[[HIGHLIGHT]]This little tiki speakeasy is where it is at. A little (intentionally) hidden gem featuring beautiful tiki design, amazing music & ambiance, a selection of the finest food and strong tiki drinks available, this place will have you coming back for more.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Amazing takes on the classics: Mai Tai and Pain Killer. As well as unique cocktails like the Fog Cutter or the Saturn. Also if you buy a Calabi tiki glass you get a free drink on Sunday. In the mood for more food? Little known fact: you can order anything from rhe Landing's menu when Cabali is open. So enjoy those shrimp tacos in the secrecy of the best tiki bar in Tucson!

Nicole our bartender extraordinaire was absolutely fabulous. We will be returning just because of how helpful and amazing her service was. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This was a pleasure and a treat of a place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Absolutely coming back.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Oh how I love me a speakeasy ! This one's really neat . Endless Tiki mugs ! Enjoyed every bit of it .[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was able to find veggie items to munch on & a non - alcoholic menu . A great place for events for sure .

I came here with a group of six ladies on a Saturday night around 9. We immediately were able to grab seats. We ordered a bunch of different cocktails so we could all share and try different things. I was shocked how strong the Mai tai was. All the drinks were vastly different and we only had one that was terrible. I recommend telling the bartender what kind of drink you're after since some were light and refreshing while others were heavy and smoky. There's something for everyone, but just based on the cocktail descriptions, you could easily order wrong. The food was amazing though - all of it! We had a noodle dish, some wings, a rice dish... every bite was bursting with flavor. We'd come back solely for the food. It was that good! All in all this was a fun little place.

Stopped by this weekend with friends because I heard they had some mocktails on their menu. The tiki vibe is done tastefully. There's plenty of seating for a speakeasy and all the drink options sounded so good. The bar tender was busy and was getting drinks out quickly and was friendly. I ordered a mocktail which was $10. The flavor was great. It reminded me of a pineapple mojito. The only downfall was that it had a ton of ice in it so I'm not sure it was worth $10. However with the flavor I'd be willing to try it again and see if less ice is used in other drinks. I also ordered a side of fries and they were very good! Definitely worth it to check out for a unique night out with friends.

On a whim decided to try this out after leaving a close by friend's Xmas party and was so glad I did! It was really fun to find the door to head inside. The drink menu was great and the food menu had something for everyone. I bartender was very attentive and gave great service! I can't wait to come back again!

The bar is really cute but the drinks weren't great. The Junglebird was pretty bad. The painkiller was ok but too sweet. I love the Painkiller at Elliot's downtown for comparison. When we got there at 8:30pm-ish on Saturday night, it was standing room only. It's interesting to see a place on the northwest side so packed. I hope they make better drinks in the future because it is a cool looking spot and there aren't many fun bars in the area.

What a neat place! Drinks a lil expensive ($16-20 a drink) food is soooooo good. Bartenders even better...

The decor and music are awesome. I love all the tiki touches, the space is very beautiful, and I enjoyed the wide collection of tiki mugs throughout the place. Unlike others, I didn't think it was hard at all to find the entrance. The signage directed us to the back of the building, and it wasn't difficult to find the door (possibly because there was still daylight when we came and we found the door handle right away?) but I liked the extra effort to get there that's proper to speakeasies. Plenty of parking available in the plaza on a Saturday late afternoon, and plenty of open seating inside the bar as well. Service was a bit on the slow side considering there weren't that many patrons, but the bartender was friendly. Food and drinks tasted decent but were a bit on the pricey side. I'm not local but if I were, I would find it hard on the finances to frequent this place on a regular basis. It was a fun visit nonetheless!

My Husband and I went here for a date night in April. What a cool new speakeasy in Oro Valley! We initially had some trouble finding it which made it more of an adventure. I loved the tiki bar decor and mugs displayed throughout! The ambiance makes you feel like you're underwater/below deck! For food we had the spam sliders and coconut shrimp and both were delicious. I had a Mai tai which was very strong and I had to have the bartender make it sweeter. It didn't taste like other Mai Tais i've had in the past it was more of a rum on the rocks. However, the bartender was very accommodating and it tasted much better after they fixed it. My husband had the NA Sandy Cheeks and it was very well made. We will definitely be back!

    1) [[HIGHLIGHT]]True speakeasy location... def had to ask how to get there it'd be nice if they had maybe very subtle hints to guide the location since it's in the back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Otherwise very cool ambiance and cute location![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Holds maybe 50 people so def get there early if you want a spot or def reserve a table in advance!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] 2) Service on a saturday night... deplorable. 1 bar tender who i hate to be this person... not friendly in the least bit. We got there at 6:30 and had to wait minimum 45 minutes to get our drinks, put a second drink waited another 30+ minutes. Opted not to order any other food/drink since such a delay. In my head i kept saying hes prob just stressed and busy, but at the same time kinda moved like a snail and like just a simple "hey sorry it's just me tonight your stuff will be right out i didn't forget" would be plenty sufficient. 3) Drinks were good when they arrived! Insta worthy and tasty. 4) If owner reads this... I know other speakeasies's limit a one to two hour window per party (especially busy nights) so that way the flow keeps going. We were there for almost 3 hours (not by choice just cause the drinks took forever) and some of the parties were there even before us taking up tables. Like make a tiki timer or something fun! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Oh and def need to add more subtle tiki themed music for background ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] 5) Would i go back again...yes, but def not a Friday or Sat night maybe early dinner or thursday night.

Nope. Modern soft alternative playing (if that's even a thing). Some of our AZ tiki friends had told us that they have had both the best mai tai they've ever had here - and the worst mai tai they've ever had here. I ordered a mai tai hoping for the former, but received the latter. While the interior is still cool - the iconic sign is in disrepair and it feels like they're just phoning in a half-hearted attempt at keeping the bar alive - instead trading on its history. A disappointing total miss. 3 stars for the classic interior - but not much else.

I wrapped things up with the Macadamia Nut Piña Colada which, fittingly for being "aboard" a pirate ship, was delightfully rum-forward without being overly sweet. In between cocktails, we shared a couple of snacks that were such a welcome addition -- something you sadly don't always find at local speakeasies! The beef sticks were pretty solid. Perfect amount of char on the onions and meat was pretty chewy in a good way very moist and the lime curry dipping sauce was a very good touch to go with it honestly, the pork sandwich though the amount of coleslaw they put on it was way too much and it ended up making a huge pool of coleslaw sauce underneath the bun so every time you picked up the sandwich, it would be just leaking constantly of coleslaw juice. It was way too much and it ruined the sandwich completely the meat in the sandwich at least was really good. It's just a coleslaw. Definitely ruined it funny enough I happen to look at somebody else who had caught in coleslaw, but on their tacos instead, and I was seeing the guy draining his taco because there was so much coleslaw juice they really need to fix that and then they got rid of the lobster bisque soup which was really one of the best things they had what a huge letdown there

What an unexpectedly fun night!…read more I honestly had no idea what I was walking into when a friend told me I had to check out Bikini Lounge because they know I'm drawn to all things eclectic. They were absolutely right. From the moment the friendly bouncer smiled and said, "Step right on in," I was hooked. Yoooow!! The first DJ was incredible. He was spinning all kinds of trip-hop, indie, electronic, and remix-style tracks that had everybody partyin'. It wasn't your typical dance music, but every song seemed to connect with somebody in the room. The crowd was incredibly diverse, and it was so much fun watching people of every age and style dancing and nobody cared. The second DJ, a younger woman, shifted the vibe a bit and leaned more toward a younger crowd. It wasn't quite my style, so I took that opportunity to grab a seat at the bar and do what I apparently do best... chat with complete strangers. I'm a talker, and thankfully they seemed just as happy to strike up a conversation. This isn't some fancy cocktail lounge, and that's exactly the point. It's authentic. There were people dancing at the bar, grooving in their booths, bouncing in their seats, and filling the dance floor with great energy. I came by myself, and within minutes a cool group of strangers invited me to squeeze into their booth like we'd all come together. That's the kind of place this is. At one point they even offered me a glass of beer from their pitcher. I politely declined (look at me making responsible life choices... sometimes), but then I realized almost everyone had pitchers! So I sauntered over to the bar. I did have to wait a bit; apparently chivalry doesn't extend to letting a woman cut the line, but once I reached the bartender, the service was fast and friendly. Every trip back to the bar was the same. No complaints there. As the night went on, the energy just kept building. Before I knew it, I was on the dance floor sweating, smiling, and dancing with complete strangers. After a while, I had to retreat to the patio just to catch my breath before heading back in for more. My ankles are still sore... and the glutes? Fuhgetabouttit! The best part of the night wasn't the music or even the drinks. It was the people. Every generation was represented. Every fashion style imaginable. Every personality. And somehow it all worked. There was this genuine sense of joy and community that you just don't find everywhere. If you're looking for polished and upscale, this probably isn't your spot. But if you want great music, a welcoming crowd, zero pretension, and one of those nights where you leave happier than you arrived... give Bikini Lounge a shot. I went in not knowing what to expect. I left wondering why I'd waited so long to go.
