomend Cabinets to Go to anyone. I did reach out to the corporate office, who said they would address it. The manager did try to reach out to me Saturday at 5:38 pm. UNfortunately we were out eating dinner because we do not have a functioning kitchen. As of right now my credit card was charged for labor that I expressly told them I was not willing to pay. Furthermore, I feel like they really try to scam you since this is the second time they hit me up for extra labor. The firtst time I just paid it thinking they made a mistake. That cost me an additional $900. We ordered a toltal of 36 cabinets plus fillers and panels. I should have researched the process a little more as the industry standard for installation is $150-$300 per cabinet. we paid $341 per cabinet for installation ffore they tacked on an addtional 2K. NOw the install cost is $386 per cabinet and that does not include demo, electric, plumbing, or apparently tops to your cabinets. The cabinets are nice, but I think the retailer is scamming on the labor.

    Absolute nightmare of an experience. I have been without a kitchen for 4+ months due to this company. First our installer disappeared on us. Then 4 cabinets arrived broken. I requested the cabinets be replaced, however they were unwilling to replace the damaged product they sent me, and instead elected to send me "replacement parts" They sent wrong inferior non-fitting parts - twice over the course of a month and a half, further delaying my kitchen. In addition their professional mis-measured my cabinets resulting in cabinets too small for the given space - a mistake cabinets to go refused to honor, and instead made us buy more cabinets. This company does not honor its word, and does not stand by its products. Avoid this business at all costs. Don't believe me? Check out their corporate ratings on the BBB site.

    Two left sides- unable to build cabinet

    No star. Cabinets were delivered March 9th 3 were defective. We called customer care immediately and sent pictures of the damaged cabinets. We've been waiting over two weeks. We do not have a kitchen. Our brand new appliances are sitting in our garage. Cabinets to go's response "we don't have the cabinet parts to send us" No sense of urgency. Customer Care said they can not give a timeline as they are waiting on an email from the parts department. My Sales person just complained about being short staffed and that she couldn't do anymore than I was doing. This has been a horrible experience - buyer beware and do not go to cabinets to go. My experience has been beyond upsetting and stressful. Did I mention I do not have a kitchen it's been 3 weeks

    Not only was our experience at Cabinets to go exceptional, but both Keith and Josh were extremely helpful in design and customer service. Our kitchen can be matched to any luxury dream home kitchen... but without the cost! You'll see for yourself in the attached photos, but first, let me say the cabinets arrived on time, the delivery driver came in and went through his checklist with us to be sure all of our cabinets had arrived. The instructions and identification for assembly were easy and our kitchen looks amazing! If you want a beautiful kitchen, help with design and save money I would recommend "Cabinets to go"!

I sent multiple emails requesting additional supplies, but unfortunately did not receive a response. I also attempted to contact him by phone, but my calls were not returned. Due to the lack of communication, I had to drive to the showroom several times to reach him in person, which is over a 45-minute drive for me. Eventually, I was able to obtain all of the materials needed for my projects. Overall, Ken did assist with selecting the fixtures for my projects, which is part of his role. However, improved communication, responsiveness, and a more welcoming customer service approach would greatly enhance the experience for future customers.

All of the materials were delivered to our house within a day, or on the day we requested. Kenny was our salesperson and contact. He was well-informed and was very helpful. When we had an installation issue (the installer's fault), a call to Kenny got the issue resolved. (This included a late Friday at closing time email!) The showroom has a great selection at different price points, worth your time to visit and shop. Highly recommended for good service and selection. Ask for Kenny.

I drove 100+ miles and picked up my kitchen. After spending a few hours assembling the cabinets I realized that the cabinets were not the right size. 30" vs the 36" I had indicated that I needed. I was Not happy but decided to just deal with it and use what I was sold. When I went to install the cabinets on the wall I realized that the over the refrigerator cabinet was 24" deep instead of the 14" that I had requested to match the depth of the rest of the cabinets. This was a deal breaker for me as this cabinet door would not open due to it hitting the refrigerator hinges. I called customer service and spoke with someone that I could barely understand and explained the situation. When I was done explaining, the line was disconnected!!!. I started over and spoke to another person that was hard to understand with a dog barking in the background. This person set me up with an online appointment to resolve the problem. Six hours later I had the online appointment where the nice person that I could understand explained to me that they only designed kitchens and had no authority to resolve the situation. He then gave me a phone number to call to resolve the situation which was the same number that I had originally called. I called again and the individual I spoke to didnt seem to have enough knowledge about their product to help me. At this point I asked to return the cabinets. Ikea will pick up the cabinets in 9 DAYS. Then 5-6 business days later I will be refunded the money. So now I have to wait two more weeks to be able to reorder cabinets elsewhere because my money is tied up by this fiasco!
