Amazing product! Fast production! Constant communication! Perfect fit! They called to setup delivery ahead of schedule. Emailed and texted confirmation the day before. Driver called when he was in route. They provided a 1 hour window. I'm blown away! This is the best service I've received from any of my subcontractors/suppliers in 12 years as a custom home builder. Thank you again! You have earned my business! I will be referring Innovation to all my contractor peers. read more

As a home remodeler, Innovation Cabinetry is my go to source for all kitchen cabinets. Product quality and price (QPR) is excellent. Sales and Customer Service is first rate. For a local and family owned business, we were impressed and pleased by the professional treatment and support to get our orders processed as promised. The quality and the price of the cabinets are well better than we expected. We'll promote their cabinets to our clients. read more

The quality of the cabinets is very good! I had a few questions on assembly as I was doing it myself. My rep could not answer them so she put me in touch with a manager who was very helpful and was funny too!!! read more

Terrible workmanship. They use MDF material, which causes the pulls/handles to come over time. Not to mention, you are able to easily spot the seams on the doors. They only look good at from a distance. Once you get closer and even over time, you'll notice the quality. read more

The prices are just a bit too high for me. I like that they have good quality and different styles, so many styles. But for me, I could not place my order with them since the price was beaten by another competitor read more

They have amazing quality but for my rentals the price is a bit too high. But they have amazing styles and design experience!

I have had my cabinets for about 1 year. I have replaced multiple glides and hinges. The boxes from one cabinet to another are not the same color. Multiple door and drawer fronts have cracks. The middle style on the shaker doors shake and are not solid. Would not recommend. read more

Innovation Cabinetry has been a great company in the design of our new kitchen cabinets. The styles they provide, and offer are one of the best along with the service they have provided us. I loved my kitchen so much that we are in the process of having an outdoor kitchen designed with Innovation new ENDURA outdoor-indoor kitchen cabinets. Thanks to everyone that made it so easy for us. - Jackie read more

Poor quality cabinets. They don't return calls or emails. I have been waiting months for replacement parts to fix the defective drawers. Avoid. read more

I ordered their storm grey frameless cabinets through rtacabinetstore.com and would not recommend them. The quality of the paint and veneer that was used on the face of the cabinets is not good. Corners are peeling, grid marks are visible on the shelves, and I am still fighting for parts that were damaged either in shipping or because of the poor craftsmanship to be replaced. Its been 2 months and my kitchen has been delayed because of this. read more

The easy to work with, good quality cabinets. They have a showroom that you can bring your clients to

Buyer beware! We purchased a brand new home September 2017. We were told to meet at Innovation Cabinetry to pick out our cabinets. After just nine months in our new home we noticed a couple of the cabinets coming apart at the seams and some cabinets with a random crack. After contacting the company several times, a representative came to our house to look at the cabinets in person because we noticed almost all the cabinets coming apart. The representative stated "unfortunately that happens with wood cabinets." We were given replacement cabinet doors for the few cabinets with a random crack but are stuck with the cabinets that are coming apart in our kitchen and bathrooms. The least this company could have done was take responsibility and replace the doors coming apart. We are extremely disappointed and will not buy from here or refer anyone to this company. read more

My contractor used them to order my whole kitchen cabinets and it was a terrible experience. I ordered 6 months ago! Yup, that's not a typo... 6 months ago and I still don't have them. The contractor couldn't get a hold of them and they kept saying it's on back order. Well.... I got tired of not having a kitchen and waiting and I called them myself. They are very rude and unhelpful. I finally got the supervisor to return my email after calling and emailing, and he said that the cabinets have been in for at least 6 weeks!!!! My contractor's rep called him after I kept calling them (last week) and said they're still on back order. This is crazy! I'm praying the cabinets are there when my contractor picks them up on Monday. The lesson of the day... do your homework on the companies your contractors want to use. I hope they're decent quality. Stay away! read more

Innovation Cabinetry was our supplier for about 12 years before we retired. Their product quality and price point was like no other. I was always able to count on them when it came to inventory and great cabinet choices. They stand behind their product and have a great warranty. I would recommend them time and time again. read more

Rude, arrogant, inferior quality. They sell damaged goods that they don't warranty. They let you know that they don't need your business every time you visit. More arrogant than home Depot read more

Updated my rating to five stars after a small fire damaged some of our cabinets. Innovations helped us get paint and replacement cabinet faces to make things perfect again. They worked directly with us and sent the parts through a local distributor. We were impressed with their service. We saved thousands going with Innovations RTA cabinets instead of the same preassembled cabinets that we've bought in the past. Our installer made lots of mistakes, but Innovations stepped up and sent someone out on a Saturday to fix all of the issues we had. The Coastal Cream cabinets we chose look absolutely perfect with our beach house decor. Buy these cabinets and save tons of money, but be sure that your contractor knows how to install and adjust them before you sign the check. read more

Worthless. Won't take responsibility for shoddy designs. Sales people are useless. Their quality leaves alot to be desired. Tried to discuss with designer but would not take the time. " not his problem " If your builder recommends them you need to run. read more

Cabinets look ok from the outside but if you are putting together or installing they are junk. Also try to call for help and if you can get anybody they try and get you off the phone as soon as possible. I asked for touch up for a couple of defects and the said it was $15 for a touch up kit? What?? I buy your junk and now I have to pay to fix it?? Never again. read more

Purchased a complete kitchen of the Simply White style cabinets through Dee's Home Improvement Warehouse in Clearwater, FL. Dee's has been helpful in trying to resolve the quality issues with the cabinets; however, Innovation Cabinetry in Tampa, FL does not take any ownership for the substandard product that they are distributing. All of the edges of the cabinets and shelves are so rough that you can draw blood if you run your finger along the edge. Innovation Cabinetry's solution was to tell us to sand the edges. Also, the 36" wall cabinets have the usual two shelves. They have cut corners by only giving two holes to mount each shelf, so you are not able to create shelf heights to meets the needs of what you would like to store on a given shelf. Lastly, the drawers are NOT solid wood. They use metal bars on the side with a 2 1/2 " metal tray. Needless to say, this design will cause certain items stored in the drawers to fall out. Also, the drawers are only 17" deep in a 24" deep cabinet. I was told that this was so that the drawers can be used in 21" deep vanity cabinets, so why can't the drawers be 20" deep? I believe that this is just a stupid cost saving measure on their part to save a few pennies on a cabinet without regard for the impact on the consumer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING ANY PRODUCT FROM INNOVATION CABINETRY. read more

Get what you pay for. Stock cabinets and poor kitchen designer(Cody) lead to massive issues. Designer dropped the ball on so many things. Shipped wrong cabinets and left out integral pieces. I will never buy a product from them again. Spend a little more and get a decent product. Big box stores are better than this... read more

Have purchased multiple sets of these cabinets for different projects and have not had one go wrong due to error on their part. I ordered the wrong white cabinets for one project and they worked with me to get the correct doors even though they did nothing wrong. If there are any adjustments to be made they will come right back and correct and concerns I I might have had for them. Extremely happy with them and give their name to anyone that asks for a recommendation!! read more

I am a project manager for a restoration company, most of the work we do is insurance related. My account manager, Marisol always finds a way to deliver a product that is within budget and exceeds the expectations of the end user. She is very knowledgeable and can produce most renderings within hours of receiving a drawing. Most of the cabinets are in stock and can be picked up the same day they are ordered. I would recommend Marisol and Innovation Cabinetry for all your cabinet needs. read more
