Honestly, I think Egor forgot about the order and it sat in the back for a while, because I waited a long time for the food. Egor did not check on me after delivering the food. I felt like I had to keep hunting him down for more drinks and a dessert menu. It wasn't very busy in there. He also forgot to bring out the dessert all together. I had to ask him and when he brought it out, it was clearly already made sitting in the back. He just needed to get it. The ambiance is nice and the bar is cute. I probably won't return because the service was subpar, the food can't be changed to my liking, and the food was cold. I'm disappointed because I really wanted to like this place.

We have been trying the fried chicken from many establishments. Some were too salty, too spicy, over fried, soggy, too expensive so we didn't expect c4eats to do better but they did! Juicy, fresh, crispy, seasoned perfectly and great pickles that were not too thin like others. We also had to ask for utensils and napkins, and she appeared unable to distinguish between a soup bowl and a small plate. I hope management provides additional training and empowers their staff to resolve simple customer service issues.
