To Richele and Vanessa who are extremely nice and show that they really do love what they do. They were in constant contact with us to make sure everything went smooth. To Kevin T, guy who came out to our house and did template, you couldn't ask for a nicer guy to come over and let into your house. Very knowledgeable and respectful. To a young man who we didn't get his name, but he actually helped us with picking a much nicer color that suited our project better, it didn't matter to him that the one he sold us was actually cheaper then the one we were initially looking at. Very nice and helpful, thank you so much for not letting me make a mistake. To the guys who cut our counters when wife and I picked them out, they would always say hi to us when they saw us walking around looking, as to make us feel welcomed and not bothering them. For floors and countertops, work was very sloppy and everything was done without care, you had to be on top of them to address any details. Honestly, you are better off paying a little more and less headaches along they way. If you decide to go with them, it will take double the time they say, it will be sloppy work, and you have to get mad at them to get anything done.

After almost 40 years and a lot of regular wear and tear on our 1980's house, we somehow ended up with a colony of rescued cats a few years ago that destroyed what was left. We needed new flooring, new interior doors and trim, new baseboards, drywall repair, paint, a plumbing repair, and so much more. It was overwhelming. We reached out to Jim Beavers because word of mouth from flooring retailers and great reviews made us confident that Beavers Contracting would be our flooring company, and we hoped that he may possibly be able to refer us to contractors for all the other work we needed done. Jim and his daughter, Christina, walked into our house on a Thursday afternoon and when they walked back out an hour later, we had plans to get everything we needed done and at a price that worked for our budget. There was not a single aspect of our project that Beavers Contracting couldn't handle. We didn't have to go in search of multiple contractors at all! A few days later, with the amazing Niki Beavers coordinating all the scheduling, the Beavers crew swept in and started demo. It was like magic! In no time at all, our ratty carpet was replaced with beautiful LVP flooring, our pet-damaged doors and trim were replaced with brand new ones, our destroyed drywall was all repaired, our old builder grade baseboards were suddenly beautiful 6-inch real pine ones, and our interior walls, baseboards, doors and trim were all painted. After the workers left I noticed many issues: Some areas of the walls had gashes in the drywall Large wall mirrors were taken down in the bathrooms and not put back up Crown molding was removed and not put back up Faucets were not installed in the new sinks in the kitchen or bathrooms I called the owner and he refused to have anyone come back out. I had to find a plumber last minute to have the faucets installed and had to pay to have drywall filled. Definitely would not recommend or use this company again.
