I visited the shop in 1/2026 because the OLD OWNERS did EXCELLENT business. However, was disappointed to find that they sold the shop to someone NEW. I decided to give the new owner a chance and I REGRET it. The work was very pricey, but the paint job was sloppy and started looking spotty within a few months. Then to top it off when I picked the car up the Bluetooth wasn't working properly. I then came to find that someone at the shop STOLE the ORIGINAL Bluetooth module out of the car and replaced it with a FAULTY one (the owner has a Dodge charger which is the same car I took in for repair and the module is a KNOWN PERVASIVE issue with this vehicle). I KNOW they STOLE it because I PERSONALLY tucked a cord sloppily in an opening in the footwell. However, after the car was at their shop the cord had been folded, zip tied and put in the dash (see photo). They had NO BUSINESS in the dash of the vehicle, since it was there for a BUMPER REPAIR . I texted the owner and NEVER got a response. Also, at the time they only accepted cash or Zelle (BIG RED FLAG!) KARMA is REAL and they'll get EXACTLY what's coming to them, mark my words. WON'T BE BACK AND DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! THE WORK IS SLOPPY AND THEY'LL STEAL PARTS OFF YOUR CAR!

The owner rudely dismissed my claim and wouldn't consider at least meeting me halfway on the repair. It hadn't occurred to me to take a video of the interior before allowing Jr's Auto body Shop to service my vehicle. So my word against theirs, but my wife and I are absolutely certain that we didn't have a hole in the before.
