I say this because you have to set the amount on your credit-debit card that you intend to pay before you are told what the job will cost. then if you didn't put enough and go to the counter to ask for help, the employees will talk down to you like you are a broke idiot wasting their time. they will tell you that the price is on the screen, but they don't mention that's it's there only AFTER you have put in your payment. They will get loud with you about how you don't know how to handle money. Learn from my mistake and the mistake of at least one other customer who had the same issue as I did! --or else go to another location where the employees aren't waiting for someone to tell off.

I paid up front but when the package arrived at it's destination, the recipient had to pay substantially more as Postlink did not charge me the correct amount. The second time, I had to send very important documents. First the guy took forever to type in everything. Then he kept saying that he didn't understand what the computer was doing. This took roughly 20 minutes. Additionally, he quoted me a rediciously high amount & said it would take 5 days to arrive ( I needed to get the package there immediately). I finally got fed up, went to Fed/Ex-Kinkos on 57th street. They mailed my package immediately, charged me substantially less & it got to the destination in less than a day! I will NEVER go to Postlink again!
