(I was a city guy until we reconnected and I'm now a Pasco County resident getting a new tire for her Toro ZTR mower. ) Anyway, I'd been doing price checks when she asked me what was taking so long. I said I was looking for a good deal and, ideally, some place close by. She said I appreciate your doing that but I could have saved you the time and effort. Called Braun's on 41. Well, I admit, I got a little indignant, quite certain that my research would unearth that are ratings for a deal than this place I had not yet spoken with. I am now sitting here, my head, virtually bowed and supplication, having learned my lesson. Darn good deal! Very convenient, and as I said, a very easy local firm to work with.

They carry everything painting related that you could possibly need, so it's a great, one-stop paint shop. I went in to get some ideas as to what color to paint my newly renovated kitchen. The main line they carry is Benjamin Moore. It's a quality paint, and the displays they had offered plenty of paint chip samples for me to choose from. While there I also picked up a beautiful metallic paint for an arts and crafts project. At the register I asked where cheap paint brushes would be - and they man showed me they had three differently-sized $5 brushes right at checkout. So smart and so convenient. I've narrowed down my color choices, so I called ahead to get two sample colors made. Each color cost $6.99, and was ready by the time I arrived to pick it up. They also provided recommendations for painters when I asked, which is so useful. Why deal with the hassle of a big box store, when you can shop here with no fuss? They have been in business since 1933, and I hope they make it another 87 years!

We found the perfect design and they even have this one as a regular slab we hope we can use for our kitchen in a few months. We had a budget in mind and they were helpful enough to lower the price of their remnant to meet us at our budget. They said they'd have it cut by Tuesday and called us Monday saying it was ready. My husband picked it up Tuesday and they had it ready to load up front and someone even helped him load it on the truck. It was cut to the exact size we requested and the outer edges were perfect. We will definitely be using them again soon!!
