I like coming to Allen Premium Outlet Mall every once in a while. It's fun because hubby and I can…read moresplit up and go to the stores that we each want to visit. The prices don't always seem like they are a bargain, so you really need to know what you're looking for and at what price you're willing to pay. There is definitely something for everyone. I was on a quest for finding a new Easter dress and hubby wanted to go to Columbia. There is a cute play area for the little kids and this visit I noticed a couple of food trucks that I had never seen before. This parking lot is a little wonky and not very easy to get in/out and around. Signage could be better as well. During the Fall/Christmas time it is definitely much more busy. We came midweek and during the day, so there was plenty of parking and it wasn't crowded at all.

With my most recent visit, after walking in and browsing for a few seconds, I was offered help (which I desperately needed). The staff is super knowledgeable and very patient. I was able to knock out the few items I picked out in minutes, and hop in line to make my purchase. Lululemon isn't cheap, but its well made and the girls in my house love it. I literally come in once every 6-8 weeks, so not sure why I deserved a welcome like that. My previous visit back in November the worker actually said "are trying to ruin my vacation?" Michael's was expensive and barely anything. Hobby lobby's prices were better but didn't have much option either. On top of that people wiped our most inventory already. So desperate so went on Google and found this place. Should have gone here first because they have everything you need. We ended up spending roughly $50 on supplies. The lines are long on weekdays and weekends. Slow service because everything is manual and they're also short staff too. So just be patience with them. There are also some bargain bins at $9.99, $14.99 and $19.99 price points; they're large and deep, making digging out your bargain either frustrating or rewarding, depending on results. Of course, you don't usually fine the primo colors/styles/sizes in these bins; I walked out with a set of white Bayas in a men's 8 today for $14.99; they wouldn't be my first (or second, or third, or fourth...) color choice, but reaching outside of the bin and onto the walls would have set me back $29.99 for the same size and style. They also have a good supply of Jibbitz, the little decorations you can add to your Crocs. Access to the store can be a drag during peak periods, as traffic is just crazy in the Allen Premium Outlets center where it's located. However, there are numerous other shops nearby, so maybe you can kill multiple birds with one stone. Bottom line: If you're into Crocs, this is the place to find them, and if you're lucky and/or not picky, you might even find some bargains.
