She explained to me how to read measurements ... quickly found a box in stock ... and wrapped my shipment extremely well. It arrived in Baltimore as promised in perfect condition with no problems whatsoever. The music in this store also feeds my soul if I find myself waiting in line (which seldom happens cause they keep it moving). Today, I had the pleasure of spending just nearly two hours in the establishment working on a very very very very tedious client project! Erica assisted me at first! Then turned me over to Rex! The employees are efficient and knowledgeable. My wait in line has been generally brief. Also, Rex is a consummate caring professional as the store manager. As a Jehovah's Witness, I believe in giving sincere commendation when it is due. For the most part, the community of Woodlawn has been replete of businesses on the caliber of UPS for years.
