We are very grateful. Opportunities: Communication-not great. Contractors speak Spanish/we speak English causing huge gap. If something goes wrong, call the company-ask why. Flip-Bench-requested in master shower. When we saw the bench not in there, it was too late because an anchor needed to go in before shower wall. Given a stand-alone bench. Mirrors-Told our mirrors can go back on the wall, they did not fit w/new vanities. Given $600 credit Quartz countertops-Picked out Quartz countertops in April. If cost difference, we will pay it. End of Jun-time to put them in, we're told we needed to pick something else. We were given 1 option that we didn't like. We ended up w/original choice. Timeliness - There were at least 4 times that we had no clue if the contractors were coming. Either there was no confirmation, or they would show up 11-1130ish, 2:30ish & stay until 7:30ish. When everything was finished, there was poor caulking in 1 bathroom & NO caulking in master, with/plug hanging off the wall. They said, they'll be back Mon 8:30-9. NO one showed or called. We called them 12ish, they'll be there 2:30-3. At 3:20, someone shows up. THIS would be the time to show up or at least call us, instead of having to call them. Especially since they needed to fix something THEY screwed up. These times are the difference between going to work or not, even for 1/2 day. This past weekend I opened a vanity drawer & the handle became unhinged, so we will be buying another one of those. On Monday our mirrors were put back in. Ultimately, we like our bathrooms, but the heartache that went along was not worth the over $53,000 we paid.

I worked with them on a complete remodel of my kitchen and custom entertainment cabinet and cabinets in my master bedroom.  They also installed hardwood floors in my master bedroom.  This job was well over 40,000.  Don't get me wrong the cabinetry in the kitchen is gorgeous.  I signed the contract in February and a 8-10 week job was not completed until December. It still was not even completed then.   They delivered broken/cracked granite which they attempted to repair and pass off as natural.   I complained and it took Brian 6 months to come look at it, and while waiting for punch list to be completed.  They messed up dry wall, had to redo.  Painting was screwed up, still messed up.  Their turn over rate is crazy.   My crown molding above my island is damaged.  They left off the ring on the pot filler.We went with Brian to Granite yard and owner advised this issue should have been brought to his immediate attention upon delivery of the slabs...(Hello---I told them the minute I saw it installed).  Brian refused to come inspect it.  But, wait a minute they saw that damage and attempted to fix it.  Brian advised me then to pick out new Granite.   We picked new slabs, but Cindy his sales associate never called to hold the slabs and different slabs were ordered and not to my liking.   Brian moved to a new office and we never heard from him again.   All calls go unanswered. All his offices are closed except for Palm Harbor and they do not answer the phone,  nor return any messages. I was given a lifetime warranty on the cabinetry and told they stand behind their work. A few of the hinges (soft close) have snapped in half.   My softclose cabinet garbage hinges have broken. They never left me extra custom stain for touchup.  I have been trying to get in touch with this company just for the information to order the pieces myself.  No response.   I have left several messages.   I did not want to leave this review, but he had left me no choice.   Checking the BBB, there are several complaints of same thing and same issue.  I finally today reached out to the actual company on the the softclose hinges and they referred me to the company that could help me.   I sent them pictures and they will help me with one of my issues and I will gladly pay for the parts necessary. I do not expect them to pay for my other cabinet door hinge, but at least give me information about what kind or where to order.   Also how to match up this custom stain.   I do not feel it is too much to ask since they never finished the job and left me with damaged granite. I would NEVER recommend them because of this.   Any time they want to correct these issues,  I will be more than happy to adjust my review.

But Josephine said, "well maybe I can still help you". Through a few emails and a caring phone call Josephine got someone to our home and repaired the jammed and broken kitchen drawer. I was so impressed by her caring effort and willingness to help. She could have simply said, "Sorry I can't help you" and moved on. In an era where customer service takes a back seat to automation, rude representatives, and a focus on profits I felt it necessary to write this 5 star review for a company and person who clearly outshines the competition. Met with John about landscaping a front fenced area to camouflage a shed we'd be erecting in the…read morebackyard. I thought we had a meeting of the minds, but that certainly was NOT the case. I thought we had discussed plants/foliage/greenery for the entire length of the fence and thought that's what the pricing included. I was also told that though they do not do curbing, they could add a border to very closely match the existing curbing. The crew was very good and hard working; however, either John failed to fully brief them on the job or I should have more closely supervised the work being done. The 'full fence' landscaping only went two-thirds of the way down the fence line. Honestly, a HUGE area at the end of the fence with zero landscaping! (Oh, and they were just about to add the permanent cement 'curbing'). We had them move a plant from the back yard to the empty spot and then finish the curbing around that. I expected a small charge (felt it was worth maybe $200 for time and materials) for the curbing, but we were charged an additional $600!! Also, John is not really a designer as a lay person would use the term. We needed a pad/foundation for 7'x10' shed - I said I was thinking a pad about 15'x15' so there'd be space around it. I showed him the area we wanted it (back of the yard where three sides would be surrounded by the fence). My fault, I didn't measure the area first - wish I had because rather than reassess the location when the crew discovered it wasn't 15', the crew simply moved the pad further out to the middle of yard and already had a fairly permanent foundation before I discovered this. This left a fairly large area behind the shed that is now completely inaccessible and unusable, and because of where they placed the landscaping in that area, it is impossible to use for storage. Oh, and because it would be difficult to mow/maintain, we ended up having the area finished with rock (at a cost of $1,600 or so). So, the front of the house. . .there was an area under a window that had no plants whatsoever. John suggested some hedging type plants surrounded by blue my minds. One would naturally think the hedges would go under the window and the smaller plants would be evenly placed in the remaining area to completely fill the void. Nope - the hedge thing is under the window, but the twenty blew my minds are split with ten on either side and a 2-3 foot empty space right in the middle. Seriously, what is up with these guys and blank spaces/spacing of plants? John did not render any drawings. I had a sketch I put together that had a semblance of what I had envisioned the space to look like that I used during my initial and subsequent discussions with John. I guess that's why I felt there was an understanding. This was very, very expensive. It doesn't really look like it though - honestly, looks like something I could've done myself. So, so, so thoroughly disappointed. I would not recommend Albright because of the undesigned project, the excessive added costs, the lack of the crew to properly space the plants, the lack of the crew to stop and raise the flag when something didn't look right. Oh, and, after the excessive cost and adders, I see them loading up bags of mulch and pavers that I'm pretty sure were included in the price I paid.
