Solid Mediterranean spot in OC. I came last Friday night and ordered their beef shawarma platter. Lots of meat and very flavorful. The hummus was just ok, and I would have preferred more rice. I appreciated that they gave lots of their bread and sauces. The garlic sauce tasted great with everything. Inside wasn't too busy and average amount of seating. Price is not too bad Overall 7.8/10.

If comfort food and a warm hug had a baby, it would be this plate. I ordered the chicken & beef plate..omg..this meal understood the assignment. The rice? Fluffy, flavorful, and living its best life. The hummus? So creamy i couldnt phatom each bite.. But what really caught me off guard in the best way was their house hot sauce. U don't always find a Middle Eastern spot that nails heat like that, and wow... it elevated everything. Pair that with their garlic sauce and suddenly I'm questioning all my past food choices. Huge shoutout to Shenn, who was incredibly sweet and helpful just pure good vibes from the start. And Paco in the kitchen? Absolute legend. He spoke Spanish with me, showed me the ropes, and made the experience feel personal and welcoming. También se agradece el cariño, hermano And then there's Sam. The man casually checks on you while you're eating outside in their beautiful, serene patio, asks how the food is, and actually means it. We ended up chatting, and the whole place just felt like home. No rush. No stiffness. Just good people, good energy, and incredible food. Byblos isn't just a meal..it's a vibe ‍ Come hungry. Leave happy. Probably come back the next day

I've been here many times and need to finally post a review. What can I say? Byblos is the best food in the area! Fresh, very clean, delicious, the best friendly helpful staff, and I'm extremely satisfied!!! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Don't forget the garlic sauce and the hot sauce is just right for my taste buds!

A nice fast casual Lebanese restaurant. The man at that counter was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make our experience great!! The menu is simple and I thought prices were very fair. The food was excellent quality and it options were above average. L I had the steak shawarma plate and my daughter had the chicken kabobs plate. I thought everything was good -- proteins, hummus, tabouli, pickled vegetables. The garlic sauce was as good or better than Zankhou's. Rice and pita were average. I would absolutely return here!

Easy 5 stars for me! The only sad thing is not finding this place sooner. Located in a plaza right off the 91 freeway, this was a great find. The owner, Simon, was very friendly and welcoming. We looked over the menu and wanted the combo kabob plate. It comes with chicken, kofta, and I think filet mignon. Of course, they include rice, hummus, and some greens. Oh and pita bread too. The food was made fresh and when we got it, we instantly knew it was going to be delicious. Just look at the pictures! The meats were all seasoned well and tender. No joke, the best Mediterranean style food I've had. I really wanted to try their baklava but I guess they ran out! Which means it's probably worth getting the next time I see it available. Will I come back again? Absolutely! Already planning the next time I can come back and enjoy the delicious food from here again. Definitely check this place out if you're in the area. The food is great, but the hospitality is even better. Thanks again, Simon!

Update: Went back today, (a week later) got the fries - WOW!!! And the rice, DEFINITELY improved- updated my 4 stars to FIVE!! I love this place!! Saw this on IG, and decided to turn around from where I was headed to get this instead! And what a fantastic decision!!!! The cashier was super friendly and helpful- and I ordered the combo shawarma plate, and a side of falafel The falafel was absolutely delicious and melted in my mouth, so far my favorite from anywhere The meat - holy moly - the steak, tender and charred on the outside, and the chicken, also charred - so good And let me tell you, grab a bag or two of those pita chips!!!!!!! Sheesh - amazing My ONLY note? The rice was a bit dry, maybe needed some more butter? I'll try fries next time, probably in a day or so! LOL

Delicious food served fresh! Portion sizes are very filling and there are a lot of healthy options. Customer service is excellent and staff are friendly and hospitable. There are no waiters, but staff always check in to make sure everything is good and to see if we need anything. It's a small place and gets packed during lunch time. There is plenty of outdoor seating as well, which is great. One of my favorite places and highly recommend!

If you haven't tried Byblos .. then today is your day ! I was greeted by Sam and what a wonderful experience I had right from the beginning . I ordered the number 5 on their menu and I give that a 10 out of 10 so flavorful of a plate. Highly recommend!

Oh my god... I had this place twice this week and it's so delicious. First, I tried the Byblos Chicken wrap then I came back for the Beef Shawarma wrap. I give each of them 5/5. The flavors are so good and it didn't leave me feeling bloated. I loved the garlic and hot sauce they give out on the side as well. The workers here are so nice and friendly. Plenty of seating inside but it does get packed/crowded during lunch time.

Amazing experience. Got the chicken and beef combo platter, the hummus and side salad were a great mix with it. The rice is also really good! Service was quick and there's a ton of indoor seating, as well as the inside being super cute!

I don't think so but if it is would have been stated in menu , website or posted the halal sign somewhere in the store.

Yes we have a vegetarian meal, sandwich and sides.

From the moment you walk in, you already see people walking out with boxes on boxes which tells you everything. This is the kind of place you come to eat and to cater. They do have plenty of seating, but during peak hours it definitely gets crowded and packed. A true sign of how loved this place is. The ambiance adds to the experience too. I especially love the Middle Eastern paintings on the walls. It gives the space a warm, cultural, and authentic feel. First off, the bread. All house made and incredibly fresh. You can taste the quality in every bite. From the dough to the toppings, everything feels intentional and authentic. The spinach pies... absolutely next level. Spinach packed generously and bursting with that bright, zesty lemon flavor, mixed with onions and olive oil. Perfectly balanced and so satisfying. Muhamara had a nice kick today. It had a medium spice level with just enough heat to keep things interesting (and honestly, I love that it varies a bit. It feels homemade every time). The cheese manaeesh is a WOW. The cheese blend they use is so good. I'm lactose sensitive and somehow never feel bloated after eating it which says a lot. And the safiha... You can literally taste the depth of the seven spices, with a hint of cinnamon that ties it all together beautifully. Everything is made to order. So yes be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes. But trust me, it's 100% worth it. Quality like this takes time. What really seals the deal is the people. The owners and staff are beyond welcoming. The kind of place where you instantly feel like family. I've become a regular, and every visit feels like coming home. Authentic, fresh, flavorful, and made with heart. Don't sleep on this spot.

I tried my first one in Seattle at a place called Miss Cafe and really enjoyed it. This restaurant is located in a large plaza so there was plenty of parking. Upon walking in it was pretty busy on a Sunday around 11:30am, we were seated immediately. As we were leaving, there were plenty of people waiting for a table. Food I was hoping to order a combination juju boat but the waitress taking our order mentioned the beef is out of stock so therefore we ordered the Juju chicken pide. The flatbread was cooked nicely, the dough was thin, every bite didn't feel too heavy. However the chicken was really dry and didn't feel like there was enough sauce/cheese, ended up putting some garlic sauce on top and it made it a little better. We also ordered the combination platter which came with lamb Kofte, beef/chicken kebab and two sides. We chose hummus and salad as the two sides and it paired well with the plate. The beef was a little dry but the Kofte and chicken were pretty good. They also served us two flatbreads which was nice for wrapping the meat and dipping in hummus. The hummus tasted very fresh and clean with delicate flavors, wish it had a little more tart. Side salad was simple and fresh with olive oil and lemon juice. The Kebbah was piping hot but didn't have much flavor, think it needed some sort of sauce. Overall, the ingredients tasted very fresh and minimalistic but definitely can do with a bit more seasoning or sauce for flavor. Service was friendly and not overly attentive. The servers didn't offer any water or drinks. Almost every table had tea so we flagged down someone to place an order after ordering our meal. There was a little mishap with our order but the owner came over to the table and cleared up the misunderstanding and asked us if we needed anything. Didn't seem like they had a lot of staff for such a busy morning. The space felt very clean and very lively with the lunch rush.
