He explained the process in detail, made sure we understood each step, and helped us feel included throughout. That part of the service was excellent and much appreciated. However, things took a turn when the installers arrived. From the moment they stepped on site, one of them began complaining--about the sink we purchased, the lack of parking, the sales rep supposedly not informing buyers about issues with dual-mount sinks, and more. Despite the negative attitude, the work was eventually completed... or so we thought. Just as they were about to leave, we noticed only one faucet hole had been cut instead of two. When we pointed it out, the installer returned to fix it, but not without more grumbling and clear frustration. This isn't just about one poor attitude. It's a missed opportunity for your business to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term loyalty. To the owner and management team: There's great value in following up with customers after an install. A simple call to check in--"Are you satisfied? Can we do better?"--goes a long way. But in our case? Not a single call. No one reached out. It's disappointing and sends the message that once the job is paid for, the relationship ends. If you don't show your customers you care about their business, why should we continue supporting and growing your business.

Then delivery was delayed 2 weeks. Once the countertops were delivered, the cutout around the sink did not match the template. I have contacted Jeff who has empty promises. Spoke to customer manager who had an appointment to come look at the stone and was a no call/no show. This company has no integrity or customer service. Happy to take your money and just believe you'll take what they deliver. I do give kudos to the installation guys. They did a great job and had nothing to do with the cut. To KB countertops, don't give me your generic response to call to resolve. You call me.

    I had damage from water in my shower and decided to remodel it the way I wanted instead of just…read morefixing the problem and then going back later. Our neighborhood Facebook page recommended Andro Beaver and Assoc the most. Jim came over and gave us a spectacular quote for the work needed and we started the project as soon as the insurance money came through. Jim and is crew worked tirelessly for days on end to get the job done. They made small tweaks and intricate details to make it beautiful and modern the way I described. I'm not an expert on design so I gave them the green light to make it gorgeous with little input from me and they blew it out of the park. For the work they put in I am forever grateful to have found such a knowledgeable trustworthy company. We will always look to them for our remodeling needs hands down.     I was put in contact with Beavers Contracting Services via Floor and Decor. On Monday Nick from…read moreBeavers came to measure and give me an estimate on a 305 sq ft sunroom. He was one of three businesses that I contacted for estimates. He was courteous and professional and told me that he would send me an estimate later in the day or Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. I called the office and asked the receptionist if I could speak with Nick. She was just about to transfer me when she asked for my number and Nick would call me shortly. It is now Thursday and I have heard nothing from Nick or anyone from Beavers Contracting Services. This lack of contact speaks volumes about the lack of professional integrity of Nick and the company he represents. If they are this unresponsive to a potential customer, it casts a big shadow on their efficiency, quality of work, and professionalism. I always try to go with locally owned businesses, and I will find a company that is reliable and trustworthy. It will not be Beavers Contracting Services.
