Terrible workmanship. They use MDF material, which causes the pulls/handles to come over time. Not to mention, you are able to easily spot the seams on the doors. They only look good at from a distance. Once you get closer and even over time, you'll notice the quality. read more

I have had my cabinets for about 1 year. I have replaced multiple glides and hinges. The boxes from one cabinet to another are not the same color. Multiple door and drawer fronts have cracks. The middle style on the shaker doors shake and are not solid. Would not recommend. read more

Corners are peeling, grid marks are visible on the shelves, and I am still fighting for parts that were damaged either in shipping or because of the poor craftsmanship to be replaced. Buyer beware! We purchased a brand new home September 2017. We were told to meet at Innovation Cabinetry to pick out our cabinets. After just nine months in our new home we noticed a couple of the cabinets coming apart at the seams and some cabinets with a random crack. After contacting the company several times, a representative came to our house to look at the cabinets in person because we noticed almost all the cabinets coming apart. The representative stated "unfortunately that happens with wood cabinets." We were given replacement cabinet doors for the few cabinets with a random crack but are stuck with the cabinets that are coming apart in our kitchen and bathrooms. The least this company could have done was take responsibility and replace the doors coming apart. We are extremely disappointed and will not buy from here or refer anyone to this company. read more

My contractor used them to order my whole kitchen cabinets and it was a terrible experience. I ordered 6 months ago! Yup, that's not a typo... 6 months ago and I still don't have them. The contractor couldn't get a hold of them and they kept saying it's on back order. Well.... I got tired of not having a kitchen and waiting and I called them myself. They are very rude and unhelpful. I finally got the supervisor to return my email after calling and emailing, and he said that the cabinets have been in for at least 6 weeks!!!! My contractor's rep called him after I kept calling them (last week) and said they're still on back order. This is crazy! I'm praying the cabinets are there when my contractor picks them up on Monday. The lesson of the day... do your homework on the companies your contractors want to use. I hope they're decent quality. Updated my rating to five stars after a small fire damaged some of our cabinets. Innovations helped us get paint and replacement cabinet faces to make things perfect again. They worked directly with us and sent the parts through a local distributor. We were impressed with their service. We saved thousands going with Innovations RTA cabinets instead of the same preassembled cabinets that we've bought in the past. Our installer made lots of mistakes, but Innovations stepped up and sent someone out on a Saturday to fix all of the issues we had. The Coastal Cream cabinets we chose look absolutely perfect with our beach house decor. Buy these cabinets and save tons of money, but be sure that your contractor knows how to install and adjust them before you sign the check. read more

Cabinets look ok from the outside but if you are putting together or installing they are junk. Also try to call for help and if you can get anybody they try and get you off the phone as soon as possible. I asked for touch up for a couple of defects and the said it was $15 for a touch up kit? Purchased a complete kitchen of the Simply White style cabinets through Dee's Home Improvement Warehouse in Clearwater, FL. Dee's has been helpful in trying to resolve the quality issues with the cabinets; however, Innovation Cabinetry in Tampa, FL does not take any ownership for the substandard product that they are distributing. All of the edges of the cabinets and shelves are so rough that you can draw blood if you run your finger along the edge. Innovation Cabinetry's solution was to tell us to sand the edges. Also, the 36" wall cabinets have the usual two shelves. They have cut corners by only giving two holes to mount each shelf, so you are not able to create shelf heights to meets the needs of what you would like to store on a given shelf. Lastly, the drawers are NOT solid wood. They use metal bars on the side with a 2 1/2 " metal tray. Needless to say, this design will cause certain items stored in the drawers to fall out. Also, the drawers are only 17" deep in a 24" deep cabinet. I was told that this was so that the drawers can be used in 21" deep vanity cabinets, so why can't the drawers be 20" deep? I believe that this is just a stupid cost saving measure on their part to save a few pennies on a cabinet without regard for the impact on the consumer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING ANY PRODUCT FROM INNOVATION CABINETRY. read more

Have purchased multiple sets of these cabinets for different projects and have not had one go wrong due to error on their part. I ordered the wrong white cabinets for one project and they worked with me to get the correct doors even though they did nothing wrong. If there are any adjustments to be made they will come right back and correct and concerns I I might have had for them.
