I showed a picture of what I wanted and the color I wanted they keep saying the bottles didn't have any color. They charging all this money not to have polish in the bottles. Kind of did my nails like the picture I showed but for charging me $150 my nails should have been exactly like the picture I showe'd. This the first place I've ever paid that much for my nail. Visited C Nail Salon for the 1st time a few weeks ago because my daughter heard good things from one of her friends & wanted to get her nails done & treated me to my pedicure :) WELL I have to say C Nail Salon gets a C in my book at best... No Bueno, No Bueno, No Bueno: -Parking Sucks Big Hairy Toes..they share a very small parking lot w/ a gas station & a barber shop so the parking spots are very limited..we went on a Weds. Early afternoon a day before Thanksgiving & I had trouble finding a parking spot so I can just imagine during the weekends...forget about it. -NO magazines for customers to read!!!! How does a nail salon have no magazines?!!!! Do they not know that when getting a pedicure it's our time to relax, enjoy the vibrating chair & catch up on our reading!! -Painful removal of acrylic nails..my daughter was getting a full new set done & already had acrylic nails on & the young girl doing her nails was removing the old nails by using the tip of an acrylic nail to take them off which caused her real nails to split & was very painful..my daughter is a teenager & I so wish I had knew this was happening because I for sure would have told that women something...listen to your customer! -Racial Remarks...as some of the previous reviews noted the owner did make a few race related comments..not really sure if she was trying to be funny or relate somehow but no worries I had a few comebacks for her...bless her heart Pleasantly Surprised: -The inside of the nail salon is very open & clean -while getting my pedicure done I met a fellow customer who is 1st time author Jaleesa D. I will NOT recommend ANYONE they don't offer any type of respectful customer service the pedicure I recieved was all white how hard is that???? they don't even scrub your feet properly or sanatize my manicure I asked for all white they did a more Jude white an only 2 coats this was very very inconvient being that I also took my disabled sister who had a bad leg with screws an metal in her leg they would NOT help her to get comfortable and kept acting as if they didn't understand what she was telling them about her pain an to stop bending an stretching her leg the owner was very rude I did my nails on 08/30 and my manicure an predicate look like they have been on me a whole month peeling an etc not to exclude the WRONG colors of white that were supposed to match. The owner does the best eyebrows in Austin; however, her attitude is what made me stop going to the shop. That says a lot! First of all, 99.9% of the time when I wanted her to do my eyebrows she told me no and to let one of the other girls do it. I would always say "No, I want you to do them." It was always a constant battle with her. She was always rude! One time she told me I was pretty. The next time she told me I ugly. One day she said, "See aren't you glad I done your eyebrows. Now you pretty. Before you ugly." LOL I can laugh at it now, but when she made that comment, I was totally in shock and extremely pissed. I couldn't believe she had such customer service skills and was so disrespectful. I often wondered how her shop was still in business. Her shop deserves 0 stars; however, that's not an option. She received 2 because she really does a great job doing eyebrows. Every time I went to her shop, I left feeling insulted. I was always saying to myself, "Did she really say that?" and "Why do you still go to her?" The final straw: I asked her to do my eyebrows. The battle began, "No, let the other girl do it." Me: "No, I want you to do them." Blah, blah, blah. Finally she says, "Well you'll have to wait until I finish her eyelashes." I said, "That's fine." She finished the ladies eyelashes and sat down. I looked at her with a look of confusion. She looked at me and pointed to a lady who was currently receiving a pedicure and said, "She's next." I replied, "She's getting her toes done, can't you do my eyebrows in the meantime." She said, "No, I'll have to ask her" (Referring the the client). She asked the client was it ok and the lady said yes. The owner tells me to go to the eyebrow seat. As I'm walking to the back, I hear the owner say, "You need to tell her thank you. Um, ma'am you heard me, you need to tell her thank you." I didn't know who she was talking to, but I stopped and looked back and she has her hand on her hip while pointing to the lady in the pedicure chair. "Tell her thank you," she said. I said, "Tell who thank you and why." I was confused. She said, "Her for letting you go before her." My frustration and anger for this woman grew. I calmly turned my head without saying anything and went to the chair. As I walked to the seat, the owner said, "Oh don't worry about her she's just ghetto." Now I'm livid! Like really, WTH? Who acts like this? I maintained my composure because I really needed my eyebrows done! I didn't say a word. I was pissed! After that occurrence, I've never gone back. I've been strong! Obviously, the owner doesn't know how to interact with people in a professional manner. She's rude and full of insults. She's extremely ghetto and I will never give her my business again regardless of her talent(s). read more

Eyelash extentions was a nightmare! Never again!!! It took me three days to get them off and then on top of that, they broke off all my lashes. (after having them on for the recommended two weeks). Place is very clean. Service is very disappointing. Three of us went in for full sets, pedicures, and two eyebrow waxes. One asked to have her nails cut shorter before acrylic was added and was informed it was to late to do so. Nails we're not glued down properly and are loose. We were rushed out when it took them 3houra to work on us. When we got there there was only 1 person being worked on and the male attendant that was on staff was rude and messed up the nails because he wanted to leave. I went to C Salon on the recommendation of my neighbor who woke up in the morning with the most beautiful lashes....but reality soon sets in when you pull up in what arguably is a terrible location. If you want to be ghettofabulous, this is the place. Tammy, the owner and resident "lash specialist" gave me lashes that made me kiss my case of false lashes goodbye. That was the beginning of the nightmare.....when it came time to change or remove the lashes, the solution that she uses burns the hell out of your eyes and to my horror, she then proceeded to "pull and break" all of my lashes! I used to go to this nail shop when I was in middle school! They've been around for a long time. (I'm not that old though) Lol. This was my first time back in about 8 years and I really liked my nails. I got a fill done by Michael. If you've ever been here, you know the owner Tammy, likes to talk a lot of crap! During her "interrogation" I contemplated on walking out but I stayed. The shop was very clean, I went in at a good time, so no long wait time and the service was good but what gets me is how to talks to customers. I been a customer for over 12 years. I work 60+ hours a week in management in Dripping Springs and I still make it my priority to drive from San Marcos 40 miles one way once a week for the great service. read more

This place is convenient and was reasonable. The only reason I go is to have my eyebrows done bye Bea. She's amazing at her work and very professional. The downside is: Tammy (The owner) she's constantly making racial jokes at Mexicans, Blacks, fat or Skinny mixed racial kids and being belligerent and flat out rude! If this is a way to make her feel good since she wasn't never excepted in Barnum and Bailey Circus...then clown on people that can't afford to see the real show. there are a few girls at this shop that do an amazing job but the owner is a pain in the butt. She once asked a friend of mine's daughter (who I BROUGHT THERE!! ) did she get her good looks from her daddy? (infront of the mother) She also asked an overweight girl (who brought in her boyfriend who happended to be half her size) how did she get a man like him? WHAT?! RUDE. The owner has NO TACT WHATSOEVER!!!!! They also talk about people in their language but make no attempt to hide it. they will point to whover they are talking about and laugh and make jokes.
