AGS Stone was recommended by our contractor. When we visited tier facilities we were impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the lady who assisted us. She gave us a thorough explanation concerning the attributes of granite, the various grades and how the grades were determined. After showing us some of the available sheets, we had made our decision on the one we wished to purchase. The variety they carry was more than enough to meet our needs. At no time did we feel hurried or pressed to make a decision. The price was reasonable and within our modest budget. An appointment was set up for the company to come to our house and make a template, their personnel showed up as scheduled and were friendly and took the time to explain to us what they were doing. We then scheduled an appointment to go to their work area to show them how we wanted the granite cut. Again, one of their employees stood by and helped us to make this decision. An install date had been previously agreed upon. The installation team showed up on schedule and were prompt and informative. They finished and cleaned up in a relatively short period of time. I am so pleased with AGS Stone. After doing research I found that AGS only had positive reviews so I decided to go with them to replace my kitchen counters with Quartz. Their process was simply flawless. I visited their showroom where Roland took me through their Quartz they had in stock. Roland was a great listener and new exactly what I was looking for. He directed me to the brand he thought I would like. So off I went to a huge distributor and found the perfect Quartz. AGS ordered the Quartz. Roland then came to my home and took Lazer measurements that were perfect. Once the Quartz came into AGS they sent me the layout for approval to cut and fabricate. The Installers a Father & Son team did a rip out of my old granite while keeping my backsplash in tack without any damage. They alerted me to some rust on a Culligan water spout and suggested a new one. Now the Fun began they installed my new Quartz which FIT PERFECTLY. AGS only puts ONE seam by the sink that's it all the rest are seamless. The Father was a perfectionist he had to cut between my backsplash and Quartz as Quartz is much thicker, just amazing. Every piece in my kitchen and bathroom fit beautiful. AGS stone is a recommended fabricator by Cambria a high quality Quartz with a lifetime warranty. I found AGS Stone by accident, after driving an hour to visit one of their competitors. The competitor gave us the impression they didn't want to be bothered and even quoted us prices that were double what their website stated. Feeling disappointed me and my husband decided to seek out other Stone companies in the area so it wasn't a wasted trip. As we got in our car we noticed AGS right next door, and figured we should start there. We were greeted by Jackie and she showed us around before taking us out to look at the remnants. As we looked over the remnants they happened to have the exact stone I had been searching for and was told by other companies, I would never find in the size I needed. Couldn't be happier with the result. I turned to AGS after a sloppy execution through a big box store's subcontractor. I worked with Roland who spent an entire hour with me pointing out additional errors in the prior work/design. He thoroughly explained the template process while asking questions to confirm my desired result (this compared to zero minutes spent with the person who came to template from the box store's fabrication subcontractor). It is so easy to recognize quality craftsmanship once you've had a poor one but please, spare yourself the expense and headache of a negative experience, use these guys first. From the sufficient and consistent overhangs, to tightly fitting perfect seams, to the pattern on the stone flowing correctly from one side of the appliances to the other, even to the cleaner underside of stone etc... the counters finally look cohesive and done. AGS Stone was great. Jackie and Kathy listened to what we wanted. After listening, made recommendations that was very helpful. Even had given us advice to help us on other installs. Our stone is absolutely beautiful. We got the Nevaska which has movement and hard to matchup. They did it beautifully. You can't see the seam. They installed on my timeframe and were very patient with us. We were going through a difficult time and they worked around our schedule. Jared even offered to come back and pick up my sink when the wrong one was ordered. So kind. It could have cost us extra money if they had to come back to do the platelet. I sought a granite remnant for a Butler's Pantry six years ago. I uses AGS Stone and found them to be professional and provided excellent service and product. I am now installing an outdoor kitchen.
