I was told they were not ready come back at noon. After over $20 in toll charges and my time, I asked for a discount to cover some costs. No, was the quick answer, we do not discount labor was the remark. Really, its on an automated machine. Not impressed with their customer service. Even trying to get clarity on what kind of profile to get on skate and what each profile does, no one knew. So I wiil not pass by 3 hockey stores to get to this one!
